After the two disappointing movies yesterday while having a crappy day I almost put on “Star Trek with the whales” my comfort movie but decided I wasn’t quite at that level and ended up with captian America civil war. The best captain America movie

I first loved this movie just because of the shitting on tony stark. I hate that asshole. I mean seriously how on earth can anyone think siding with a system that straps a human being into a glass box with upside down rollercoaster restraint with “bathroom privileges twice a day” is the right answer. Ever for anything. And I mean seriously when has Ross ever not been a sadistic ass so what Tony you’re just going to suddenly go along with him because of some misplaced guilt? Also, while I’m at it, absolutely love that so many of the wanda bad tony good fics are centered around Wanda being shocked, shocked I tell you, to learn that Tony is a good guy akschually because he no longer manufactures weapons or more braindead yet, that he destroyed the weapons Stane smuggled to Ten Rings, as if that has anything to do with her parents dying by Stark weapons legally supplied to the U.S. military.

Like, my guys, Tony stopping weapons manufacturing was kinda a big deal in universe. There was this scene in the first movie with a press conference about it. Stark Industries were a major weapons supplier to the U.S. government - aka the party that waged war on Sokovia in the first place. You really think something like this wouldn’t be huge news in that stupid nonsense country which apparently has a thriving movie piracy market Wanda’s dad was involved in?
