Ingredients: For the Dough:

2 tablespoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs

1 cup brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
For Icing Frosting:
1 cup icing sugar
1/3 milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Tumblr media
Instructions:
Activate the yeast: In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Prepare the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the yeast mixture, melted butter, sugar, salt, and eggs. Gradually add in the flour, stirring until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Rise and rest: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Roll it out: Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface into a 16x21-inch rectangle.
Create the filling: In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered surface.
Roll it up: Starting from the long edge, roll the dough into a log. Slice the log into 12 equal pieces.
Arrange and rise: Place the cinnamon bun slices in a greased baking pan, leaving a little space between each. Cover the pan and let the buns rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake to perfection: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the cinnamon buns for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Make the icing frosting: While the buns are baking, whip up the frosting by combine milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Frost and indulge: Once the cinnamon buns are out of the oven, let them cool slightly before generously spreading the icing frosting over the top.

Whether enjoyed with a cup of coffee in the morning or as a sweet treat after dinner, these irresistible buns are a delightful way to add a touch of warmth and sweetness to any day. Happy baking!

Never, ever ever throw fruit away. Especially if it seems overripe. That’s the sweetest. Wash it, peel it, chop it and put it in the freezer. When you feel like a bit of banana bread or as I like to call it random freezer fruit bread you have your key ingredient on hand. Play around with different fruits traditional banana bread is really flexible and almost any fruit will do. I would recommend that you avoid citrus fruits they are better for smoothies and desserts. : The are oodles of banana bread recipes for free on the web choose your favorite. Make it your go too. : It’s easy to make enough for several loaves at one and since the freeze so well. Batch baking yum. : When taking your beautiful home baked banana (fruit) bread from the freezer give it an hour or two to defrost. It is great if you have visitors popping in or if you just want something super tasty to toast. : I make batches of these all the time they’ve become a staple in my home and everyone loves a slice. The great thing is that you save the fruit as you go. So fruit never goes to waste again and you always have a fresh loaf on hand for a snack ( breakfast for me quite often) or in lieu of biscuits and cakes saving money there also. #thriftythursday #thriftyfinds #thriftythings #thirfty #bananabread #donotwastefood #nowaste #nowastedfood #nowastehome #frugalfood #frugalfoodie #savefood #savethefood #greatcheapfood #smartfoodsavings #financialsuperhero #superherofood #finanicalsuperherofood (at Ireland (country)) https://www.instagram.com/p/BqwsnBjFnFj/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1poifu8e1ztin

Breakfast for Champions
Tumblr media
My go-to breakfast fix after a morning workout is Oats and a glass of Clover Krush juice (6 Fruits and Fiber or Apple). It's quick to whip up and starts me off with the right amount of nutrients needed to keep me going in the start of the day.
Oats are a good source of carbs and fiber. Oats contain vitamins and minerals that help fight illness. The fiber in Oats is highly soluble and helps reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Oats are also very filling and are great for weight loss. They help you feel more full for long which causes you to eat less throughout the day. Clover Krush is 100% fruit juice blend that does not contain artificial sweeteners and sugar. The 6 Fruits and Fiber flavor contains wheat fiber and oranges, peach, pear, pineapple, litchi and lime juice. All these fruits are good sources of dietary fiber and minerals that boost your immune system. The Apple flavor contains high levels of vitamin C which help fight off colds and flu. The best part is: you feel like a champion after having it!
