GCSE/A-Level Languages Speaking

Here’s a tip for those of you starting to revise for any MFL GCSE or A-Level:

When revising I would recommend learning your vocab (or at least associating the words you do know) in little strings of words, and writing many strings under each question that they could possibly ask you.

For example (French): If a question could be "Comment pouvez-vous aider l'environnement?" Then some example strings could be: le jardin-cultiver-la fleur (par exemple: la lavande)-les abeilles le sac en plastique-la plage-la meduse-la tortue marine l'électricité-éteindre-la lumière-éconimiser-les combustibles fossiles

Then I'd use these words create a comprehensive sentence, either when revising, or during the exam. However, if you practise creating sentences too often, then it will seem too prepared and stiff, in response. Vocab and speedy conjugation is the best way to go when wanting to sound spontaneous. Hope this helps!

GCSE poems. Although it's not the best thing to do a mind map about I think the pens were a plus! For the arrows I used a @ukmuji gel pen to show how pastel the @zebrapen_uk sarasa milk gel pens really are. Whilst using these pens they have a weird smoothness which other pens I haven't had. i officially left secondary school yesterday so i won't really have much to post for a while :/

everything was really quick and unexpected and i'm still processing it all

i'm gonna start doing prep for my a levels when i inevitably get bored so i might be posting some of that lol

Govt attitute to exam results v similar to the way it saw the virus coming but did not move quickly. In March it watched Italy and did not react. This time it saw Scotland's exam example and again froze in the headlights.
