More Fire + Ice = Water AU Notes
AU Information: A FFXVI canon-divergence where Clive and Jill got busy during the five-year timeskip and ended up having a daughter. A daughter who happens to be the Dominant of The Lost, Leviathan.
Some notes:
Her name is Morgan (Morgan is apparently a water based name?)
She’s a kid with too much energy, as her parents like to say. Negotiations for proper bed/nap times are long.
Her nickname is Morgie
She loves to cuddle Torgal. She sometimes hides underneath him when she’s hiding from her parents.
Is currently four years-old by time the timeskip ends.
Clive and Jill adore her to bits, even though they can’t always stay with her when their ‘Cid the Outlaw’ duties come into play.
Byron has an absolute blast being a Grunkle. Although he shouldn’t be teaching a little girl to lift a big axe just yet.
Morgan was born during a hurricane. Some people of the Hideaway say that the storm let up when the baby began to laugh, but no one knows if that’s true.
Morgan had a fascination with water ever since she began to crawl. It drove her parents mad whenever she tries going into the water — even though she had no clue how to swim. Clive and Jill had to teach her to swim at a very early age.
No one, at the time of that hurricane, knew that the Leviathan had returned. Leviathan’s return only became apparent some time after Clive and Jill decided to take Morgan with them on a ‘Cid’ run.

Can I please talk about my weird little Warg from Lonely Light? My salt crusted Ironborn bastard whose definitely a Targaryen. Gwyndon "Gwyn" Pyke, my selkie boy.
We've started playing a little ASOIAF tabletop game set during the Blackfyre Rebellions (around 90 years before Game of Thrones). Our travelling party consists of two Targaryen bastards from the opposite side of Westeros and the Hedge Knight holding them for ransom (or so we thought).

Okay but it's super interesting how
Din = Power = Ganondorf
Naryu = Wisdom = Zelda
Farore = Courage = Link.
Because Din, in the hylian creation myth, created the physical world. Naryu then created the laws - gravity, time, etc. And Farore finally created life - plants and people.
Din created the body, naryu the mind, Farore the soul.
And the triforce and its wielders so perfectly reflect that.
Ganon is physical power, he is big and intimidating and he breaks things. He is cunning and determined, but that's not what he focuses on. He is might makes right.
Zelda is wisdom and cleverness. She is stall tactics and information and team work. She is a powerful mage with a spine of steel, but that's not how she'll win. She is the pen being mightier than the sword.
Link is courage and persistence. He is the wild card sneaking behind enemy ranks, always moving, plunging into terrifying situations head first. He's a phenomenal fighter with a keen wit, but that's not what will get him through his challenges. He is bravery not being the absence of fear but the triumph over it.
They sit in perfect parallels to each other.
And ganon is reborn through his body - his resurrection is immortality. No matter how low he is cast, as long as he has a body he can claw his way back. He can cling to his power, build it ever higher.
Zelda is reborn through the magic of her bloodline. It's the accumulated knowledge handed down for generations, the unique power she must master, the skills she must develop to survive and get her kingdom out the other side intact. Even her name, the knowledge of herself, is handed down from all the way from the very first. Her ancestors knowledge of her future presence, her stability, is what gives her the edge.
Link is reborn in spirit. He is not bound by flesh or blood. Just like his wanderlust soul he can reappear in any time or place. His variation, his unpredictability, is exactly how he fights. It's what makes him so hard to pin down.
Ganons need to build strength means he can't chase after link. Links impulsiveness means zelda can outwit him. Zeldas stationary predictability means she's an easy target for ganon.
But the other direction?
Fire melts ice, ice redirects lightning, lightning burns fire.
And that's the very essence of the triforce.

Sansa and Jeyne are the only people to call Arya ugly.
Meanwhile Ned, Jon, Gendry, Lady Smallwood, and the kindly man have all commented on her beauty, but this fandom ignores it in favor of two middle-school-aged mean girls who have to put Arya down to feel good about themselves.

I know Ned was stressed as hell seeing his daughter, who resembles Lyanna physically and in attitude, become friends with Robert’s bastard son and Edric Dayne aka mister pale blonde hair and purple eyes. Like that man was about to die again from a heart attack, hands shaking as he pulled at his hair, thinking to himself “no, gods, no. Not this again. No one give my girl a flower please”

New Leviathan Eikon AU
Phew, boy. Final Fantasy 16 has been eating up my muse and now I just created another AU in the span of one day. Anyway, here’s the pitch:
We know that Clive never encounters the Leviathan Eikon, where the game has implied the Dominant for Her — I am using female pronouns because Leviathan has been female these past few FF games — was lost years ago.
Then I remember there’s a five year timeskip within the game after Cid dies. What if, you know, Clive and Jill got busy?
… And I mean, Fire and Ice technically makes Water, right?

The lineup of our beloved ASOIAF ttrpg campaign characters!⚔️
Our amazing GM @oneirotect has set us in 207 AC between the first and second Blackfyre Rebellions (around 90 years before Game of Thrones and 50 years after the death of the last known dragon). So far we've travelled across the Narrow Sea, partied in Braavos, escaped an assassination attempt by the Golden Company, made some difficult political decisions and started romantic entanglements with likely very dire consequences.
