The Healing Power of Essential Oils
Essential oils have been revered for centuries for their medicinal properties. Today, they are still widely used to support respiratory health. When diffused or applied topically, certain essential oils can open up the airways, reduce inflammation, and combat airborne pathogens that irritate the respiratory system.
Nature’s Fusion is committed to bringing you the purest, highest-quality essential oils to naturally enhance your breathing. Whether you're looking to relieve sinus congestion, calm irritated lungs, or simply create a healthier living environment, Nature's Fusion offers a variety of oils specifically formulated to help you breathe easier.

If you're ready to experience the benefits of natural respiratory support, here are some of the top essential oils Nature's Fusion offers to help you breathe deeply and freely.
1. Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Eucalyptus is a well-known remedy for congestion and breathing difficulties. Its active component, eucalyptol, works as a natural decongestant by breaking up mucus and opening the airways. Nature's Fusion Eucalyptus Essential Oil is perfect for relieving congestion, reducing sinus pressure, and promoting easier breathing during colds or seasonal allergies.
Usage Tip: Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water for steam inhalation. Inhale deeply to clear your sinuses and experience immediate relief.
2. Peppermint Essential Oil
With its invigorating and cooling properties, peppermint oil is another powerhouse for respiratory support. Nature’s Fusion Peppermint Essential Oil contains menthol, which helps to soothe irritated airways, reduce inflammation, and improve airflow. It also acts as an effective natural remedy for sinus headaches and congestion.
Usage Tip: Diffuse peppermint oil in your home or workspace for continuous respiratory support, or mix with a carrier oil and massage onto your chest and temples for targeted relief.
3. Breathe Blend
The Breathe Blend from Nature’s Fusion is specially formulated to offer all-around respiratory support. This powerful blend combines the best of eucalyptus, peppermint, lemon, and tea tree oils to create a natural remedy for congestion, sinus pressure, and respiratory discomfort. The synergy of these oils provides both immediate and long-lasting relief, making it ideal for anyone seeking clearer airways and improved lung function.
Usage Tip: Add the Breathe Blend to your diffuser at night to keep your airways clear and ensure a restful night’s sleep, free from congestion.
4. Tea Tree Essential Oil
Known for its strong antimicrobial and antiviral properties, tea tree oil is a natural air purifier. Nature’s Fusion Tea Tree Essential Oil is excellent for supporting respiratory health by clearing the air of irritants and pathogens that can cause breathing issues. This oil also has anti-inflammatory properties that help calm inflamed airways and ease breathing.
Usage Tip: Add tea tree oil to a humidifier or vaporizer to purify the air and support clearer breathing throughout the day.
5. Lemon Essential Oil
Bright and refreshing, lemon essential oil is a natural remedy for clearing mucus and opening up congested airways. Nature’s Fusion Lemon Essential Oil offers powerful cleansing properties that help break down mucus and promote clearer breathing. Its invigorating aroma also uplifts the senses and promotes a healthier respiratory environment.
Usage Tip: Combine lemon oil with a carrier oil for a chest rub, or add to hot water for steam inhalation to break up congestion and cleanse your sinuses naturally.
Creating a Breathing Ritual with Essential Oils
Incorporating essential oils into your daily routine can be a simple yet transformative way to improve your respiratory health. Here are some effective ways to make the most of Nature’s Fusion essential oils for breathing:
1. Aromatherapy Diffusion
Using a diffuser is one of the easiest ways to enjoy the benefits of essential oils for breathing. Simply add a few drops of Nature’s Fusion oils or blends to your diffuser and let the natural aroma fill your space. Diffusion helps to cleanse the air, reduce airborne allergens, and promote clearer airways.
2. Steam Inhalation for Quick Relief
If you’re experiencing congestion or respiratory discomfort, steam inhalation is a powerful way to deliver the benefits of essential oils directly to your airways. Add a few drops of eucalyptus, peppermint, or tea tree oil to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale deeply to break up mucus and soothe your respiratory system.
3. DIY Chest Rub
For a natural alternative to over-the-counter vapor rubs, you can create your own chest rub using essential oils. Combine a few drops of Nature’s Fusion essential oils with a carrier oil like coconut or jojoba oil and massage into your chest, neck, and back. This topical application will help open up your airways and support easier breathing, especially during colds or flu.

Hey, I know you are somewhat techie, cause I follow Joy and you! I am curious if you could help explain something for the unenlightened.
I am very curious what a "bot" is, like I know it is a fake account, but where do they come from? Why do they exist? Do they serve a purpose? Is there some force (group, person, sever?) behind them?
I have been on Tumblr for years, and recently have been SLAMMED with bot follows and just am so curious why now...?
TLDR - Please explain the origin, history and role of bots?
WHAT ARE BOTS?
"Bots" is short for robots, and in this context is a computer program that works as an agent for another system or simulates a human being/human action.
Example, I can write a bot that could search for frog pictures on the internet, log into my tumblr, and post one of those pictures for me. Now that I have my fancy bot I can have posts of frog pictures always going up on my tumblr feed without any interaction on my part.
A porn bot is an extension of malicious bots, these are robots that were designed to perform an action that will ultimately generate money for the person who wrote them. Usually illegal activity and to the detriment of innocent victims the bots interact with.
The porn bots I have seen on tumblr specifically attempt to get me to click on a link that probably has a payload that would install some malware on my computer. What can someone do with a hacked computer? Well a whole bunch of stuff.
Tumblr media
(I got this image from Krebs on Security, https://krebsonsecurity.com/2012/10/the-scrap-value-of-a-hacked-pc-revisited/, who is a journalist who likes to report on cyber security news)
What a hacker can do with your compromised PC is quite a bit so I am not going to go much further then that in this post, but just know all those items in the above image can be leveraged to steal money.
WHY DOES TUMBLR HAVE SO MANY PORN BOTS?
Honestly the recent influx of these on Tumblr probably relates to the situation happening at Twitter. Tumblr's reputation is on the rise for the first time in awhile, it is having very positive user growth and online attention. This in turn attracts the attention of thieves and gangs looking to make money off the crowd. In much the same way pick-pockets work crowded train stops, scammers need to operate where other humans are congregating.
This is a VERY brief run down on Tumblr's porn bots, but this is a huge topic that people dedicate their whole career to understanding.
So hopefully this answered your general question, let me know if you have another question or want me to get more specific about something.

Things that being born with no sense of smell affects:
- Cleaning. Cleaning is an absolute nightmare to me, because I never actually know if a mess is cleaned up or not. My dog vomited on the kitchen floor, and even though wiping it away made it LOOK clean to me, I had no way to tell if it still smelled like vomit or not. I also had no idea what I could use to cover up a smell that may or may not be there
- Memory. Your sense of smell is one of, if not the biggest memory retrieval device. Non-anosmics remember a lot of things based on what they’re smelling. For me, it’s one less sense to be able to remember things by, and I do notice that my memory is a lot worse than average
- Taste. Yes, I can taste, never ask an anosmic if they can taste because it is the most annoying question in my experience. But, I do notice that my taste is very dulled down. Lots of food is very bland by default, so eating is very often not a fun experience, and I rely a lot more on texture. It’s very rare to find foods that give me a strong reaction. Hence why I love blue cheese, it’s one of the few things I can eat and actually feel a good kick for
- Human connection. This is one I had to research a little bit and have no idea how true it is, but apparently pheromones which helps you connect to people and sense their emotions is by smelling pheromones??? And I can’t smell pheromones. So I probably have a harder time spotting emotions because of that, but I’m also just autistic, so I have no idea how true this is
- General life safety. I can’t smell gas leaks, so I can never live alone. I can’t detect fires until I see the smoke. Cooking for me is very dangerous, and I don’t leave the kitchen when I have something in the oven because I’m terrified of missing the beep and causing the alarm to go off. I have a MASSIVE fear of my car exploding because something is up with the gas tank and I can’t notice. Also, so many safety things are stuff you have to smell out??? Especially with vehicles??? It’s such bullshit
- CONSTANT smell anxiety. Do I smell??? Is my deodorant still working??? Is that smell people are complaining about coming from me??? No way to tell, baby! You just gotta hope and pray!
For so long in my life, people’s reactions to hearing I have no sense of smell has been “Oh my God, you’re SO lucky you can’t smell farts!” (Which has thankfully dulled down after COVID when everyone lost their smell and really hated it), and it’s the most annoying thing. I am missing one of the major senses. Missing a major sense affects everything about your life, whether it’s noticeable or not. If we could start seeing anosmia as something more than “Can’t smell cookies or farts”, I would GREATLY appreciate it

Please do your research before purchasing essential oils. I cannot stress this enough.
I used to work in an aromatherapy shop and based on my experiences -the best 'advice' anyone can give you is that despite any amount of training the store/employer provides its' employees (even if it's extensive) -you still should be connecting to a trusted/reliable doctor/medical professional you know.
There will always contraindications to essential oils (like never use them when you're on certain medications/are breastfeeding) -for instance, Peppermint Oil can help most people with headaches but it promotes vasoconstriction so folks on high blood pressure meds need to be careful or avoid it altogether. Or the fact that a majority of oils are never safe to use when diffusing around pets & babies (there are some but even so, you shouldn't be diffusing around a child under two and certainly not without ventilation and not for hours everyday). There's no doubt there are some great benefits to aromatherapy, but being properly informed about them is key.
Also, just because something is 'natural,' doesn't mean it will be better for you. The purist/'clean' alternative to 'x' discourse that is often attached in marketing campaign's/or is insinuated within the wellness industry is problematic & is meant to exploit people, who sometimes come into aromatherapy because of distrust of the medical industrial complex -which is of course valid, but please be wary & ask questions.
I have seen troubling things online yet again, and I know this isn't my usual content but it's important to talk about.

Apparently, everything we know about light, optics, biology and evolution is just a lie and a big conspiracy to... *checks notes*... sell you glasses.
As expected, behind every single "alternative medicine" grifter is a product they want to sell you.
https://www.thedailybeast.com/anti-glasses-influencer-samantha-lotus-says-she-can-heal-your-eyesight-for-dollar11
“You may have been told that you need glasses, but that’s actually a lie.” So says Samantha Lotus, a self-described “holistic master coach” and Canadian online wellness influencer, who says she can teach you to see clearly again for only $11. Lotus is offering her tens of thousands of social media followers the chance to throw away their glasses and heal the “spiritual, emotional, mental and physical reasons” behind their bad eyesight, according to an Instagram post. Lotus says she teaches “holistic multidimensional healing” methods and has already healed her own eyesight, so that she no longer needs glasses, according to her social media. In a post on Friday, Lotus claimed she had 338 people signed up to take her online masterclass. But there’s a catch: “If you’re closed minded and want to stay a victim, this is NOT FOR YOU,” she writes.
Someone actually paid to attend, "so you don't have to." After over an hour of ramble, it pivoted into selling essential oils and other nonsense.

the thing about wellness is that sometimes it’s like “oh here’s a comfortable space with soothing music and coloring books so you can destress for a bit” and sometimes it’s “drink these essential oils to dissolve your gallstones” and you never can tell when it’s going to cross that line

Celebrating 2023: A Month of gratitude - Day 16
Hi there! I can’t believe I missed writing about day 15! I have to admit, though, that this year, I am super tired, and all I want to do these days is “veg”. This year has been fabulous, but it has also taken its toll on me. Usually, I would feel terribly guilty because I would be worried that I am just being lazy, but I know I am not. I am just really, really tired. I know that if I don’t…

I have got to stop reading liberal publications because lately the slant they all take is The South (Especially Texas) is a horrible evil cesspit of fascism, and then you've got the Comments Section which I know you should never read chiming in about how yeah there are good people in Texas much the same way there were good people in Germany in 1933, or that you should just move to, and I quote, New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco. You know, those famously affordable cities.
So I move every few months for work, but I always come back to Texas because it's the closest thing I have to home. I love it here. I've lived in a couple different parts of the state and not only is it affordable (most places), you can find acceptance where you least expect it.
I was thinking today I would trashtalk these so called blue states and cities the way their highfalutin intellectuals and journalists see fit to trashtalk my home. Here goes:
Chicago, the Windy City, where the smell of hotdogs from street vendors outside Wrigley Field is accompanied by the dulcet tones of a guy with an Eastern European accent talking into a portable mic about how marriage is a sacrament between a man and a woman, and homosexuality is a sin. Behind him, posters tacked to telephone poles proclaim, Chicago doesn't have a gun problem, it has a black problem! in bold, racist lettering.
New York City, hub of arts, music, culture, fine food and wine, where a studio apartment in a bad part of town is a mere $2000/month, utilities not included. It's fine; just get a roommate! A man handing out leaflets on the corner bodyblocks a teenager from crossing the street, saying he will not let her cross until she smiles. Beneath the ever-present scaffolding, young people wearing shirts that say Bible Crusade hand out religious literature.
The Bay Area, where a gentle breeze blows off the water and missing the Grand Avenue exit and getting on the Bay Bridge by accident is only a $7 mistake. That's okay; if you don't want to drive, you can take AC transit in the East Bay, where bus drivers snap and yell at you if you try to ask them a question. Honey, this ain't the south. Scan the QR code and shut up. Oh, and your rent is $2000/month with utilities and you have to share a bathroom. People without $2000 to spare live in tents and broken-down RVs in a bad part of town. Let's go brandon! yells a sticker on a light pole.
True stories all. I have seen your exalted liberal cities and they are shit. You trashtalk the south from your cushy, overpriced apartment in a coastal city and yet you've clearly never been there.
This has been a rant.
