HATSUNE MIKU GARFIELD COSPLAY!!!

Now that I have your attention, I'm conflicted. I'm creating a Hatsune Miku cosplay (from scratch mostly), and I'm not sure what to do.

There are various drawings of Hatsune Miku in a Garfield like outfit, but I want to be somewhat original and make it even more rad.

Artist: Token.kat and Vulcan (i think)

In those drawings, Miku has her signature hair, which is 100% fine! I'm just not sure if I should do mine with orange hair since there are versions of Miku with that.

Another thing that I'm thinking is making the outfit more Garfield, but with all of that, she might not be recognizable.

Finally, I'm also not sure if even with the outfit, I could cosplay her. This is a problem every time I personally cosplay. I feel like my face shape and body isn't like the character, or my face doesn't look right in the wig, so I just look off. I'm not sure if I'm just self-conscious because I've seen tons of different people with different body types, face shapes, and skin colors cosplay Miku, and they all look AMAZING. I think it's just me, lol.

Sorry for the rant at the end. Please tell me what you people think, I feel like Tumblr is the best place to ask for this!
