Surya Grahan: Solar Ecllipse It was great watching, however was pouring. Thrilling to manage an umbrella & the stop motion trigger. Sadly it was cloudy, so couldnt see the complete ring at around 12:00 but the effort & the struggle to manage capture the penetrating sun which wasnt even with standing the pinned holed aperture, 1/8000 shutter speed & 100 ISO. The tools for statistics are in depth study of any subject matter under taken, that the content to be studied, developed and presented. Saying about presenting, is half the level to set-up an interface with an aimed branding. Digital Marketing is trending these days & it has to be pioneering rather than being superficial. There are several tools to put a matter in a structure, when they are numbers then 6-Sigma tools help to give accuracy to work, whereas when you put forth the matter one needs designing tools viz. Corel Draw, Adobe, Articulate 360, Microsoft Office. Even traditional used Microsoft Word or Excel can do wonders, perhaps the amalgamation of different competencies is needed. We completely agree to what A P J Abdul Kalam said "Primary education needs a lot of reforms, mainly top 3 are Creative Syllabus, Creative Teacher & Creative Classroom". Envisioned 2020 Mission of Dr. Kalam & now that we are already in 2020, we are able to often see Online Workshops. However, Educating/ Learning Methodologies doesnt limit to children anymore but also adults due to regular upgrades in syllabus with the need in time. In the due course LMS has also emerged & evolved with an Interactive, Statistical & Librarian Interface approach providing working employees on the job training with a reducing learning curve. Looking at all these aspects this is a small effort in creating an Andragogy based, Instructional Designed e-Learning Module for LMS platform for a leading healthcare company.
