我现在的技术方向，前端是 React，后端是 Node，时间都投入在这两方面。

最近有一种感觉，我可以融汇贯通了，使用 JavaScript 全栈解决各种问题。

最初，我只是想整理一份技术清单，理清思路。但是内容越写越多，索性就做成一个教程，放在 Github 上面。这份教程一共四章，可以在两天内学完，适合那些已掌握前端基本技能（HTML、CSS、JS）、想进一步进修、成为 JavaScript 全栈工程师的读者。

我的写作目标是内容完整、脉络清晰、通俗易懂，帮助初学者看清技术路径，快速入门。难度为入门级，不涉及深入的细节，重在理解各种技术想要解决的问题，掌握基本用法，为进一步自学打下基础。

things to do everyday

1. stop thinking- tell your head to shut up and take a break, not everything needs over analysed five times in a row.

2. calm down- your stressed? someones upset you? nothings going right? do something else for a while, bad stuff can wait.

3. breathe- that’s an essential but, take an extra breath just to settle things.

4. forgive yourself- everyone messes up and does stupid shit, even beyonce.

5. eat- don’t skip a meal.

6. exercise- whether it’s walking round and round your house or a three mile run.. anything between that’ll help.

7. turn your phone off- not all day, don’t panic. But remove yourself from the big bad web and just chill.

and most importantly

8. smile- you’re only here once, do it with a smile on your face.
