As of yesterday morning I have reached 50k words on my NaNoWriMo project and that is my Med AU fic with the working title "My aim is so true..."

Special thanks go to @thethistlegirl who held my hand throughout the whole process while we yelled at each other for our projects, @82tweeder who calls me a writing monster and Erin Bartels who commented on my Instagram post yesterday and that somehow was the magic that allowed 6.2k words be created yesterday that ultimately led to completing the goal. I look forward to more words in the process since we still have the second half of the month.

Not sure if it's your kind of music lol, but have you ever heard the song Bacchanal by Gábor Szabó? The whole Bacchanal album is pretty great. It's like a gypsy jazz/psych rock fusion. Great vibes 👍

"Making Chicago safer is a family business for the Halsteads"

Will - Will Halstead is the middle child in the Halstead family. He is a doctor at Chicago Med, previously an esteemed plastic surgeon in New York City where he also went for medical school. He works as a doctor in the hospital's ED and is mostly dealing with trauma patients. His coworkers include doctors Shelly Alhern, Natalie Manning, Ethan Choi and the newly acquired Dr. Connor Rhodes, a trauma fellow. The ED team also includes nurses April, Doris, Hank and others, with Maggie being the head nurse. Together, they all work to help the people from Chicago to stay healthy and safe in the face of all the injuries and illnesses they get challeged with every day. There is a special bond between Will and Shelly that forms when Will starts working at Med, and a spark can be felt when Connor joins the team. What Will is going to face and how his life will change from now on, remains to be seen.

Jay - Jay Halstead is the eldest of the Halstead siblings. Currently he works with the Intelligence Unit inside the Chicago Police Department under the leadership of Sargeant Hank Voight. Previously Jay worked with the undercover unit in CPD, and was really good in what he was doing, blending in with the bad guys and generally bringing a good rep for the force among the people in Chicago. Ever since he was kid, he was fiercely protective of his family. He is sometimes hotheaded and temperamental, but at the same time he is emotional and compassionate. His goal is to do his best to make Chicago be a safe haven for everyone living in it.

Rory - Rory is the youngest Halstead. She is tiny and fierce. Born Aurora Halstead, she nicknamed herself Rory because she thought that was badass and because she liked how it sounded. Growing up she was fascinated with fires and that led her into becoming one of the youngest Fire Marshalls in the history of the Chicago Fire Department. Currently she is employed at the Office of Fire Investigations (OFI), having previously worked with the Fire Prevention Weekend Detail Team and often crossed paths with her brother because those patrols were usually performed with the help of CPD. She is partnered with Ted Brinkerhoff, recently transferred from the fire department in his home town of Berlin, Vermont. They are both fairly new in the office and they work around fitting in and doing their job, for the greater good.

Planning a dark academia vibe world

Let's add another project to my plate that I will never finish!

Okay no lets be serious. I never intend to start something and not finish it. But knowin me the possibility is there.

So I want to make a dark academia vibe world. With supernaturals. But it should not be so dark that it looks bad in summer. Or spring. Like a Mystic Falls but more cramped together. Not so widely spread out like Moonlight Falls. And with every lot from the expansion packs. But maybe without university. Maybe I do both versions. But for sure without world adventures. At least without the Shang Simla stuff. And without into the future. That would only look hella weird xD

So what lot do I need? Let's make a list.

Rabbitholes: - City hall(with police and military?) - business(and restaurant?) - diner - bookstore - spa - school - stadium - criminal hideout - arboretum - equestrian center - film studio - gypsy wagon - hospital - science lab - mausoleum - resorts - theatre - vault of antiquity - big show venue - cofeehouse

Community Lots: - Big Park(Festival) - art gallery - beaches - cat jungle? - consignment store - dance club - disco club - dive bar - diving areas - dog park? - elixir consignment store - exclusive lounge - fire station - fishing spots - fusion lounge - graveyard - horse ranch - junkyard - library - live show venue - pool - ports? - private venue - salon - sports bar - supernatural hangouts - vampire lounge - small park?

and then of course residential lots and apartments. Soo I don't really play with the cat and dog lots since the seem pretty unnecassary to me. Do you use them? Would you like them in a custom world? And also small parks...do you use them? Ports or more accurately houseboats are know to create lag in the game. Should I just abandon them or make a few ports?

I tried a few grass textures for the world, but I think the darker one is too dark xD What do you think? This is not the world that I will be working on its just a test world to see which terrains I want to use :)
