Ingredients: For the Dough:
1 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs

1 cup brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
For Icing Frosting:
1 cup icing sugar
1/3 milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
Activate the yeast: In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Prepare the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the yeast mixture, melted butter, sugar, salt, and eggs. Gradually add in the flour, stirring until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Rise and rest: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.

Batch baking yum. : When taking your beautiful home baked banana (fruit) bread from the freezer give it an hour or two to defrost. It is great if you have visitors popping in or if you just want something super tasty to toast. : I make batches of these all the time they’ve become a staple in my home and everyone loves a slice. The great thing is that you save the fruit as you go.
