Took me less time to figure her outfit out than Dawn’s, but the color distribution was a little tricky.

Just like last time, this is my first time posting about this character in general, so if you want to learn more about her, I’m leaving a blurb about her under the cut

So like I said, this is Angeline. Say hi. She’s from the same universe/story as Dawn, meaning she’s also part of the same fantasy superhero wizard group thing. Initially she is introduced as a “mean girl” type character and is sort of a rival of Iris (another character from this story I haven’t introduced yet). Due to magic Shenanigans, Iris and the rest of the group realize they have to work with her in order to Save the World. Though she causes problems at first, overtime she and the group bond and she opens up about her interests and insecurities. Eventually, though she may still seem kind of bossy to an outsider, she’d go to great lengths to protect her new friends :)

Finally! Some Pride themed Character Art!!

Her Name is Dawn (last name yet to be decided) and she’s Demisexual :)

It took a while to figure out what kind of outfit to give her, especially because she usually wears sweaters, and I really wanted to do more summery outfits for the pride outfits. But eventually a friend suggested overalls, and I was inspired :)

This is my first time posting about this character (I think), so if you’re interested in her, I’ll put a little blurb under the cut!

(Also, I tried writing my own Alt text for the art, let me know if I did well, or if not, I’d appreciate if you gave some helpful critique! It’s my first attempt at that sort of thing, so I tried my best, but idk if I was too specific, not enough, etc)

So, as previously stated, this is Dawn, and she’s one of my older OCs :) Specifically, she’s one of my “Gem Shards” characters, which is literally one of the oldest OC stories I still work with. She’s one of a group of six main characters that were originally self inserts for me and my family, and they’re all like- magic superheroes? (Kinda magical girls, I think? But I don’t actually watch too much magical girl media so idk . Gem Shards in general will likely get their own post at some point so I’ll explain better then).

I’d argue Dawn is one of the characters that has evolved most into her own character. She was originally inspired by my mom, and that still shows up today with her interests and hobbies (her love of reading, her preference for games/anime, some of her more crafty hobbies, etc) but personality-wise, she’s similar, but has enough differences to feel like her own character. She’s still a bit of a “mom friend”, and is the leader of their hero group, but she’s definitely more similar to me in the way she expresses her interests. She will infodump about whatever JRPG she’s currently playing for an entire 24 hours if you let her.

I’ll probably talk more about her later in a non-pride-specific post later, if you’re intrigued :)

I'm reading the Drizzt series and seriously enjoying it, I'm on The Halflings Gem right now! I knew how cool Drizzt was going to be but I've grown incredibly fond of all these characters.

Whatever I say about my sysmates please know that I'm not judging them for it unless it's like genuinely fucking problematic. A lot of us have some fucked up canons and I PROMISE I am not actually legitimately angry because of what they've done in lives that currently do not matter

No, I don't give a flying fuck that Pearl would eat Gem Shards, no I don't care about how Ula was back then, I think what matters is NOW. They aren't doing the things that they used to do, we're all being given a chance to change and grow and I think that's wonderful. I will personally come after you if you dare hold anything we share on this blog against us because it means so much that my sysmates let me share this information.

Okay but I think the real question would be: would Steven and Connie have to stay fused in order to be pregnant with their kid? Cause I'm thinking that considering the gems and fusion in general sex between adult Steven and adult Connie would turn into fusion between the two...so would stevonie be a new type of preg? Not mpreg... but thing else? What I'm really asking is if stevonie had to be pregnant but unfused would Connie be the one pregnant or would Steven be pregnant? Clearly Rebecca sugar would totally make mpreg but I'm also wondering if it would be a shared pregnancy, like half of the babies organs would be in Connie while Steven had the legs and feet. Wouldn't thst be fucked up? Wouldn't it be fucked up if Steven and Connie went into labor at the same time and what came out was just a fucked up mass of flesh and bone?

I've been getting Gemcyt brain rot and I've been wondering... What do you think would Joe be? I haven't seen any art of him and I feel he would either be just a guy that a certain grew Jasper fond of. Or he's the equivalent of White diamond. Either way I think it fits his character perfectly
