My First Memory At 3 Years Old (PIKACHU I CHOOSE YOU) #birthday #pikachu

My first memory was going to a K-Mart on my 3rd birthday (1998) and being allowed to pick out one toy. That is when I saw it, the most wonderful thing. I got the plush Pikachu and it was the first memory I can remember. Where I became aware of myself. Got this replacement Pikachu off eBay.

Theres a faint buzzing sound in the background, something akin to fluorescent lights but more natural, and everything is just blue dots.

Slowly they get bigger and bigger, almost humming until my vision is solely the color blue.

Its the farthest back I can recall

What’s your first memory?

My first memory is in the kitchen floor.

I am young, no more than a little over two, because everything in this world is so big and I can comprehend the words but unable to speak them. We’re in the old house, and I’m laying stomach down on our kitchen floor of what I later in life learn is called “black ceramic tile”.

My mother is calling out to me “Baby, what are you doing?” At this point in my life, my mother has only ever referred to me as Baby. In the next few years, my grandmother will tell her to start using my real name so I knew it for school. “Get off the floor!” I think she is laughing.

My forehead is touching the cool tile. It’s almost see-through; if you’re close enough, it looks like a whole other world there; crystals beneath the tiling. As if there is a tiny town creating a city of people within our floor, a new place to learn about.

My mother picks me off the floor before I can see their secrets. I think that was my first thought of creativity. I’m a writer now.

Day 50– Gerudo Desert

Promises are kept, food is made, and monsters resettle in their ecological niches. And so the arc comes to a close, with our heroes riding away into the dusty afternoon.

AU idea: PV never regains memories, ancients don't reunite and the beasts are freed. Soul jam's powers are weak so SMilk aims to forcefully make PV remember and takes him to the spire (Little does SM know he'll get attached to this little compassionate Healer)

More details about this AU (currently called Slumbering Truth AU): Basically it starts off with Smilk being terrible and basically doing what he was doing in the 8th episode, trying to make PV remember and playing with his mind for his entertainment. He knows who PV used to be but PV knows nothing about him or his own past. He's confused as to why would this powerful cookie need him but decides to submit in exchange for the village being safe.

At first Healer is uncomfortable and nervous but gradually despite Smilk's intimidating look decides to play along his games and get to know him better. Smilk is surprised by the other's behavior (and unexpected wits and trickery) and what started with the urge to break PV down slowly became an urge to keep the other close since the other's intentions to know him were genuine and comforting and SMilk hated the thought of losing that (not that he'd admit that. he needs that Healer to see him suffer, right?).

Now he doesn't want Healer to remember, he doesn't snap at that cookie as much, he wants him to stay in this blissful lie because if PV knew the truth then he'd definitely leave Smilk and lock him again. If Healer knew the truth he'd turn against him instantly, Smilk was sure. For the first time in a long time, Smilk felt like he found someone to who he was connected and he wasn't going to let anything ruin that.

First Memory For Harlow;

If you asked Harlow one of her favorite first memories that she could remember, it would of been when she was about four. She was spending the summer with her grandparents, the night before a big storm had hit and between the wind and lighting a tree had fallen across the yard. It was one of the first trees Harlow could remember being able to climb. She spent all summer climbing the fallen tree, its where her love of climbing trees came from.

What if he wants to say something but he can’t. What if he has no voice to speak, no face to emote, no hands to write. What if every attempt to communicate a message is essentially a puzzle of wit and creativity and yet, the first thing he goes through all these troubles for. Is to say “I love you”?

Don’t ask me how did they get in this room. I have no idea. They escaped the battlefield somehow haha

i forget if i've mentioned this before on here, but when i was about 5 i was obsessed with monsters inc and watched it at least twice a week not because i especially liked it as a movie but simply because i was passionately in love with randall. and in fact the very first fanfiction i ever wrote was a monsters inc whump fanfiction about me finding randall in the swamp after he got beaten up with a shovel and tenderly nursing him back to health. all this to say i have been the person i am from an incredibly young age

No joke???? Pokemon character with a cane with an actually usable grip handle??? Not just a knob handled cane that would kill your wrists after a few hours??

Like don't get me wrong I love these designs but looking at characters like Agatha and Ortega and then looking at AZ's new design and one of them just feels so much more like a real cane to me.
