In season 8, when Sherry and Dwight are burying Finch, Dwight looks up at the headstone Sherry made, and says, "Finch is the name PADRE gave him."

And, and I think he says this because he wanted to name Finch something else.

He wanted to name Finch after one of his best friends

Dwight wanted to name his son after John.

John Dorie ..such a well developed character. after he left, it felt same as with Rick - the story is so different without him 😥

So Morgan went back to Alexandria? I mean no offense to our twd gang but Morgan built a much closer bond with the Fear gang. He was with them for like 10 years. They were his family and best friends. They actually hung out and spent time together outside of fighting. They played games and laughed and sang. Most of the time he spent with Rick and company was as allies in a war for like... A year? and they saw eachother.. sometimes..

Please note before this brief rant that John Dorie was my second favorite ftwd character.

How was John's murder treated with more meaning and power than Nick's?! Nick's murder was treated like he was a no named background character. Like he wasn't worth the time to grieve and mourn his loss. His killer is a part of their group now. John's was played as tragic and a big loss. As a life changing event for everyone. Nick deserved so much better. How did they write such an interesting, complex character and then fuck it up so bad?

Reasons why FTWD is actually GOOD and you should watch it!!

So I know FTWD isn't as popular as TWD, but in all honesty, it's slept on!! You guys don't know what you're missing! This show carries!

Okay so season 3 is a lot of people's favorite it has a lot of cool things, Troy Otto being one, but then people don't stick around after season 3. Season 4 I confess is clunky, but we meet so many new awesome characters!!! Then after that, the show REALLY TAKES OFF! I personally like the stuff after season 3 for a lot of reasons, but one is that, it focuses more on the group as a whole, not just on the Clarks.

So, here are some reasons why you should watch FTWD after season 3 & 4!

Morgans Cowboy era

The Dories (They're literal gunslingers guys)

Dwight being a Horsegirl

Just Dwight in general

JOHN FUCKING DORIE

FTWD women (powerhouses, they take no shit)

Sherry and Dwight being able to WORK THROUGH THEIR TRAUMA it wasn't pushed under the rug. Their character development is just *CHEFS KISS*
