These Peanut Butter Lava Fudge Cupcakes are a delightful treat for peanut butter and chocolate lovers. They have a gooey peanut butter center that oozes out when you take a bite, creating a mouthwatering combination of flavors.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/4 cup whole milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/4 cup peanut butter chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake tin with paper liners. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat the melted butter, eggs, peanut butter, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms. Fold in the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with the batter. Create a small well in the center of each cupcake and add a teaspoon of peanut butter. Cover the peanut butter with a little more batter, ensuring it's fully enclosed. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs avoid hitting the peanut butter filling. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Grease and reserve a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. The butter should be melted in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the granulated sugar and stir until fully incorporated. One egg at a time, add them and mix thoroughly after each addition. Add the baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt, sifting them in and stirring until the mixture is smooth. Add the all-purpose flour and vanilla extract, stirring just until incorporated. A spicy and cheesy twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring buffalo chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and a tangy ranch slaw.
Ingredients: 2 slices of bread. 2 tablespoons butter. 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken. 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles optional. 1/4 cup diced celery. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the chicken shreds in a bowl and coat them well with buffalo sauce. Each piece of bread should have butter on one side. In a skillet over medium-low heat, put one slice of bread with the butter side down. Put some cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the slice of bread in the pan. On top of the cheese, put the buffalo chicken mix. If you want, you can sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top. Butter the top side of the second slice of bread and put it on top. It will take about 34 minutes of cooking until the bottom piece of bread is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt. The other side of the sandwich should be cooked for another 34 minutes, or until it is golden brown and the cheese is melted. In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing with diced celery and red onion while the sandwich cooks. Leave the sandwich in the pan for a minute to cool down after it's done. Cut the sandwich in half across the middle and serve it with the ranch slaw made with red onion and celery. Add pepper and salt to taste. Have fun with your tasty Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich!

Instructions: Press parchment paper into a 9 x 9-inch square baking pan, allowing a small overhang for simple removal. Melted butter and crushed pretzels should be combined in a bowl. To form the crust, press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan that has been prepared. While you make the filling, put it in the fridge to set. Combine powdered sugar and peanut butter in a different bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. Evenly distribute this mixture over the pretzel crust. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the peanut butter layer in an even layer. Put chocolate chips and heavy cream in a bowl that is safe to microwave. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth. To completely cover the marshmallows, pour the melted chocolate mixture over them and spread it out evenly. Place the pan in the fridge for a minimum of two hours, or until the bars solidify. After the bars are set, remove them from the pan by using the overhanging parchment paper. Chop into bars or squares. Present and savor!

Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk. Mix vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together in a different large bowl until the mixture is smooth. Add the vanilla extract and applesauce and mix well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add vegan chocolate chips and mix well. A quick and easy pasta dish made in the Instant Pot and finished under the broiler for a cheesy, gooey topping.
Ingredients: 1 lb pasta. 24 oz marinara sauce. 2 cups water. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup ricotta cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Add pasta, marinara sauce, water, garlic powder, and onion powder to the Instant Pot. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Once cooking is complete, do a quick release of pressure. Stir in half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted. Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Dollop ricotta cheese over the top and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Broil in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil and parsley before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
