Miscellaneous Talion Headcanons-
He takes hygiene very seriously. He grew up learning how to make his own soap from animal fat, plant oils, and natural fragrances. He doesn’t bathe out in the open if he can help it (not that he’s as prudish as most Gondorians, but mostly because it leaves him vulnerable to ambushes). He cleans with a washcloth, soap, and filtered water he keeps stocked in the relative privacy of the either the barrows or wraith towers. His soap fragrances consist of whatever’s readily available, but also what can best mask his scent from trackers (commonly pine).
Talion is an excellent swimmer. Whenever he had the motivation and Celebrimbor permitted it, Talion would go spelunking to find underground hotsprings in Cirith Ungol. It was awkward the one time Golm the Digger interrupted his bath on accident, but afterwards they were able to set up guards to prevent unwanted visitors.
Even though he doesn’t wear them in-game, he has snow goggles he carved by hand. I imagine them being very practical when scouting an orc camp from afar in Seregost. He’s the sentimental type to carve little decorations in the interior, perhaps with the flower he gifted to his wife.
Unpopular Talion Headcanons ?

Remembering my headcanon of orc irises glowing in the dark while their pupils reflect light. Imagine shining like a torch or something into one of those freak holes that have been appearing everywhere in the ground and the Most Annoying Guy In Mordor himself happens to be at the one you're shining that light into, irises glowing and pupils reflecting the light and there's also a whole bunch of other pairs of eyes reflecting the light, it'd be like walking into a hyena den. wdyd

Inspired by @acridid-s‘s headcanon:
Golm seems like the kind of absolute weirdo who’d run up to a friend and be like “EY LOOK LOOK WHAT I  FO U ND” and holds up a fuckin. dead animal. With a stupidly excited look on his face, and after an awkward silence, suddenly goes “This is for you.” And, absolutely fucking speechless, baffled, perplexed or whatever, they take that goddamn dead animal and before they can utter something like “uh thanks I guess” he’s like “k bye” and just digs himself back into the Underground on the spot.
Your headcanons give me life and purpose. And as someone in vulture culture, I’d 100% accept Golm’s gifts.

Update Post for This Blog
Just thought I'd put it out there that I still have my Hero Forge series on SoW/SoM Uruks & Ologs in process. I don't plan on quitting; it has simply been... difficult lately to find time for small passion projects like this 😅 Fear not, loyal peeps! Peng will return to Tumblr blogging in due time.

How would our favorite Orcs react to pipeweed?
Uuuh pipeweed! I wish I could get my hands on it and do some funky smoke tricks like Gandalf does.
Ratbag discovered pipeweed by accident. It happened in Udun, the poor lad was searching for something edible when he came across this plant, which by the looks resembled grass, but hey who would be picky when starving? So Ratbag tries it and the effect, although not the desired one, is positive, as he began to feel slightly euphoric and energic enough to keep searching for food. Turns out he had just discovered a slightly strong type of pipeweed that can be eaten raw and in small amounts; Ratbag will always prefer this type over others he discovered during his time in Nurn.
Akoth smokes pipeweed, but is not dependant on it, as he can go on without smoking even for months. It feels very good for the senses, it's calming, and he will smoke whenever he has time alone; it also brings back to mind memories of happier times. (And, let's be honest, it adds to the aesthetic).
Golm tried pipeweed once and disliked it, because... His senses were a mess! He still remembers the gigantic ghul who ate a graug. Also the scent of pipeweed makes ghuls uneasy, annoyed, and Golm would never do that.
Ogg remembers the Numenoreans importing pipeweed into Middle-Earth and the first impression he received was negative: nothing more than a tarkish vice, that represses one's fighting spirit and makes them neglectful. Although many attempted to persuade him by explaining that pipeweed has also positive effects, Ogg has always remained firm in his position.
Krimp knows of the many varieties of this famous herb (and that it comes from Numenor), but he has never been tempted to try it in any way, especially because the smoke is actually irritating; the flowers' scent, though, is marvelous.
Flint and Tinder of course smoke pipeweed, it's just what they need after hours of explosions! Or after a siege too! It clears the mind magnificently and boosts the mood! They seat among the wreckage they've caused and smoke, talking for hours, as time vanishes.
Maku rarely smokes, even though he really enjoys it. But, being busy as he is, he's got very few time to relax, take the mask off and have a smoke. No one has ever seen him with a pipe.
Ar-Kaius is an estimator of pipeweed. He has no particular reason to like it really, he enjoys the scent, sometimes sweetish, sometimes acrid (it depends on the variety) and it makes him look somewhat more... Professional? It contributes to the aesthetic. Ar-Kaius also finds smoking rather inspiring.

Whoever introduces Golm to common language human swears would create a monster. Guy already swears like a sailor as is and introducing him to more words would make everything worse. He'd combine Black Speech swears with Common Speech ones for fun and throw around words like "Shrakhshit" (so basically "shitshit"), but to him it would just be an upgraded swear. "You can call someone a DOUBLE piece of shrakh without saying 'shrakh' twice!!"
