What do you think of the depictions of Garth from the Teen Titans and Young Justice shows?

TT Aqualad is the reason I started hyperfixating on Aquaman nearly 20 years ago so he does hold a special place in my heart, but he is responsible for all the hydrokinesis Garths and Ugly Long Hair Garths who followed him and for that he must pay.

Looking back after reading the comics, I don’t really like his personality either but i try to keep in mind that all the TT cartoon characters are just tropes and aren’t based on the comics lmao. Aqualad just happened to be the animal-powers foil to Beast Boy, so like…he’s not very interesting, but he wasn’t supposed to be. He was just supposed to be early-2000s-child-cartoon-minor-character-hot.

To answer the final question about Asian dramas: No, I do not currently, I was watching one with a doctor in Korea who time traveled to the past; it was very good, but then I moved and couldn’t catch up with it.

We’ll start with Marvel and my OTPs because that’s a smaller list:

Romy; Rogue and Gambit, all the way, don’t fuck with it.

Kastle; they won me.

Venessa & Deadpool; MCU, I like how these two are together.

Storm & T’Challa; I thought it was a cool power couple before Marvel went and fucked it up; again.

Harry Potter:

Dramione, I’m sorry, but this just screams Pride & Prejudice, also with a fiery clash of wills and passions; I can see it long term happening.

Romione, it’s about tied with Dramione to be honest, but in the long run I see Dramione being a better ship for a lasting romance, where Romione is BFFs, comfortable and safe.

Harry & Ginny; always.

Theodore Nott & Luna Lovegood; kind of a Persephone & Hades vibe with them.

Nevil Longbottom & Luna Lovegood; I LOVE this ship, you have no idea how precious they are and honestly I’m sad it wasn’t canon.

Jacob & Queenie (I demand they fix this, like NOW)

I’m torn between Albus-Scoprius and Rose-Scorpius too, so that’s a tie.
