Ce dessin, scanné le 25 novembre 2017, a été offert à un colocataire de l'époque, à Bruxelles. J'ignore son devenir actuel, s'il a rencontré l'intérêt désiré, s'il a pu susciter, au moins en le découvrant, une once de joie... Yvan était mon voisin de palier du dernier étage de cette maison de maître du quartier Européen. Je doute fort qu'il trouvera ce post, mais voici pour l'histoire.
Aucun rapport avec l'image, mais étant à court de fichiers jugés comme valables à partager, je ressors ce vieux vin d'âge en divan, pour souhaiter ici une divine année, ou tout comme. Bonne année, quoi.
En espérant avoir su faire simple et élégant... un peu comme cette endive qui se pavane sans complexe dans ce chic environnement.

Belgian Endive au Gratin Recipe
Versatile Belgian endive are dressed up and ready to serve for any special meal when they are broiled in a traditional Belgian dish and topped with a creamy Gruyere-Parmesan cheese sauce. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons butter, 8 slices deli-style ham, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese, salt and ground black pepper to taste, 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese divided, 1 cup milk, 8 heads Belgian endive trimmed, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg or amount to taste
