Also, while we are on the topic of the Kong/Zilla Wars, more specifically how it ended for the Kongs that fled. In theory, them simply fleeing from the Hollow Earth would not really have helped them much in the long run. We know Godzilla possesses a 'sixth sense' of sorts, which is what allows him to sense other Titans worldwide. So, if he was determined enough, which at the time, he definitely was, he could have simply sensed where they were, gone after them, and finished them off. And I believe I know the reason why they were able to avoid such a fate.

See, I believe them ending up on Skull Island was no accident, but rather a deeply strategic choice on their side. Remember in KSI, when we learned that Skull Island has a perpetual storm system surrounding it, one that prevents any and all signals from going in or out exempt at very small intervals and at very specific locations? Yeah, I believe that also had a the double effect of preventing signals from native faunaflora from being sensed by outside creatures. That's why the Kongs went for Skull Island specifically, and stayed there in spite of the harsh conditions and limited resources, because they knew that it was a blind spot in Godzilla's all-seeing eye, and that they would be safe from him there.

That also gives us a pretty good reason why Godzilla never went after Kong until GvK. As far as he was concerned, Kong didn't even exist until he left the safety of the Island.

And thus, Godzilla caught a trace of Kong and thought "MOTHERFUCKER... I MISSED ONE. TIME TO FINISH WHAT I STARTED..."

are there any specific traits that kraizen find uncanny/strange/unnerving

what kind of amplifier would the faunaflora factory be? based on the amp doc, how intelligent would it be

are the sparkthread and the emotion knife idkthenameimsorryoops still technically amplifiers? would they have a REALLY small core if so, due to being handheld objects?

1) it's hard to unnerve a kwaiz, but one surefire way to make them weirded out is actually quite convoluted, but failproof. if they already know you/how you are, and you have a sudden change as a person, THAT would weird them out immensely. to them, a sudden change in usual personalit(ies) implies you've had your identity stripped away or replaced by something else. otherwise, they're hard to unnerve. tldr they're universally unnerved by individual, sudden personality subversions

2) It's a Facility, and it's basically operating like any machine with a Designated Directive™️. it's not that smart but it can sure try to do what it's programmed to do

3) Yep, they're both Devices still! and they're getting full designs later, and are actually multi-part amps. they still have real small Cores though

can a sembla be imbued or stored in an object? like, storing a ton of magic in a generator or circuit to use later

how do makeshift machines work? why do some seem alive (the faunaflora factory, tundra lens) and are they sentient or intelligent at all?

1) Nope. Psionics aren't sticky magic, only exerted will. You can summon objects and stuff, but you can't "enchant" something or store will in an object (with the exception of physics, like storing electricity via a contraption that can do that irl). Machines that run off psionics need to have an active will exerted upon them to receive the benefit of the powers.

Vincent chuckles at the three male's new excitement and Lily asked Ruby before her dad spoke "does that mean you three are coming with us~?" her eyes so shiny with new excitement layer "oh dear~" Vincent mumbles with soft smile "Looks like your guests are going to tag along on your journey to Sumeru, Doc!" one man of the team commented with big smile at Vin who seems not minding the company at all "well, guess my journey will be much more packed than I thought it would be~" he said with his usual gentle smile which made Lily skipping around them happily with cute cheery squeaks earning a clear laughs from the rest of the crew around and her father too.

“We’ll be largely out of your hair while we’re there,” Albedo assured. “Unless my brother decides to pester that poor Forest Ranger.”

“I’m sure he’d have a ton of questions for us as well,” Nigredo said. “Particularly me, since I’m sure it’s reached at least some of the researchers in Sumeru that a certain botanist had doubled the species of flora in Mondatadt’s ecosystems~”

“I hear there are creatures there that are part animal and part fungus,” Rubedo said.

“Aha! You see, Albedo?? Faunaflora aren’t so unnatural after all!”

“Let’s not get ahead of ourselves and just focus on our excursion to Inazuma for now,” Albedo said, pinching the bridge of his nose.
