Hey, where did you learn all that about konami being shitty to its devs and other employees? specifically in regards to MGSV. asking because i love learning about mgs games development and this is one of those things ive heard a lot about but never found any actual info about

You can easily still find news reports that were written as it happened just by googling words from that post like "Konami developer abuse Kojima". For example, this was the third result

These reports were coming out on gaming news sites all the time, but in case you want more in-depth ones from someone who did a lot of their own research on this, do look up Stephanie Sterling's Youtube channel and go back to around 2015 and then take a look at her sources on the videos about Konami.

Even before the total public meltdown of Konami, Steph Sterling (back then going by Jim Sterling) had already been reporting on Konami's unethical business practices on her Jimquisition channel for ages, to unfortunately little effect. In fact, she started the #FuckKonami tag that went viral after all these reports came out and got picked up by news sites.
