I tend to dwell on the past, that's my pessimism shining through. In the past 9 months I have been destroyed, mentally and emotionally. Trying to pick myself up after something like that, is more than difficult. It's life changing. I no longer look at things and smile, I look at things and think when their time is coming to an end. I no longer see the good in people, I see what they can get out of me and then leave. I no longer have this bright personality. I'm hateful and full of resentment and anger. Everyday is a challenge to get out of bed and make a life for myself. I look at Ariah and my heart hurts because I never wanted to put her through anything like this. My mind is constantly racing, wondering what she is doing, or who is around her. This picture is a reminder that there is something more in life. There is light in darkness. I too can pick myself up and make it through. I am good enough for someone else, but most importantly, in good enough for myself. 15 weeks and emotionally crazy

Made it to where we were 2 years ago with Monroe. Although we didn't find out he didn't have a heartbeat until 17 weeks when we had an ultrasound appointment to tell us we were having a little boy. Instead I hear "hunny the baby doesn't have a heartbeat". No lady I just felt him move. "Im sorry hunny you didn't". I will never forget that day 2 years ago in July. They trying to get pregnant every month for 2 years before your body decides to work with the help of a few things. Not even fertility treatments helped because my uterine lining was so thin the baby wouldn't implant. Which is a wonderful side effect of clomid. So now I'm 15 weeks and nervous. Emotionally unstable and worry every minute of everyday. Today would have also been my dads 65th birthday if he was still alive. He has been gone 13 years. Unexpected massive heart attack. I ordered a Doppler so I could listen to him/her but I think it's a boy. My ultrasound is scheduled for the 30th of this month. Luckily I work as a Nurse and I have ultrasound machines all around so I will probably peak in on him this week. Just to make sure things are looking ok. Otherwise it will bug me for the next 4 weeks.
