Best damn hotdogs in the region are in Spikemuth. Ask for Marty’s. And don’t try anything shady with him. Marty’s well liked by the locals and Spikemuth’s a rough place.
And definitely don’t ask about the hat.
I usually go for the Beat-Up Bad Dog, but their new Snarlin’ Special is a knockout.
And before anyone asks, yes, I’m in Spikemuth to make sure Marnie’s doin’ fine. Piers wouldn’t forgive me if something bad happened with me in town. Besides, being a gym leader’s stressful for someone that young.

Went to the gym right after waking up, burned 275 cals on the treadmill. I also did weights for arms. Very happy I followed through with my plan from last night.
Currently 17hrs into my fast and I’m going to tryyy and not eat until they have dinner, but if I do break before that’s okay.

Yeah its going good. Knee is almost back to 100%
I am continuing the gym part with them and get a personalized program to work on my condition and strength in my knee because that’s what i am missing and it’s not something i need to continue doing fysio for
