           strength wasn’t in his dna. it was a pseudonym for his obvious shortcomings. he was caged in his own mind. what he was doing was a necessary service -- bottling himself up just tight enough... to keep it from all LEAKING out. keeping it from hurting the people around him. trying desperately to hide it away, in hopes-- he would be the only one left to hurt.

I havent had bad anxiety in a while, like a WHILE but now its interrupting my sleep. Like i get anxious like I have a FEAR about falling asleep like i feel vulnerable? and I live alone so its worse, so then even when I take the melatonin my mind fights it because is afraid. So I end up exhausted like really late at night but I have to wake up early because I have school and shit. So i end up with horrible migraines and all of this is exhausting and I need it to stop.
