somebody really needs to teach russell on how to properly tie up loose plot ends by the way before it becomes a reoccurring problem

#as much as i liked the wish world and reality war there's still so much from fifteen's era that flat out just hasn't been explained #there's still explanation for what's up with ruby #and also the rani skeddadled in mrs flood form so she's out there somewhere #and the unholy trinity that was so hyped up for the finale just kind of fell flat by barely having them be there #and also having the rani be eaten by omega just cause #it's not even a she flew too close to the sun thing i don't even know what happened there #also still no updated on what the implications of destroying sutekh in the time vortex does #and are the pantheon not concerned about the baby god at all?#there was a lot more that could've been done and explained is all that i'm saying and i think russell should relearn how to tie things up #because i doubt we're getting any specials to do any explaining #he's got a bit to get on with learning considering we aren't getting anything else until 2026 supposedly #doctor who #doctor who spoilers #joe soup posting

#do you want to hear ramble about what colors mean for Ambrose and other characters of the story.... probably not #but i'll do it anyway :)#Red is very obviously Ruby's color which is why i used it as light/background #(and when it's about Ruby ofc Ambrose has think kind of expression.... not that cute fake smile he always has)#buuut but but also i used green for shading!!! which is Olive's color :3 #the fact that Ambrose fell for Olive because he reminded him of Ruby but they have opposite colors... arrg eating my own ocs #(also.. I rewatched space babies because of how much it’s supposed to tie into the overarching plot and literally all I can come up with in terms of overarching plot beats is the mysterious Ruby backstory that never happened (there’s the snow of course, then the fact that when she steps on the butterfly she changes species, implying that no matter what species inhabits the earth she’s one of them)

But like. You know what the parthenogenesis machine could feasibly make, if it could make a monster out of bogies to satisfy children’s imagination?

A nice normal human mother for Ruby, with nothing out of the ordinary about her at all.
