So like, it was a Canon divergent fic where wwx submitted himself to the clans and was ordered to be cleansed of resentful energy in order to... prove he wasn't corrupted? Something like that? For the Wens? And it was ritual dual cultivation. He was sent blindfolded to a room so he couldn't tell who it would be (it was lwj, of course.) Wwx knew it wouldn't exactly work cuz he didn't have a core, but he did it anyway.

There was a second.... part? Chapter? The was from Lwj's pov of after, where he finds out about the core, then JC? A Jiang disciple? Shows up to tell them to get their asses to the conference hall because JGS is being JGS and this whole thing was mostly just a distraction

1) A lot and not, all at once! The heroverse as you know it is getting a decently substantial reboot, where a lot of the cast members and general concepts are the same, but a LOT of backstories are being rewritten, worldbuilding is getting a more cohesive overhaul, and everything is getting a little shuffled around!

The most basic concept of "heroes vs Nashi+co" is consistent, but the actual plotlines are a huge wip as I try to move all my pieces around into place! Some people aren't even heroes anymore or have been demoted to npc/support cast so there's a lot to reconsider lmao

2) Yup, Easter's still here! He's someone I'm trying to pin down still but afaik he still works with the SPC itself, although I may make him like a weapons tech support or smth instead of fieldwork hero, not sure yet.

Although fun fact even if he doesn't have a huge role, his family was the entire reason I recently decided to flesh out rabbit people as a whole species/society, so he's been an integral part of the process nonetheless!

3) Yuuuup. Nashi is still going to have a rampaging tantrum that breaks the walls between universes. We might actually be able to get him to stop tho which is a positive lol. Just gotta Domesticate him first evidently hajdsjdhd

They’re one of my main ships in the fandom honestly, but since they’re sorta hard to draw for me I rarely end up drawing them? I do still love them with all my heart tho! Sorry this took me an age to answer - I have answered this question a while back, I think it might be in my art tips tag! But to go through it fast, my process is something like

find a line or an exchange I want to deliver, or a topic I want discussed (usually happens randomly as I’m doing other things)

spend a million years just staring at a wall or at my ceiling or anything else as I build a whole scene in my mind to have the lines or topic take the form of an actual comic (might take two minutes, might take a month)

draw a rough sketch of the whole comic - I do this with all panels (and pages, when I separate a comic in pages) on the same canvas, so that I can look at the whole scene all together and get a good sense of the general flow of the storytelling. This process includes cutting panels, moving panels around, reshaping panels, trying different poses and angles for the same panels to find the right one, writing and deleting and re-writing lines till I’m sure the wording is what I’m going for*

line the panels - I mean the actual panels, the straight lines delimitating the panel, I line them all first and put them on a separate layer

line the people!! All the characters in every panel are lined in this stage

line the backgrounds! In case there are backgrounds and the comic is meant to stay in black and white, if not then color the backgrounds! (I always start coloring from the backgrounds cause they’re the boring parts and if I leave them for last I never do them ever #rip)

in case of black and white comics, we fill in flat, gray-scale colors at this point (or, as I’ve lately started doing, I only put down shadows and leave it at that). If it’s in colors, we color the people!

Write down the dialogue!! *at this point we change a lot of the dialogue again because enough time has passed since I sketched it that I changed my mind on everything, don’t be like me

you’re done!

All of it is done on one single canvas, unless it’s a comic with separate paneled pages in which case they’re all done on their own canvas but still drawn all together. That’s about it, hope it was at least a little bit useful!

       When the elevator stopped, it was not with a ding and sliding of doors but with a shiver. Isayah glanced at the floor light to see it frozen on its number without so much as a flicker. Stuck. It took a second to registered, but yes, he’d really gotten stuck in an elevator.

       And then an uneasy feeling rose in his stomach, tickling his lungs—nothing to do with a fear of falling but because he was effectively trapped—but he shoved it down because it was fine, just a temporary problem, it was fixable. Fixable was fine. So the disquiet settled for lurking in the gaps of him, and he settled for ignored it, aggressively. 

       But maybe his breathing was a little too mechanical, and maybe his grip was a bit tight on the railing, and his focus on being fine, it was all fine had clipped his fellow passenger right out of his mind.
