Let your touch be the means of his salvation.

The press of your hands scorch his warm skin and ignite his nerves. Kuras conforms to you as though his entire body were a puzzle that needed to fit just so.

"I love you…" He hums against your lips, a slender hand running up the curve of your back. "I adore you…"

It seems as though the last eons of his existence have been completely obliterated in one instant. It seems as though he has forgotten the many years he has spent searching for redemption and atoning for his transgressions and sins.

In fact, it seems as though this is all he has ever known.

Although love was fickle, the doctor felt he couldn't get enough of yours. Even the gentlest of your kisses and touches seems to leave him breathless and lightheaded. Kuras acts nothing like the repentant angel he used to be—instead, he's lost in the kiss, and the unbridled joy he feels is so great that the next minute or so is but a blur.

"I belong to you…" You pant, equally drunk off of the exchange of affections. Kuras' divine gaze sweeps over your flushed form, igniting a scorching desire within the nooks and crevices of his heart. The doctor presses a warm kiss by the underside of your jaw, wanting nothing more than to bask in your luminescent light and love.

"And you, I belong to you." Kuras replies, simply parroting off of your words out of pure instinct. The honeyed words roll off his tongue without thought or even a second guess.

Only a single thought crosses his mind; this must never stop. He would be content to stay like this for the rest of his accursed life if it meant he could bathe himself in your seraphic presence.

"I am yours, always. I am yours today, I am yours tomorrow, and I am yours into eternity, and no one else's." Kuras murmurs, words filled with no hesitation. Behind the masqueraded veil of his golden eyes, a spark of determination appears, the embers blazing bright and bold like fire.

It almost sounds like he's made an eternal vow to you. And it certainly isn't the kind of vow that can be broken so easily, I assure you.

Kuras would see to it that it never did.

Let's be honest. You probably only have the underwear because Vere took you shopping and helped you choose the underwear you now own.

So he won't be surprised if he sees you in them.

You were just getting out of the shower and looking for new clothes to wear when suddenly the underwear caught your attention. Hm...

If you think about it, you never actually tried them on. So you grabbed the fancy underwear and tried them on for the first time. It was pink with lots of details and way too many ribbons that you weren't sure where they belonged.

It wasn't really your first choice, but Vere insisted it would look great on you. And now that you look at yourself in the mirror. It seemed like Vere was right. Although it was unusual for your eyes to see such a color on you, the underwear really suited you very well.

you turn to the side and look at your side and back profile. vere had an eye for such things. It makes you wonder if he's already thought about what underwear would look good on you without your knowledge.

You jump at the sound of your door flying open. Vere came in without even looking and collapsed onto your bed with a dramatic sigh, “Gods! Leander really knows how to make me angry. I just wanted to drink something with Ais and enjoy the evening and then this big version of a toddler with an attention complex came along and ruined the relaxed mood. If only he could keep his mouth shut for a second. Maybe I could have finished my glass in peace!"

You smile at that. Vere liked to come into your room when Leander upset him too much. However, there was never a dull moment as Vere was very creative in insulting Leander.

“He kept talking about his new fancy drink that looked just like-” After a full 5 minutes, Vere actually opened his eyes and looked at you for the first time.

His ears, which had been pulled back so angrily, now moved directly towards you in a second and his tail twitched playfully.

He just looked you up and down for what seemed like an eternity before a sharp grin crossed his face. “Well, would you look at that. You’re wearing the underwear I gave you.”

You blush slightly under his gaze. His eyes were so focused on your body that you could literally feel his eyes roaming over your body. "Yeah... I got the cange and saw it just lying there, so why don't I just try it on?" you said as you looked at yourself in the mirror again. Vere stood up with a small jump and slapped your ass without warning. You jump at the brief pain and turn to Vere, keeping your hand on the pain "Vere!"

He just answers with a wink and looks back at your image in the mirror. “It’s not my fault your ass looks so good in that outfit” he said moving behind you and resting his head on your shoulder. "You know. As much as I love the way it looks on you." His hands slowly move up your sides and then down again until they stopped at your hips. his fingers slowly creep under your waistband “the underwear will get in the way for now”

So this might just be wishful thinking on my part but I get the feeling that Leander's story is going to remind me a lot of Asra's Reversed Ending (which was my favourite in the whole game, yes including the Upright ones).

Spoilers for Asra's route (in a game that came out 5 years ago) but his fatal flaws are that he prefers to avoid problems rather than confront them, and cares so much about the MC that he would do anything to keep us safe. So in the Bad End, the Devil grants both wishes by tossing the MC and Asra into a pocket dimension to live out an eternal domestic fantasy with absolutely no memory of anything or anyone else.

To return to the current game, all the other Touchstarved LIs are visibly or implicitly inhuman in some way. Leander is the only one who appears perfectly, ordinarily human, death and rebirth symbolism aside, but considering the trailer his 'monstrous' qualities are probably going to be related to jealousy (green-eyed monster).

Leander's whole deal is that he is literally "too good to be true", being the only one capable of actually touching us and potentially breaking the curse. In addition to that, the second he met us he was already prepared to give us drinks, food, a bed, whatever we need. Furthermore, if you speak kindly of the other LIs, he will find some way to subtly badmouth or warn you away from them.

Hence, I believe his bad ending(?) is going to involve encouraging that possessiveness until we end up even more isolated. Perhaps part of his route will have instances where he tries to tempt us not to break the curse, after all we have him now so why bother?

A Simple Life

He was your everything; the love of your life – your partner for the rest of eternity. He took his oath to walk alongside you in the long, arduous journey called life; that he would be by your side, until the end of time. Together, you two traversed across the land of Godheim. He showed you the wonders of the mainland with great enthusiasm, and you were satisfied with each and every step, admiring how pleased he was to be with you, after that long period of being separated.

He was happy. Happy, that he was your inspiration. Fate was cruel. No matter how much your heart ached to be with him, fate had led you two astray. Being in your temporary separation, you honed your skills, led a happy life in your world, and kept on living just to meet with him again – and you did.

The day you managed to penetrate the spatio-temporal gap, your joys knew no limit. Rushing up the hill, reaching the giant maple tree, you found him resting beneath it. His body tranquil, eyes closed, resting as if he was in a neverending dream. You instantly embraced him, reminding that you had returned; to him, your beloved one across the stars.

He woke up with a startle. Noticing that it had been you, he held you in his arms.

"I'm back," you said, fighting back the tears that accumulated at the corner of your eyes. "Clarence, I'm finally back."

"But..." He paused, taking a moment to see your reaction, wiping off your tears with his thumb. "Why would you do all this for me?"

Why. . .

That single word bore many connotations. Many emotions, many feelings he failed to express before your departure. And it left him wondering, why exactly did she return to him? What did he ever do to experience this moment?

A soft smile gracing his face, a rare sight to behold, indeed; and it didn’t last long as he went back to his usual stoic expression once more. You asked him where he wished to go, and he'd replied that he would follow your steps, going wherever you took him. You couldn’t make out whether he was being selfless or he was simply making a rather romantic remark; nonetheless, you were happy.

You two settled down in a village in the outskirts of Godheim; Maple Ridge – a rather idyllic village with friendly dwellers and an abundance of natural resources. Clarence spent his day teaching the local children; educating them about Godheim and its past, he even taught them a few basic spells. And you, on the other hand, learned some spells from Clarence, and took the liberty to experiment with them. Life was extremely simple living with him.

Clarence preferred to show his love through various acts of service: holding your hand as you walked through the forests of Godheim, attentively listening as you spoke, and he even read you stories and told you about his past experiences before you'd gone to bed. But, you could say that he wasn’t the best at physical displays of love. Being secluded for ages, he had long forgotten the ways. Nevertheless, that didn’t mean he did not long for your loving touch.

You remember that summer afternoon vibrantly, when Clarence had quietly approached you from behind and rested his head on your shoulder. You instantly stiffened, looking down to see him snuggling even closer to you. A smile came to your lips as you wrapped your arms around him, earning a faint sigh from him.

"This is unusual..." You mused, but he didn’t reply. Perhaps he was feeling too shy to admit that the once imposing Archmage had turned into a simple, touch-starved lover. You simply chuckled to yourself and held him closer; caressing his long hair, pressing a light kiss against his forehead – which made him bury his face into your blouse, hiding the prominent blush on his face. You laughed.

This was the life you wished for; a simple, peaceful life with the one you love.

Hello! I'll try to answer this as best as I can, but I'm gonna be honest, sometimes I don't follow a set of rules, I simply go with the vibe.

Dr. Zayne: Straightforward (unless it comes to admitting his feelings), caring, sweet, loves to go on dates, workaholic but he likes it, very observant, goes along with anything MC wants, has slightly sassy moments sometimes, general husband vibe, assertive.

Dawnbreaker: Eternally depressed, touchstarved, anxious attachment style, very silent (but obviously people want him to talk so I have to accommodate), keeps to himself, anything for MC, protective and slightly possessive.

The Foreseer: Fancy like royalty, distrusting (at first), cold, sorta could be seen as enemies to lovers but softer?, hopeful, devout follower of Astra, romantic, introverted (he's not used to dealing with people on a constant basis).
