The two went on their first date to a local squid exhibit. While there, Gordon felt his heart swell as he held Penny's hand and watched a pair of squids dance around their enclosure. Without a second thought, he leaned in and kissed Penny's forehead. She leaned into his loving embrace and held him close. As the two stood their, enjoying each other's warmth, Gordon finally gained the courage to mumble a sincere declaration of love. Cupping his face in her hands, Penny smiled and returned his feelings. Later as they were leaving the exhibit, Gordon tried to get another glimpse of the Squids. But they were gone. Turns out there hadn't been any purple or green squids to view that day, but the lady at the desk just shrugged. Turns out it's good luck to see these imaginary squids, any couple who sees them will have a long and happy life together... or so she'd heard. After all, nobody knows love like a starmaker.

Honestly, you’ve been around much longer, and have had the most impact in this fandom for as long as I can remember. When I think who basically founded the fandom, I think pooshpin (or nicktoonacle, took me forever to switch your name in my head) and dannyfangirl (who is no longer with us😢 I never saved the stories). I don’t know if other people know just how important you are to this fandom. Aren’t you on good terms with mk though???

I don’t know what to say, I’m really touched, thank you so much, Golla! You’ve been such a great inspiration and roll model to all members of the NU fandom for a long time now and I really respect and admire you for that!

But no, we aren’t. I haven’t spoken to them in over a year and a half and I’ll direct you to this post x just in case you or anyone else hasn’t seen it yet and want some clarification. Like I’ve mentioned in it, I don’t want to start any drama, I just don’t want my content associated with there’s in any way. I’m not comfortable with it because of how they do things with NU and what they did to me personally. Our content is very different from each others and it honestly kinda baffles me that hardly anyone notices (in terms of NU, of course, since I’m mostly doing SP stuff now).

I'm going to shut down this blog.

I've been thinking about this for a while, but haven't had the time. Back when I started this blog, I was hoping to put together the best the Danny Phantom Phandom had to offer. I'd been around for so long, I wanted to put together a showcase of the best of the best and send it off to Butch Hartman, Steve Marmel, All the cast and crew of the show, and Nickelodeon itself.

I know now that it's a fruitless endeavor.

The Phandom changed, there's a different group of people here now. Two times over.

I always wanted you all to just stop fighting, that was the goal I wanted to reach. A stupid one mind you, but seeing as I literally never had trouble with anyone and tended to go out of my way to protect my fandom family, it just seemed natural to think we're could reach it.

Since then I've seen the fandom have multiple meltdowns and influx of new people. And each batch caused new drama. It'd just how fandoms work.

As of now, I've mostly separated myself from the Danny Phandom.

On top of that people stopped taking the blog seriously and would just send raunchy stuff that I didn't want to see (which is weird because I literally LIVED in that group for a while) because Butch said he didn't like it.

Don't take this as sad though, I'm not angry with anyone. New people enter fandoms and make changes. That is healthy for its growth. I want to see you all grow and become a solid fanbase that helps and protects one another.

It's just time I move on.

But before I shut down this blog on January 1st 2020, I want to take a walk down memory lane.

For every piece featured on this blog, I am going to personally thank every single artist and writer.

I'm going to create a special post for each one with a synopsis of my history with them, as well as a line to their work, and if I can get it, where they are now.

I think this blog need a quiet death, so once I've given all the creators their due, I'll try to fade it into obscurity before deleting it completely.

Once again, not sad.

It's time for me to move on, and a step of that is letting this project go. My feelings toward the crew of DP haven't changed. I still love the show, I still rever Steve Marmel's ability to shape a show, I celebrate Guy Moons slappin score, and I still respect the imagination and tenacity or Butch Hartman.

And I still very much love my first fandom.

I'll see you guys next Friday.

Ranting Manticore #1 Butch’s latest video

I’ve seen on Twitter Butch made a video on 107 DP facts. I watched it and i liked it even though most facts were repetitive it’s not a big deal.Then i went to Tumblr to see the overall opinion on it and honestly,I’m so tired!

You want to know more? Hold on tight ‘cos it’s gonna be a long rant!

Some ranted about Sam & Tucker not being able to “survive” the accident. I have two ideas that could explain why he said so:

Danny is more resistant to ectoplasmic exposure due to his parents’ experiments.This theory is most likely confirmed by most Phans

Scenarium: It’s a term me and some friends use in Roleplays to describe & decide the main big lines of a scenario that will never be edited.One of the main lines of DP was Danny as the “chosen one” by the scenarium to become half-dead during the incident.In a nutshell,Scenarium is what’s canon by the content creator

What really triggered me the most is how the sunburn fact(the 94th fact if im correct) is “an excuse to dismiss trans!Danny” according to some Phans.I’m gonna say this once:

A show should NOT be praised because of showing off“progressive ideas” but rather on making it good !

I can understand we need to show people being a trans person is not bad BUT it’s not a reason to shove it up our throats! That’s why some Phans are tired of this “everyone in a show is progressive or ultra liberal”narrative and the Trans!headcanon. Adding this won’t make the show any better or not doing it won’t make it worse.

Personally,I laughed at this fact.I made a French funny quote when I retweeted the 107 facts video because i had an headcanon at this moment: Let me explain that for ya!

When exposed to a strong hot source(Sun,wildfires,lasers,ect...)Danny will have more chances to have side effects from theses same sources: sweating quicklier than average,getting a sunburn easily when exposed to the sun during Summer for example. These sides effects forces him to drink a lot and to go in any colder area to avoid dehydration .In a nutshell, Danny has a higher chance of getting dehydration and die from it than anyone else when exposed to a strong hot source.

Overall,Butch told us 107 facts we should consider as canon to create headcanons (or at least the majority of them).You have to right to prefer your headcanons over his headcanons but the Scenarium(=canon) of Danny Phantom is what we based our headcanons on.

For the issue regarding trans!Danny,Butch has his opinions over same sex relationships and you have yours over it. I am pro-LGBT but I do not like that headcanon because it’s irrelevant for the show’s scenarium.I don’t see the point of sayng Danny is trans if it’s just to “please” a certain community.Danny Phantom will get an audience no matter what. However,I am for more LGBT relationships in future shows as long as it has a purpose in the scenario and not just for the “forced progressive”narrative.

Plus,people like @gollageek​ noticed Butch somehow tries to speak to the fandom but it’s like we have already closed the door to him with that discourse.Let’s give him one last chance amikos,shall we?

Quarantine Tag Game

1. How has your day been?

Much better than earlier this week! It was mostly sunny today and we had some beautiful thunderheads stacking up on the mountains and lots of blue blue sky. I got a lot of work done on projects around the house and shop and yard, so that’s good!

2. What is the last thing that made you smile?

My cats! I petted them and kissed them goodnight a few minutes ago.

3. What’s keeping you entertained these days?

I’ve been watching a lot of people play Animal Crossing: New Horizons and yearning. I’ll get a Switch and the game eventually XD Other than that, lots of yardwork in the nice spring weather, lots of working on engines and stuff in the garage with my dad, and cleaning cleaning cleaning.

4. If you are in some kind of quarantine/self-isolation: is there anything you’d like to achieve in this time?

I have a new creative project that I’m working on and really hoping to get the first installment of it up and ready to be enjoyed! There’s still a ways to go, and I really wanna make sure I do it justice, but yeah, something completely new.

Other than that, I’ve just been making lists of all the small things I need or want to accomplish around the house - rototilling the garden, plotting out what i’m going to plant and where, inventory on seeds, petting cats, clearing blackberries, having campfires, organizing the pantry, keeping up on laundry, showering every day, talking on the phone with all the people i can’t physically see, things like that! All the big and little things, and making sure I congratulate myself on accomplishing any of them no matter how big or small.

5. Post a selfie (if you’re comfortable with that)

Not a selfie, but have a picture of the wood pile i made today with all the wood my dad and i chopped up. Stuff was too wet (and i was much too cold) to have a fire but i made a new stack of wood in the chicken yard to dry, so hopefully i’ll be able to have one in the next few days.

There was no doubt that International Rescue was one of the busiest non profit organisations around. The Tracy Boys having to divide their lives between social parties for their father's charities and saving people from death defying stunts proved to be tiresome. So each time there was a calming, non chaotic charity gala, the boys found themselves to relax. But that's not always the case.  

The special event the five brothers had to attend was an acknowledgement and celebration of International Rescue's many successes. But there was a catch- bring along a person who you rescued or would selflessly help others. There were many choices for the boys, thus creating a game of favourites. 

Gordon tried relentlessly to woo Lady Penelope as his special guest as he has 'rescued' her many times, but the British lady denied- Lady Penelope was a self sufficient lady whom could get what she wanted with a look. Besides, as an ambassador she brought her own guest- Sherbet. 

Alan was excited to brag about his missions in space, daringly saving individuals and the day- so he decided to bring along Conrad. Conrad was slightly more outgoing than the red head Tracy, making him more exciting to talk to. They had grown close together, especially after Alan calmed him during a panic attack when his space station malfunctioned. Alan liked Conrad a lot- dude was everything the youngest Tracy wanted to be unlike Francis Lemoire.

  Virgil's guest took no second guessing- they were perfect. Cass McCready, a firefighter, proved bravery and heart put into her job- something Virgil valued as Switzerland of the family. She would be a perfect member of International Rescue, Virgil even hoped she'd be his predecessor to Thunderbird 2. A machine as powerful as Virgil's deserves a pilot just as powerful in both heart and strategy. 

John, although usually restrained to his safe haven of Thunderbird 5, had been only a select few rescues and could only think of one person to bring. Captain Ridely O'Bannon, another straightforward woman who wasn't afraid to get the job done. Ridley and John grew close up in space, their playful banter making John feel not completely alone up in space. Although EOS was plenty enough company. 

Scott, being the eldest and most...lets say experienced with the people in need of rescue could think of a million people but he couldn't choose. Because his Sally had decided to invite that nice boy who is just as extreme as Scotty. Upon hearing the description, the brothers couldn't help but smirk at the look on Scott's face when Brandon was invited. That dude had caused enough troubles. 

Gordon thought of the perfect guests to bring. They were daring, bold and loved going on adventures- who Else than Buddy and Ellie to bring along to Gala! --- Okay, maybe bringing along the two most daring modern adventurors to a high end celebration wasn't the best idea. Gordon looked away at the sight of his heroes filming guests and creating commentaries such as "the sophisticated being laps the divine juice" and "we see in the distance the congregating of fancy penguins". As if the gala couldn't get worse. 

"Brendon no! Stop that!" an embarrassed Scott shrieked as Brendon slid down the banisters with roller blades, an amused Alan and smug John cackling at Scott's hair greying and receeding. Virgil looked amongst the chaos from the sidelines holding a beer brewed in Kansas, breathing an embarrassed and defeated sigh. 

From Lady Penelope's perspective, Scott was screeching and jumping up and down whilst Alan found an old sleigh and slid down the staircase, Conrad running in panic away from the incoming makeshift Thunderbird. Virgil and John expressed smug and resting bitch faces as Cass was trying to extinguish a fire that Buddy had began when his prosthetic got caught in a chair and tripping, sending the table and candles flying into the drapes. Ridley was trying to halt Ellie from her charades, guests and GDF personnel in shock. 

After the incident at the Manor, Penelope swore that the Tracy's were never to visit again let alone bring friends after the mess left, burnt aftersnell, ruined velvet curtains and psychological trauma given to Sherbet.  

Thus- why Tracy's are never invited to places. Their lives are already chaotic
