I'll do the most well-known Charlottes and Charlottes I've had headcanons for already, which will probably correspond with headcanons made by other Charlotte family blogs:

Perospero: Gender-nonconforming male and pansexual. I can actually picture him not being picky when it comes to gender. Everything else about a person on the other hand...

Katakuri: Biromantic asexual. I've seen him shipped with male and female characters, both canon and original and I love all of it. As for the asexual part, Katakuri is meant to be a counterpart to Luffy and a lot of people headcanon Luffy as ace, so I thought it'd be fitting to have that apply to Katakuri.

Oven: Bisexual

Amandé: Aromantic (she swings both ways with a sword to keep romantic pursuers away from her).

Effilée: Bisexual

Cracker: transgender male (because of @askcharlottecracker) and a fucking threat gay (reference to this Incorrect quote I did for him! Link)

Custard: Lesbian, because of this post by @op-charlotte-family-blog. Link

Angel: Transgender woman, also because of @op-charlotte-family-blog. Link

on bed rest, so character thoughts.. ! clowns first, although I do have some xianne thoughts. basically all of these are violence related, which is not typically a focus of mine, but y'know. sometimes

recently latched onto a poison gas concept with galette. really love the idea of oxygen or filter masks popping out of thin air, like emergency masks on a plane, for the rest of the crew

also constantin losing an arm and being so nonchalant as to swallow it, and because clowns are absurdist reality bending beings her arm just pops back out of the bloody socket whole again. altho king is also the type to just beat someone with kings dismembered arm.

separate but related, I got new clowns in my dreams recently. although I had the impression these weren't "fallen," demonic, or otherwise eldritch clowns like constantin's group is — so technically angelically aligned. angelical cats clowns. one of them was just, like... a small floating head in a cap. and a delightful fella. anyways, the group were radical anarchist clowns that had just overthrown (assassinated, really) a tyrannical aristocracy of talking dogs. which they buried and then blew up with dynamite. yeah.

Mihawk

Having a relationship with Mihawk would be difficult, he is a ‘lonewolf’

It would take work having a relationship would mean his S/O is the one doing the work in the relationship. Not because Mihawk doesn’t care it just takes a lot to break his walls and gain trust.

, Mihawk gives little reaction if he is impressed or annoyed by something. His S/O would have to read his little signs to understand his emotions. The slight crinkle between his brow, or small tug on his lips too quick to catch but his S/O would know how to read him what small reaction meant.

He is more into training with his lover for dates, than anything romantic. Either sitting on the side and giving advice on his lover’s mistake or having a good duel with him and testing one another’s strength.

He will be down for a wine date, if his S/O suggests trying different wines and talking about it would probably be the most romantic his lover can get him to do.

He would love cuddling his S/O late at night, he will always be the big spoon no matter how tall or big his S/O is.

Galette

She would want to marry her S/O right away so he can be part of the family, or she will view no loyalty towards her S/O

She is very overconfident with her looks and skills and expects her S/O to be just as powerful as her or even stronger.

But she will love her S/O with all her heart and if he proved he is worthy of her she would stay loyal to him and the family.

She did put her future husband through a test and trials before choosing to marry him. She wants to test his loyalty and his strength.

She doesn’t care about looks much, just trust

Things I know [and headcanon] about Illima [and the people around him]:

- He went to school in Kalos for some time/was raised in Kalos

- His mother is a star of sorts; she believes his popularity is him taking after her (is she wrong? Probably not)

- He likes Lumiose Galette

- only Trial Captain on Melemele, probably lonely cause he’s:

1. Pedestalised by the locals, especially the younger ones

2. Again, the only captain on Melemele, especially as contrasted to Lana-Kiawe-Mallow, who live on the same island and are friends

- he really really likes battle; probably the trial captain who loves it the most

- If I remember correctly, there’s people who believe Mina and Illima got their type specialty switched at some stage in development? Not fully behind this, but it does have merit

Sooooo each elite fours shopping headcanons bc of this post

First off Kanto in gen 1 where I think Lorelei does the shopping but Agatha sometimes helps with the list but the others don’t really do the shopping given Lance is usually busy and Bruno is just not the best at shopping but sometimes he comes along to help carry stuff if they are doing a full restock

Johto is next which is the kanto one but the main shoppers are gone so Will and Karen go shopping together and Will uses Psychic types to carry the groceries

In Hoenn Steven and Wallace usually do the shopping because Phoebe’s a teen so is too young but does shop well sometimes she comes along, Sidney forgets stuff on the list, Glacia just doesn’t like shopping, And Drake just doesn’t

Sinnoh is goofy bc in my headcanon Aaron is the only one who stays there at all because the league doesn’t have any bed areas and Aaron left his gym for this job so he can’t really stay there also he enjoys living in his place of work so he sleeps on a couch and keeps track of how much food is in the building then Flint does the shopping usually given Aaron is small so can’t carry it all

Next is Unova where Grimsley tapes things to the fridge, Shauntal writes the list (and asks everyone what other items are needed), Then Marshal does the shopping and Caitlin is just newest to the group and doesn’t really want to join in on the reason why a box of fruit snacks is taped to the fridge

Next is Kalos where no one lives there so they all just bring in snacks like Diantha and Malva waiting hours for galettes one day or Dransa bringing in cookies or Siebold bringing in fancy food every once in a while

Next is Alola where i don’t think any of them stay there or bring in snacks

i’m 100 years late with a starbucks but gael was refusing to collaborate with me!! here are some things that came to mind;

gael is not known for his responsibility so i think he'd be the fun kind of dad! i think he'd be the one yelling mcdonalds! mcdonalds! with the kids in the backseat of the car.

he gives the kids sweets in secret and they get sugar rush. colette asks why the kids are going crazy and he goes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

he spoils his kids way too much though like.... bro... isadora does not need a pony.. you don’t even have a stable...

he's alike to his mother in the sense that he'd do anything for his kids. he also wants to make sure they never have to go through anything like himself and colette did which might sometimes manifest as being overbearing.

he doesn’t lose his mischievous streak and loves to play with the kids, especially if it involves pranks

colette and rebeca bonding over a glass of wine while gael chases the kids around in the garden on a warm summer night

Katakuri, Brûlée And Galette Reacting To The 47th Son Gaining Neo's Semblance From A Fruit

Katakuri was taking his private and secret snack break when he lifted a 'donut' and noticed something...off. He used his observation haki and quickly discovered that this donut was fake. It was just glass. Out from the hole of the donut, you popped out and completely ignored his mouth, as you had done ever since you first saw it. Yeah, you were trusted to see it along with the older siblings.

Needless to say, he needed some sort of explanation. You can't just make a fake donut and have it slip past him until it got into his private area. He quickly learned from Perospero that you had consumed a paramecia fruit that gave you the ability to create life like illusions.

He was impressed with the ability and decided to spend the day watching what you could do with your new fruit powers. Of course, you could make practically anything you wanted. Just please don't trick Katakuri with fake donuts or he will cry-

The other siblings, surprisingly, didn't get jealous at all over your day with Katakuri. Anybody would dream of spending a full day with the perfect being.

Brûlée was taking a walk through the forest when she saw a group of her siblings. That was strange, they should all be at their own islands or at the Château. Did she turn more animals into replicas? No, that couldn't be right...suddenly, they shattered into shards of glass as you came out of a bush and hugged her dress.

Once returning to the Château with you and asking around, she discovered you had eaten a devil fruit. Like the rest of the family, it was a paramecia so she was very proud that it was so similar to her own.

You spent the next few hours with Brûlée using your abilities around the island. You had fun making copies of random people and watching them freak out and panic, Brûlée laughing alongside you.

The rest of the siblings were struggling to find you two. Along the way, you made copies of yourself and Brûlée so finding you both only for them to shatter into glass was infuriating after a while.

Galette was finally given a break from the workaholic that was Mont-d'Or and was planning on relaxing in the private lounge she had...when she saw herself already on the couch? The two Galette quickly began arguing over the other being an imposter before you appeared and shattered the fake Galette before hugging the original.

After a few minutes of hugging you and processing what had just happened, she went asking about over what just happened. Opera told her that you had gotten your hands on a devil fruit and ended up eating it before telling anyone you found it.

If it was any other sibling, she'd be disappointed, but it's you so she just smiles and pets your head. Galette happily watched you practice your abilities, making yourself look different and even making random objects like toys and animals out of nothing.

The other siblings would try and join in but Galette would use her own devil fruit to slip them all away and let you both have personal sibling time without the others butting in.

Charlotte Amande

Due her love for her mother as well as her tendency to not kill her enemies, rather make them suffer, I believe Amande would be a isolating yandere. She doesn’t show emotions, rather expresses them, so you can be sure she will tell you how much you mean to her, and why you need to stay with her. 

She has no problem chopping off your limbs if you decide to leave, she also has no problem torturing you, she knows the right spots of the body to cut to keep you alive. Will listen to you beg and plead for forgiveness as she looks down at you with no regret or mercy. 

If you manage to be good, you will mostly be rewarded with some freedoms. You won’t be allowed to leave her domain, but you can be assured you can walk around (with surveillance). She will mostly pat your head, face still stoic even when she’s mad, telling you how good you are. 

Is the type to want you to come to her for things. No matter what the issue is, you have to go to her for permission. Her rules are now your life, and you better follow them for your own wellbeing. 

Charlotte Galette

Galette shows a bit more emotions than either of her sisters on this list, she hates the idea of betrayal (especially when it comes to the Big Mom Pirates) and values her life to the point she cried happy tears when she was saved. Due to her actions and reactions, I consider her to be a manipulative yandere.

Wants to convince you that you need her, will go so far as to let you get hurt in an attempt to run and she is the only one who is willing to help/save you. She also gives me submissive vibes, not as in willing to let you walk over her, but rather, will get what you want/ask for.

Won’t use physical force, again she wants you to think of her as some hero, not a monster, so she will treat you like a treasure rather than prisoner (or person-). 

Once you see her as some good and kind being, she will slowly get you to join the Big Mom Pirates and possibly marry you. She sees these commitments as true love and if you refuse, to her this means you don’t love her, so she might have a mental breakdown-

Charlotte Smoothie

Smoothie is a bit tougher than her sisters, she displays a lot more reactions than the other two. Though she is usually chill, she can also be cruel, from how she handles her enemies and individuals who betray Big Mom, I want to consider her an eliminating yandere! If she has no problem killing and drinking her subordinates, than she has no problem doing the same to anyone who tries to save you. 

She will also threaten you with this, maybe even find individuals who you favor and threaten to kill them the same way if you don’t value your own life. Either way, be prepared for threats, she will have her way and you will listen.

If you are good, Smoothie is very carefree and friendly, almost a different person really. Will almost treat you like a human being she cares about, if you can ignore all the dead people she’s killed to keep you by her side-

I would suggest to stay on your toes and keep your guard up, Smoothie gives me vibes that shows she can get bored easily, if you give into her too quickly or always fight her, she loses interest. Make it a game of cat and mouse to keep yourself alive long enough to escape.

The secrets of Charlotte siblings: Part 1 (Perospero, Katakuri, Cracker, Galette, Lola, Opera)

Headcanon-heavy! If you'd like to see any specific siblings in Part 2, feel free to request. Askbox always open for requests and chatting, enjoy!

It is no secret that Perospero cares for his family. It's obvious that he wants them safe and he's even able to risk it all lying to Mama just so that no one else among the siblings gets hurt.

Still, he is not the kind of person to tell others how much they mean to him. He can be dismissive in words and he prefers to claim that he doesn't depend on others, that he's independent from reassurance and emotional support, and can handle stuff himself. This is, however, a lie.

In secret, Perospero is deeply scared of losing his family. This doesn't apply just to the siblings but even to Big Mom; even if he can be afraid of her rages sometimes, the thought of something happening to her makes him seriously uncomfortable. He hides that fact as much as he can, though, not wanting to seem weak or vulnerable; to us, exhibit A of Perospero's secret in action was every time he worried about Mama and cried out for her exasperated (for instance when she fell down that waterfall), only to later play it all cool and unbothered once he knew she was safe.

Katakuri keeps many secrets, all aimed at maintaining his persona of the perfect brother, son, and impressive fighter. The first category of those secrets would be hiding what makes him normal and just like everyone else. His meriendas, the times when he lays on his back, his love for donuts and softer side are all understandable, human sides of him, but they just don't fit in with this image, and so he feels pressured to conceal them at all times.

The second category of Katakuri's secrets is related to what (in his view) makes him worse than others. His anxieties, impostor syndrome, low self esteem, and poor mental health could worry his loved ones, so he avoids slipping and letting anyone know that he's not as okay as he seems. Unfortunately, that means he doesn't talk to anyone about his problems, though, which quite frankly only makes them worse.

Cracker does not like mentioning his past, for reasons described here (spoiler alert, he's trans). While the older siblings still remember, he keeps it secret from the younger ones and from any people outside of the family, viewing it as a time that didn't represent who he is now in the slightest, and thus doesn't need to be talked about.

A smaller but more embarassing secret of Cracker's is his passion for making dolls and puppets out of biscuits. To him, this harmless hobby is a guilty pleasure that he doesn't tell people about out of fear of judgment, but that he keeps engaging in. He makes dolls of every person important to him, including all of his family, and sometimes spends his time acting out his fantasies of being liked and admired by all siblings through playing with these dolls later on - now that's embarassing, isn't it?

Galette is close to Mont d'Or and thus finds it important to act rational at all times. Still, she has some guilty pleasures that she wouldn't admit out of fear of judgment from her favorite brother: like the fact that she reads horoscopes every week. She does that mostly because she just enjoys it and finds it fun, rather than full on believes in it. Nonetheless, she keeps quiet about it, hiding in her room when she does so, just so that no one can assume that she really thinks the positions of the stars can determine people's destinies.

Besides that, Galette finds enjoyment in people-watching, and may at times eavesdrop on conversations or observe people from over the corner when they think they're alone. Her intents in this are not malicious at all, and normally she'll keep whatever she sees to herself or leave when the situation gets too personal. All in all, she just likes seeing how people act when they don't have to perform their social roles, and that's it, really; but she keeps it secret to not be caught or seen as a creep.

Lola might seem unaware of just how much she is now hated by many in her family. On the outside, she goes on with her life, believing that they all love her even if she escaped to find true love and disobeyed their mother.

Secretly, though, Lola is much more aware than she ever shows. Before she ran from her arranged marriage, she already knew how this would end. She realized she'd be branded a traitor and ostracized forever, and she knows that there is no coming back for her now. It's just that...she doesn't wanna think about it or make others around her worried with these problems. Sometimes, alone, late at night, when she reminds herself of her family, though, a tear or two can roll down her cheeks, and the longing after what she has lost gets to her a little.

In his family of ruthless pirates, Opera is kind of an outlier. Although he complies with orders, at heart he is a pacifist, he doesn't believe in fighting nor wants to fight, and struggles everytime he is told to torture someone or watch someone be tortured. Of course, he can't admit any of this, though, lest he wants to be put through even more fighting supposed to get him to "toughen up".

On top of that, Opera is secretly afraid of blood. He's glad that he can cover battle atrocities around him with cream, not to have to see them, but if a glimpse of a massacred body still slips through or if he sees a severe injury on someone, be it sibling or enemy, he always feels just a tiny bit lightheaded.

The Charlottes need more love and attention! so I have a suggestion! there is an episode of "Me, the Wife and the Kids" where Kady sells the house stuff in her little shop. How would the older ones react if the youngest, the children, did the same? Taking stuff from your brothers to sell?

I'm not really familiar with the series you mentioned, BUT if the younger Charlottes did decide to sell their older siblings' things or stuff around the chateau, you can bet the eldest siblings would be pissed!

Perospero, Oven and Mont D'or would likely scold the kids, while Opera, Galette, Compote and Katakuri would take it upon themselves to buy back any of the items the kids already sold.

Cracker would likely find the whole thing hilarious...until he finds out the kids sold HIS stuff. Then there'll be hell to pay.

having trouble concentrating cus my roommate had to go to the ER. we're gonna talk about clowns. galette specifically. get ready for your local disaster lesbian undead fae-adjacent clown she has a devil-may-care kind of attitude and likes to instigate; she figures the worst has already happened to her (she had a falling out with her sister and then promptly got murdered), so what's left ?? went out with a punchline that didn't quite land, might as well keep rolling with the joke, right ? under constantin, galette is largely the errand girl. although dangerous as any supernatural clown, constantin sees what galette is unlikely to ever admit. which is that she hates committing violence — lacks the disposition for it given her non-fallen (just dead) clown status. something everyone else is more aware of than galette herself is. and being one of the youngest, alongside sixte, means the gang babies her in their individual ways. she'll say she hates it but that's a lie. :o) speaking of sixte, when the gang first got together galette often felt jealousy over the lazare siblings' relationship. she and her sister used to be close before her life became one big fat joke. it was hard to interact with them at first, but now they and the rest of the gang are like a second family. really makes galette almost something like happy. out of all of them, galette also is the most down to earth, with the best understanding of humans and their emotions. on a scale of babylas (zero) to ten, she's sitting at a good seven. this makes her the first choice for communications if they're dealing with human clients, assuming constantin isn't negotiating directly. even if she'll text complaints to constantin the entire time, she gets the job done. galette is just the type to say a whole bunch of shit she doesn't even mean. she'll say she doesn't care when she does, it's part of how she pushed her sister away.

Headcanon: Opera doesn't see himself as unique. He has quite a low self-esteem.

Being born in a quintuplet set, and in great number of siblings, he always felt like he didn't stand out despite being a large built man. He had the same face and same abilities as his quintuplet brothers, his goals were his mother's; he was too odd-looking to the normal people yet not odd enough to standout among his siblings.

But that was before he discovered a devil fruit.

He contemplated whether he'd take the devil fruit back home and let the older siblings decide what to do with it, or he could eat it and be at least different from his quintuplet brothers. In the end, he ate it - the cream fruit.

His siblings would later discover his new devil fruit ability by accident, and still it didn't make Opera feel any different. He still felt like the same common person, without identity other than being a Charlotte son. With nothing else, he decided to embrace his devil fruit ability and did the weirdest he could - cover himself in cream.

Smoothie

She has lots of fans and admirers who always cheer her on whenever she's fighting, or just doing her business as a Sweet Commander in Tottland. Katakuri may be the most popular/beloved Charlotte sibling, but Smoothie is a very close second. Even though most of her fangirls know that she uses the "juice" of other people as a regular beverage, they would gladly get their youth sucked out if it means they're close to Smoothie-sama.

She starts every morning by doing some leg stretches in her bed, and she's got gymnast-level flexibility thanks to her years of training. She's also got a lot of muscle as well, since she wields that gigantic sword as her main weapon. When her other siblings are training, they all like having her as a mentor/training buddy because she makes the best post-exercise smoothies.

She's glad that her status as a Sweet Commander means she isn't likely to be married off because a) she prefers women over men and b) she's a vital line of defense for the kingdom (and Big Mom doesn't want one of her top 3 fighters being put out of commission for 9 months). She has very high standards when it comes to a potential suitor, and nobody who's come to court her has measured up to her. 

Amande

The reason her hat is so large is because she is very particular about her personal bubble of space. When she was a kid, anyone who tried to hug her without asking or pushed her while they were playing would get the crap beaten out of them. Even her cheekier siblings like Cracker or Flampe don't fuck with Amande's personal space.

Iirc, Amande is always second place in Flampe's "Best Charlotte Sister" poll. Because of how beloved she is and how her younger siblings look up to her, she tries to set a decent example for them when it comes to her smoking. If she catches any of them smoking before she thinks they're old enough to make that decision, she slices the cigarette in half--while it's still in their mouth--and tells them that isn't the proper way to be cool/mature/like Big Sis Amande.

She's a night owl and on the rare occasion that she isn't up all night doing work as the Minister of Nuts or doing administrative stuff for Nuts Island, she likes to wander around. One time she encountered a little girl lost and crying for her mom, and (after putting her cigarette out), she took her hand and helped her find her way back home. Normally she hates being hugged without permission, but when the little girl hugged her and thanked "Miss Amande" for taking her back to her mama, she let it slide. Nobody is allowed to know about this moment of softness.

Galette

When she was younger, she was a bit of a crybaby (similar to how she is after Katakuri saves her from falling, when she's teary and holds onto "Katakuri-niisan"). It was something she grew out of eventually, mostly thanks to Katakuri's presence as a brother and good stoic role model. Because of this she is very close to him, and if she learned about his mouth--assuming she doesn't know already--it wouldn't matter to her in the slightest.

Another reason she wouldn't be bothered by Kata's mouth is because of her sister Poire. Any time someone made fun of her sister's teeth, Gallette would get so angry that (while crying, since that's her go-to emotional response when she's upset) she would come at them swinging and make sure she punched out at least one of their teeth in retaliation. If she had been there when Flampe started ridiculing Katakuri's mouth, she would have verbally lit her ass up.

One of her favorite candies is black licorice. She doesn't get why so many people hate it and on Halloween, she always gets a bunch of licorice from the trick-or-treaters on Butter Island who get it; they hate it, but they know that Minister Galette loves it and will leave an empty bowl in the island's ministry building for kids to drop off their unwanted licorice.

he is a patient (fish-)man who dealt with many big and insane personalities throughout his life (I'm not saying you are like them honey!), but there is a certain level of patience in him which will really come in handy throughout your relationship!

quite often your suddenly shifting behaviour confuses him in the beginning, but like any challenge Jinbei does everything to understand and ultimately manages to get used to it and grows to be a very supportive boyfriend!

Sweetie you seem like the girl of her dreams- I mean you're both cute and stylish, yet with a sharp tongue and weird personality which just fits right in with her crazy family! 

Galette loves taking you shopping, mainly to watch your cute reactions as she picks out clothes for you. Sometimes she even purposefully presents you something totally weird and out the box just to giggle at your adorable reaction to it! 

and introducing you to her siblings was one of the most fun moments in her life- especially some of her older brothers and sisters who just assumed that you were a smol little bean, but then you open your mouth and it was- over- god Galette couldn't help but feel proud for having someone like you by her side xD 

despite her overall playfulness, there is a very supportive and understanding side to her which will especially show when you're feeling depressed or suffer from a sudden breakdown. Oh and even if it ends up annoying you a bit, Galette will stay by your side and order a bunch of servants around to tend to your every whim until you're finally better again!
