I know today's a rest day (and I'm supposed be binging spiderman movies) but damnit I'm a rabid imp that needs to start shouting security breach headcanons and funny little thoughts out loud

Freddy Fazbear (Glamrock Freddy)

My favorite interpretation for Freddy that I created is the idea that he suffers from the "golden child" syndrome. He's a sentient, functioning ai animatronic of one his iconic predecessors, he's the best in terms of how he's made.

I imagine Faz Ent wanted no mishaps or no incidents that involved Freddy, so that means they will always be hyper-vigilant of him, making sure he's runs "perfectly" (you get where I'm going with this). If he doesn't, then they correct him and make sure he doesn't leave his lane and keep him in place. That can involve controlled shocks, live repairs, shutting him down temporarily, or worse decommissioning him and rebuilding him (for very extreme cases).

So, poor Freddy, who's always in the spotlight and has so many eyes on him, is going to be very rigid and run on a routine. He doesn't want to break rules or any protocols if it means he or someone might get in trouble.

This applies to his bandmates as well, if they cause trouble- basically he gets reprimanded for their slip ups even if it wasn't directly HIS fault. Thus, gives Freddy a "perfectionist" trait, which is fine... until he becomes a real stick in the mud (especially when he gets in a bad mood).

Quick tidbits:

He doesn't like maintenance checks because most of them have resulted in him being uncomfortable/harmed

Despite being the lovable mascot, he's treated poorly by staff and techs, the higher ups only seeing him as a product more than an individual

Uhh... he's a mild pyromaniac (I'll get into that later)

He loves space, people watching, and entertaining (even if it causes him mild strife)

He has a lot of dad jokes, ready to fire them off when given the chance

Chica is his closest friend, Roxy is a mutual (he's always there to comfort her when SHE goes to him, which is often), and Monty is... complicated.

More or less my Monty has always been...Like that™. Some may say a soft boy

So originally the SB designs got leaked way back in 2020 on a calender or something, and I went "oh I like the gator" and made these. A design that's familiar to the game, but still my type™

Which the first one was my first ever piece in CSP :)

And Montgomery lived pretty rent free in my mind. I can't find them, but I had doodled him a bunch on my work sheets through the next 2 months.

Then I kind of forgot about him till sept 2021 with some trailers dropping

Which this ⬆️ was born out of. I had a general idea in my head how this guy worked/had my own headcanons based off what little we had. Which was pretty far off from actual canon lmao.

The orignal black spike bits in the neck and ankles were meant to represent corruption, but just kinda, became part of the design for me. I phased out the ankle and elbow spikes when doing my series since I threw out the direct corruption theory

When the game finally dropped, it reignited my love of the gator. Which was when I made this. ⬇️

I had no real ideas in my head at the time, just "Ha ha what if you were a maintenance worker that Monty liked to hit on-"

And it snowballed. So very hard.

I went from maintenance staff to "oh well I drew them with Monty on their boots and they're in his colors...hmm what if every animatronic had a Handler?" and then it rolled into "okay how do I explain my ideas of a pre Glamrock Monty?" and "Idk I'd like to think he was chill before he got his upgrades-" and "Hmm. What if the viewer insert was super close with Monty?" which was when I made my first video. I posted it to tik tok and made myself food.

Needless to say I was not prepared for how fast it took off. And I had planned on making more either way because I like to tell stories, even if nobody is listening. But the excitement from people spurred me on

And I drew a ton of art and wrote a lot of things, but I got bored. But with the dlc, my hyperfixation reemerged with a fucking vengeance

So many people wanted to hear my story, and I appreciated it immensely, and I still do 🥺💕💕💕

As for everyone else. They're just random ideas I had and went "I can work with that." because my brain never shuts off. I have. So many ideas. It's just a matter of getting the energy for it all.

The werebeings AU was always kind of a thing, as evidenced in the sept 2021 doodle. He reemerged later on in my art and I essentially moved the microscope around till I was happy. And we got the dork we have now

Glamrocks in the Harpy Au pt.2

Montgomery "Monty" Etsitty has a bit of a not so great reputation in the local community. He is known as a big brute that has a tendency to smash first, ask questions later. It also doesn't help that his animal spirit is the alligator and looks very much like a were-gator. Due to his temper and bad attitude, he always has his tail out, short muzzle with sharp teeth, claws and at least 50% of his scales on display. Otherwise he's very buff, very dark tanned skin with his iconic red mohawk. The only good thing that he does have going for him is that he is always nice to the kids, even if he looks very scary. Monty was able to prove this by stopping an attempt kidnapping by smashing the unmarked white van, pulling the guy out and beaten him near the inch of their life. The local judge wasn't too happy with how Monty handled the situation, but the parents were very grateful to Monty (albeit still wary of him). Monty is a construction worker and local handyman when in between jobs. Y/N hired Monty, on Freddy's recommendation, to help rebuild the barn and the farmhouse after the falling incident with Sundrop. Everyone had a rough time at first with Monty's attitude, but Y/N trusted Freddy and gave him the chance. Sundrop is very wary of Monty and would hide behind Y/N. But surprisingly Moondrop looks up to him like an uncle. He saw Monty as a strong person and wants to emulate that same strength. Monty didn't mind Moondrop following him around on the farm, as long as he doesn't get in the way of his job.

Roxanne "Roxy" Mahigan is known as a gorgeous woman with big silver hair, stunning golden eyes and glamorous completion. She's also known as a narcissistic and most people could only stand her for a short time before they find a way to excuses themselves. Her animal spirit is the gray wolf, which shows with by her having her tail, ears, fangs and claws out at all times. Though Roxy doesn't really mind because she feels it enhances her beauty. Roxy comes from a competitive family of car racers, which could explain why Roxy is the way she is because of the pack mentality and her own parents view her as an omega. No matter what she does, wither it's beauty or talent, it just not good enough for them. Even when she was able to received her animal spirit the family is known for, their response was, "Huh, thought yours was going to be a toy poodle." Soon after that, Roxy decided to move out and live with her uncle Foxy (who is to local mechanic after he retired from the Navy) and her cousin Mandy (aka Mangle cause she a talented contortionist). Roxy picked up the family business as a mechanic, but she also likes to race in the local derby on the weekends. Pretty much the only time that Roxy is a tolerable person is when she's around her best friend, Chica. Chica understands her past, but is happy to point out when Roxy is out of line. Chica even recommended her to Y/N to fix the old compact utility tractor that came with the farm. Moondrop straight out doesn't like her and would even go as far as hissing at her if she got too close. Sundrop, on the other hand, had a huge crush on her and wanted to be close to her while she's working on the tractor. Y/N ended up having to lock Sundrop in the R/V so Roxy could do her job.

(I looked up common Native American surnames because I thought it would be interesting. Freddy does have a hyphen surname cause I did want to make it obvious that he's apart of the Fazbear family.)

as much as were all kinda berugedly theorizing about ruin rn I actually want to talk about the things I loved about it. first off the atmosphere was genuinely terrifying???? they stepped up so much with the animations and everything. monty at the beginning right before the title got me so bad

plus the story???? it genuinely feels like a video game. sb was scuffed story wise as much as I genuinely adore it, but this was just so good and linear. it holds up so well on it's own and it has so many iconic moments

I really enjoyed the Gregory plot. hes getting more and more involved as time goes on even if he doesnt want to. the mimic is using HIM to lure people to get out and take more lives. he couldnt even save Cassie because it used his voice too much to lure her to danger

despite the mixed feelings on the mimic (I dont think its THE mimic, just a very very similar character that inspired the books instead of the other way around) but it was genuinely awesome. a new villain introduced that could very well be glitchtraps true form, and its definitely setting up vanessa, Gregory and Freddy to be the new protagonists that keep the mimic at bay. a LOT was implied to happen off screen and I find it sooooo interesting trying to figure out what they've been up to. I'm so excited to see where they go with this and waiting will be really agonizing

not to mention the FIC POTENTIAL!!! oneshots with Cassie and Gregory post ruin if she got out, fixing the glamrocks literally being a mechanic and you can give chica her voice box back, GLAM BONNIE, confirmed 3 star ending with implications to what they got up to afterwards, small bits of Gregory backstory that give insight on how his character is kind and caring, just SO many possibilities with this dlc
