Hey Mom? Bill Cipher Animatic Idea
Before I give y’all the animatic thing, I wanna say sorry for the lack of art, I’ve been struggling form really bad art block for ages now, I’m so sorry :,) so here’s some writing instead
(yellow means the line is being said by Bill, purple means it’s being said by Scalene/Euclid)
Hey mom?-Young Bill walks up to Scalene/Euclid
Hello honey-Scalene/Euclid (we dont know who's who, hell, I'm not sure we even know if he has a dad, for all I know Bill could have two moms and I would be so here for that) picks up Bill and holds him
Where do we go when we die?-Bill looks to Scalene/Euclid then looks up, view shifts to the stars for a moment before shifting back to Bill
Scalene/Euclid hugs Bill a little closer
Oh, well, well we go somewhere very very nice, and-and-and-and very far away where everyone we love is-we see images of a cloudy, starry, serene paradise filled with the Euclydians, but every now and then, frames of the Euclydians suffering, dying, fire, appear, just for split seconds
Mom?-view shifts back to young Bill in his mother’s arms
Yes?-Scalene/Euclid looks down to him
. . . . Why do I miss people who hurt me?-Bill hesitates before speaking, it starts to glitch back and forth between little bill cradled in his mothers arms and older bill, staring at the carnage of his dimension, flames reflected in his eye
That's because you're a dummy-Scalene/Euclid smiles (or at least the closest u can get to that without an eye) and  pinches Bill's cheek (or, once again, the closest u can get to that with a triangle) lovingly, Bill, glitching between young bill and older bill; stares back, sometimes in innocence, sometimes in fear
Okay?-we see the destruction of Euclydia
Dumb little, stupid little dumb dumb-we see bill, during the carnage, beginning to cry and scream, he falls to his knees, tearing at the ground and himself
The view shifts and pans out, showing the back of bill, backlit by the end of Euclydia, as he screams in agony into the heavens

Stars.
They were a blessing to some, an annoyance to others. But to him, they were a curse. For as long as he could remember, the stars were always out of his reach. Shining brightly against the vastness of the space unseen to anyone but him. A beacon that led to nothing but fire and despair. That had given him nothing but destruction and whispers of a past he refused to acknowledge. For years, the stars were a constant reminder of this curse. Twinkling in a mocking way that only he knew.
There had been a moment, brief but thrilling, where that curse became a gift. A warm light in the form of a beautiful smile and bright dark brown eyes and a brilliant mind. Fleeting and wondrous, before eventually, it too became a curse. A curse that bit into him deeper than before with his parents. A curse that burned him, a light once warm now blazing and untouchable. A beautiful smile no longer his to see. But rather for others too. A smile that he longed to see even in death, deep down beneath his anger and betrayal.
Yes stars were something Bill Cipher was familiar with. He knew stars in ways that most didn't, had suffered from their harsh glare and dazzling light. Blinded by their brilliance. Much like Icarus, he flew too close to the sky and had paid dearly. In more ways than he personally believed he deserved. Those stars, those cursed balls of light, were responsible for his current life. Trapped in a house with a sixteen year old girl who had words as sharp as glass and with a gaze that bore into him. Forever at odds with the Llama zodiac holder. All because the Axolotl believed that she could help him. It was a joke if Bill thought so. At the current moment, the depowered dream demon had perched himself at the upstairs window. His lone eye glaring at the very things that he was destined to never have.
The inky black skies of Gravity Falls was filled with stars, clear and bright. Decorating it in shimmering dots of silver and white.
'I hate you.....'
Bill huffed, a bitterness filling him. He truly hated them. He always has hated them, ever since he was young. And just like him, they still stayed. Unmoving and frozen. Bright and hot and cruel. Just as they did that day. Flashes of blue and red played in his mind, of a soft chime of laughter and a deep fond chortle. Of smiles and warmth and safety. Of love and adoration. Phantoms that haunted him, refusing to leave him alone. He gripped his fingers into a fist, his scar crackling dully. Aching slightly. Reminding him of the present. His eye burned a bit, and he blinked, refusing to allow the feeling to go out of control. Banishing the ghosts of red and blue away. Bill didn't hear the soft slippered footsteps coming towards him, so he was taken by surprise when a warm blanket was placed on him.
"You'll get sick if you sit by the window like that Bill."
Pacifica's voice, soft and smooth grabbed his attention. He refused to look at her, not wanting her to see him vulnerable like this. The blonde didn't comment on it, instead sitting on the cushion built into the window next to him. Silence surrounded them, tentative and comfortable. Bill risked a peek towards his reluctant roommate. Pale moonlight bathed Pacifica, making her platinum blonde hair look silver. Her dark blue eyes were focused on the sky, taking in the clear night. It was obvious she'd woken up to come get him to go back to bed yet she didn't make a move to tell him. It was almost as if she sensed that he just needed that moment to recollect himself. To just exist in the moment.
"I always loved the stars. Whenever I had a bad day with mom and dad, I'd look at them. I can't explain it, but it was like a source of comfort."
Pacifica spoke into the silence not looking at her companion. Bill stared at her openly now, his eye focused solely on her.
"I know it's pretty stupid."
"....YOU'RE RIGHT. IT IS. YOU HUMANS ARE WEIRD."
He responded back, blunt but quiet. He heard her snicker and watched as a small smile came onto her face. In that moment, he couldn't help but take in the sight, the soft amused look on her usual guarded face. He hated that he enjoyed seeing it on her face. How it eased him somewhat.
How it felt like being home in a way.
"Come on smart-ass. Let's get to bed, I've got work tomorrow and you're coming with me."
The teenager said, getting up and gesturing back towards the large bed and his own smaller bed she'd gotten him. Bill let out an huff, rolling his eye before hoping down to follow behind her. As the duo made their way to their respective beds Bill recalled her smile, and the stars. He hated the stars, hated how they cursed him for all of his existence. But......
Perhaps he could make an expectation for a few of them.

why did you do it?
[Image description: art of Bill Cipher. He's floating in a dark void, illuminated by blue light from the bottom upwards, staring forward with his eye wide, and with his limbs hanging limp. Behind him is a white panel shattering into pieces, showing a red and a blue triangle holding hands. A smaller triangle between them has been punched out of the panel. On the very bottom of the canvas blue flames produce light and white squares simulating a "pixel glitch" effect, on the opposite end, there are white dots adorning the void, gradually disappearing downwards, simulating stars. End ID.]

Tired parole officer Paz and her bastard charge Bill lore
When Bill first arrives at Pacifica's place, she's still living with her parents. During that time Pacifica and her parents relationship was very turbulent. Due to her wanting to get into engineering thanks to her mentor and father figure Fiddleford. And dating Dipper and becoming part of the Pines family, so much so that she refers to Stan and Ford as Gruncle Stan and Gruncle Ford. So when Axolotl showed up with Bill in tow it was like adding gasoline to an already ranging fire. They only lasted a few weeks with Bill being a menace before Pacifica, Preston and Priscilla got into a huge fight over Bill and Pacifica's life choices. Nasty words were thrown around, her parents being rather harsh and cruel and they even attacked Bill who was depowered and unable to do anything about it and it all came to a head when Preston fed up said-
"Pacifica Elise Northwest. I have put up with your foolish, delusional childish nonsense for far too long. If you don't make him go, you are no longer welcome here."
And Pacifica despite not liking Bill, despite everything he'd ever done, chose him. With a carefully blank expression she only replied with a stern, barely notable wobbly-
"Fine."
With that Pacifica Northwest packed her bags and with a dumbfounded Bill Cipher in tow she left her home. With her parents yelling at her and belittling her all the while. It was this moment that got Bill thinking about things. They crashed at Lazy Susan's and Bill that night pretended he didn't hear her crying on the couch that night in silent sobs. The next day Pacifica went to look for an apartment for them and used her emergency funds that she'd been saving since she was 12 years old to get it. In the beginning of the endeavor, the two didn't get along well. Bill would break things like Pacifica's mugs and Pacifica would push on Bill's buttons. But after awhile they got into a routine and currently have a somewhat friendly relationship full of bickering and sarcastic remarks and teasing nicknames.
The story of how Pacifica was taken into the Pines family:
Pacifica was kinda adopted by the family way before she and Dipper started dating. It happened when Paz would accompany papa Fidds on his visits to the Pines residence and while he worked with Stan and Ford, Pacifica would go hang out with Dipper, Mabel, Wendy, Soos, Melody, Grenda and Candy. Due to Fidds adoring the blonde as his own, and Dipper and Mabel taking a liking to her, it wasn't long before Stanley and Stanford started looking out for her. Getting to know Paz and growing attached. And after several visits of hearing her address them as Mr. Pines and Dr. Pines, the two men put their foot down and went-
"You can call us Gruncle Ford and Gruncle Stan like the kids do."
Because at this point they see her as family. And it only became more solidified when Dipper and Pacifica started dating at 14. And they weren't happy learning about Axolotl dumping Bill onto Pacifica. Though they try not to fight for her sake. Fiddleford also wasn't happy yet he doesn't blame his adopted daughter for the situation.
Bill's background and fears:
When Bill died, he went to Theraprism. Time works differently there. So while on Earth time, only half a decade had passed, in there eons had gone by. Years of white rooms and isolated padded cells and voids and dealing with patients and other things. As time went by Bill just got worse instead of better, causing Axolotl to have to rethink his plans if he wanted to help Bill Cipher. Axolotl at first thought about sending Bill to the Pines, before deciding against it. After everything they've been through he wanted them to have some peace. Fiddleford was obviously out of the question and Wendy and Soos didn't seem like very good fits. It was then he remembered Pacifica Northwest.
The blonde he'd come to realize was very similar to Bill. From being shunned by their families to their attitudes, it was there Axolotl went with his plan to make Pacifica, Bill's legal guardian/caretaker. A kill two birds with one stone kinda of deal. When Bill first arrives at Pacifica's he's very quiet. He's still a menace but it's done in a way that's quieter. More disassociated due to being around white walls for so long. However he does get more like himself the more he's allowed his freedom.
Bill due to his time in Theraprism doesn't like talking about his experience. Keeping it very tight lipped he doesn't tell Pacifica much and when he does he gets incredibly upset or irritated. Bill also due to this has developed a fear of dark, confined spaces where he can't escape and being left alone. Pacifica had discovered this when Bill had gotten trapped in a closet while she was at work. Once Bill realized he couldn't get out he completely freaked out. Pacifica came home to hear Bill practically begging to be let out, and when she opened the closet there was Bill, in the middle of complete disaster, curled up and looking afraid. After that Pacifica made sure Bill wasn't trapped in situations like that again.
As to how his fear of being alone was discovered it was when he'd started sneaking into her bedroom at night. Bill has a room of his own, and at first he loved it. Privacy and the ability to be able to come and go as he pleased. However after awhile, it lost its sparkle. When night came and he was alone with his thoughts with no distractions he would think about Theraprism and the rooms and how cold and lonely they were and suddenly the bedroom was no longer comforting. So he would seek her out, sneaking into her room and falling asleep next to her window seat, staring at the stars and listening to her sleep to remind himself that he's no longer there. After awhile Pacifica puts the pieces together and slowly gathers things for Bill to use to sleep. Never mentioning once any of it. And before he realized it it was their bedroom instead of just hers. During the day they have their own rooms but at night they go to Paz's and sleep in their own beds. Taking comfort in the other's presence.
Pacifica and Bill's relationship and the meaning behind names:
Pacifica and Bill's relationship is complicated and yet simple. They press each other's buttons and take hits at one another yet they also stick up for one another in their own ways. No one knows how they make it work but it does. It's also a common occurrence that they call each other nicknames. Ranging from Platinum, Llama, Barbie to Bill, Cipher, Brick Boy, it's rare they do anything else. Yet when things are serious they know immediately.
For Pacifica it's the way she says Bill's name. It's in her tone, the way she says his name that makes him stop and pause and take her seriously.
For Bill it's saying Pacifica's actual name. As soon as she hears him say Pacifica, she's immediately giving his full attention to him.
How Bill discovered that Paz has issues like him:
After the fight that gave him a glimpse of Pacifica's life and reminding him of his own fights with his parents, who unlike the Northwests were unintentionally cruel, Bill realized that Pacifica's messed up like him when he noticed her flinching at the sound of bells. From the bell of Greasy's diner door making her flinch, to her posture going stiff whenever a bell was really loud it all came to a head when one evening a movie let out incredibly loud bells noises. Pacifica had gone stiff and quickly left the room, heading straight to the bathroom only to crumble in a corner. Holding her face in her hands. Bill being nosy followed her and heard her pleading for the bells to stop and promising to be a good daughter. Once he heard that he turned off the movie and from then on kept his ears open. If he hears bells he tries to steer her away from them and if they're unable to avoid them he'll hover close to her. Not touching her, but close enough to offer silent comfort to the blonde. He'll also talk to her, distracting her from them, using his skills of communication for that instead of his usual deals or cons. It works nearly everytime.
Why Fiddleford doesn't lose it:
Fiddleford despite his fear of Bill, doesn't completely lose it because of Pacifica. Fidds trusts her completely and knows that she's a tough cookie. If anyone can keep a depowered dream demon in line it'd be her, so with this comfort he feels completely safe. Their relationship is built on trust. Pacifica trusting him with her true self and Fidds trusting her with getting no judgment for his memory issues. It's a trust built where they both would do anything to keep the other safe and they take comfort in this fact.
