it is genuinely insane to think that 2 weeks ago i was in so much debilitating pain from the sheer amt of heartbreak that i had to ask my friend to cook for me bc i was struggling to move and breathe screaming into pillows and forests and now i actually just . find it very funny and also feel largely fine . u CAN get through anything !! ur right!! pain cannot exist forever ! happiness cannot exist forever ! they both come and go which is a lovely thing !!! never underestimate the human capacity for survival ! ♡ we can go through so much more than we think and still find a way to smile at the end
