 EMBRACING A NEW VISTA
Exodus 14:11,12 - "They said to Moses, 'Was it because there were no graves in Egypt that you brought us to the desert to die? What have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt...It would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than to die in the desert!'"
There was something comforting about the past that the Israelites preferred at this point to the unknown dilemma of future freedom. It would seem they were so afraid of the unknown that they might even have been willing to settle for second best and remain in an oppressed lifestyle rather than face the trial of exodus.
SURRENDER SELF-PITY TO GOD
1. One of the most effective ways to destroy the habit of feeling sorry for one's self, is first of all to focus on God and start affirming the scriptures that have to do with your Christ Identity and the promises of God promised to you in scripture Then, purpose to think about other people.
2. Ask God to give you someone that you can help with their spiritual needs -- and go minister to them -- tell them about Jesus -- look after them and take an interest in their spiritual development.
3.  Let go of the past and move into new opportunities to discover (Matthew 7:7) your Christ CALLING..  Even though your enemy will use fear of the unknown to overwhelm you and cause you to lose courage, you must endeavor to maintain a bold faith in the face of adversity.
4. STANDING AND STILLNESS IN WARFARE IS STRATEGY
Exodus14:13,14  -  "And Moses said unto the people, 'Fear Ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will show to you today:  for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you shall see them again no more forever.'"
Ephesians 6: 10,14   -  "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness."
When you stand firm, God enables you to overcome your enemy in His truth. You quickly discover in spiritual skirmishes that God's authority is truly indisputable and the enemy must bow the knee to the King of kings.
God said that the people would never have to face the enemy they faced that day again. In other words, the battles you win today remain future victories. By faith you can maintain ground taken without having to fight the same battle twice. Furthermore, you do not need to revisit old wounds: what God has healed, He has healed. Ongoing introspection has no place in a Believer  whose focus is the Lord.
5. REACH OUT
"Then the Lord said to Moses, 'Why are you crying out to Me? Tell the Israelites to move on. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground.'" Exodus 14:15-16
There is a time to stand and a time to move.  If you don't discern a new season with God's instruction to "move on," your past has then the potential to be used as a "crutch" - meaning it remains a familiar comfort zone and a possible stumbling block to the new things God has for you.
Your authority in Christ raises itself as a banner of victory over your circumstances, situations and any and all intimidation and enemy assault. You must do your part, like Moses, in learning to exercise your God-given authority over your circumstances. Moses raised his staff, commanding what stood before God's people in the natural environment to be aligned with Heaven. He then stretched the staff out as a gesture of faith in ACTION.
Similarly, you must do your bit to engage by faith and believe that Jesus' finished work on the cross will deliver every area of your life into total freedom. In this way you will experience Kingdom transformation and acceleration of DESTINY!
         QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF:
1.  Am I happy in my comfort zone or do I really want to change -- that is, reach for the earthly DESTINY God has for me.
2.  How many people am I presently discipling?  Am I equipping these people to disciple others so they can advance the "Great Commission"?

When things go wrong and emotions are so overwhelming. May it be a heartbreak, from someone you’ve loved or someone you’ve lost. May it be fear that is constantly bothering you or the doubts that’s taking place in your heart. Or it can be something which you can’t even tell cause simply there’s just no words to describe it, it hurts and it pain so hard. May us not forget that we don’t need to fight alone, that the FIGHT HAS ALREADY WON. God will fight for us, no matter who you are, what you’ve done and what you’ve been through. WE ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS FIGHT. HE IS NEAR.

Exodus14:10-16 11 And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt? 12 Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness. 13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. 14 The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. 15 And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward: 16 But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. . . #speaklife - From Genesis to Revelation, The Lord spoke life to dead situations. He caused non-existing things to exist (Genesis 1). He brought alive dead human beings and he changed situations by speaking (John 11:38-44). We see the Lord commanding his servant Jeremiah to speak to dry bones and dry bones lived again. bringing them alive, causing them to exist, breathing life into them. We see the Lord over turning hard rock difficult situations and simplifying complex situations as revealed in parting of the red sea (Exodus 14). We see the Lord bringing water out of the rock where water did not exist (Exodus 17). The Bible is filled with such texts and testimonies of time past encouraging us to see things the way the Lord sees things and to say things as the Lord has spoken over every situation in our lives. The question is Will you speak life over your situation or will you continue to moan? Join me.this week as we search the scripture together to #speaklife over our situations. #speakoveryourself #speakgodsword #speaktruth #speakgoodthings #speakitintoexistence #speakthetruthoveryourlife #speakfaith #declaregodsword #declareit #declaretheword #declare #declarationoffaith #declaregodswill #dailybibledeclaration #dailydeclarations #dailybibledeclarations #biblicaldeclarations #biblicaldeclaration #biblicalaffirmation #bibledeclarations #bibledeclaration #focusfortheweek #exodus14 #exodus17 #john113844 #genesis1 #genesistorevelation

Dangerous roads Exodus 14:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, that they turn and encamp before Pihahiroth, between Migdol and the sea, over against Baalzephon: before it shall ye encamp by the sea. Exodus14:3 For Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, They are entangled in the land, the wilderness hath shut them in. Praise the Lord!!! Today we will meditate upon our minds stuck in-between 2 roads, junction, dangers, opinions. In this life we are instructed by the Lord to always trust him. In the above verse Israel left Egypt and headed for Canaan and Lord didn't take them through a small route, but led them through the wilderness. Sometimes enemies will rejoice in your failures or say things which will tear your heart. You may wonder where is God? Why is this delay? But you need to understand Lord's plan before complaining. Joseph trusted God and was patient in his life. If we have faith and trust him, he will ensure that we are well fed even in the wilderness. Lord is a able God. 1. He will always lead you 2. He will feed you with manna. 3. He will protect you from all diseases. 4. He will never allow your enemies to rejoice over you. 5. He will ensure that his plan is fulfilled upon you. Today as we face troubles and trials in our lives. If we are stuck and are not moving anywhere. Let's trust him as he knows what he is doing. God bless
