What are we saying about the new Enchanted by Nature pack, guys?

Cos I've gotta be real - I'm not as interested as I thought I'd be! I was initially excited but after seeing the trailer...meh, I guess?

I like the fairies fine, but I've got the fairies vs witches mod which is great imo and I'm not huge on fairies to begin with myself. (I prefer darker toned or grittier occults like Vampires and Werewolves.)

Worlds are usually my main reason for why I buy the exansions - I love the variety and getting to pick and choose where to live - but the new world...eh. Just from the trailer it's a bit...boring. BUT I'll hold my final judgement on that until we actually get to see the world properly - meaning I'll wait until James Turner uploads his rags to riches lol - and then I'll decide.

What I DO like however is the apothecary skill. That sounds SO fun - if they did it well, which we'll see - and I do like that entire nature focus and all that.

So I guess I'm verra 50/50 on the whole matter and that the jury is still out. I will probably buy it on a whim, if I end up doing so.

Looks like The Rayman Boardgame will get Murfy and the Teensie Queen as part of an exansion. As well as the above ground version of olympus maximus and the underwaterbase from 10000 lums under the sea.

Here are some of my splatoon ocs (they exsited since Splat2)! I redesigned them slightly but they're pretty much the same!

Ophelia (cis + she/her) is my Agent Eight, specifically the one from Octo Expansion! Post-Octo Exansion she got pretty rowdy and hyperactive. She found Carnation a little after she reached the surface and adopted him into her found family. She's a Dualie main and LOVES ANARCHY (specifically Zones and Clam)!!

Carnation (genderfluid + any) is my Neo 3! Carnation is pretty soft spoken and antsy, less so post Splat3 story mode. After meeting Ophelia, Carnation learned how to speak Inklish - becoming almost fluent by post story Splat3! Carnation is a Splatling Main and is a fan of TableTurf Battle and Turf War.

LoZ: Wild - Gerudo Desert Exansion Wanted

I wish that we could see the entire Gerudo Desert. I mean, it kinda cuts off there rather abruptly, doesn't it?

I theorize that the Gerudo weren't originally from the area around Hyrule, so maybe you could eventually find where they came from?

My evidence being that they didn't appear in Hyrule until Cadence of Hyrule & Ocarina of Time. Cadence of Hyrule being implied to be during OoT Ganondorf's childhood.

The only reference to them in SS having been the Gerudo Firefly.

My thoughts are that the Gerudo originate from a land southwest of Hyrule, far past what we know of today as the Gerudo Desert. 2,000+ years before SS's present, the desert was a sea by the name of Lanayru & even as a desert, was still referred to as Lanayru. Meaning that it likely wasn't called the Gerudo Desert until after the Gerudo came & settled there.

After OoT, it's implied that in the Child Timeline, after Twilight Princess, specifically in Four Swords Adventure, the Gerudo were exiled from Hyrule & they fled west to a place called the Desert of Doubt.

While you could argue that the Desert of Doubt is simply the Gerudo Desert, I feel it'd be more interesting to say that it could be an adjacent desert even further southwest than the Gerudo Desert.

That was my seat! I spent too much money but it was worth it! I was at that game last year too! And I went by myself but it was worth it!

And this is coach Johnson with his son who is an assistant coach for the Frost! Coach Johnson coaches the Badger Women's team and I have season tickets for those games! I was hoping Wisconsin or even Chicago would have gotten an expansion team so I didn't have to drive so far but oh well lol

Hopefully the league continues to have success and more expansion is available. I'm bummed Denver isn't getting a team, but exansion in year three of a league is pretty impressive, so I'm happy for the overall W for women's hockey!

for jess’ witcher verse, we’re flipping the script: she’s one of the girls born under the black sun and said to be cursed with madness and extraordinary cruelty. the peggies are a human black sun doomsday cult, looking to sacrifice girls like her to pave the way for lilit’s second coming and the end of all days. they kidnap her and her family, who end up killed, jess managing to escape. from that point on, she’s consumed by the need for revenge against the cultists and it becomes her only goal in life. naturally, this fits the prophecy just fine, only seving to highlight the girl’s unquenchable bloodthirst and monstruous nature, and therefore proving that she is indeed cursed. nature vs nurture at its finest. 

The Curse of the Black Sun was prophesied by the mage Eltibald, who predicted the return of Lilith, a mythical being who is to bring ruin upon the world. Lilith's second coming will be preceded by the appearance of "sixty maidens wearing gold crowns, who will fill the river valleys with blood," thus preparing the way.

For realsies though, I think this would be really compelling. I'd love a story focused on mcgonagall realizing Dumbledore was a terrible person.

No matter what timeline you subscribe to mcgonagall is always a pupil of Dumbledore who looked up to him her entire career and who she trusted completely. And she always cared about her students as people in a way Dumbledore did not.

Harry potter au where dumbledore fvcking dies prior to the start and mcgonagall is left to deal with all his sh!t and completely readjust how she sees this man she's always respected knowing everything he planned.
