I've been feeling horrible for 10 hours now... I can't take it anymore. I consider myself a noisy but yet strong person. 1) Can we talk about the fact that we just hear Alastor say "FUCK YOU" to the king of hell without stuttering?! .Ma' man look at devils eyes and cursed him ! ... and if am correct is the first time we hear him saying any bad words in the show ! Fuck YEAH!

2) I love the fact that we know more about Alastor personality , like he actually cares for people or at least Charlie the must , am not sure what is my man up to, but ! I clearly saw him been anoyed to the fact that Lucifer hugged Charlie like " Man the fuck are you hugging her ,you aren't even in contact with your own daughter and you have the audacity tu hug her ! Yeah not on my watch ".

It was just as if him was pissed at the fact that he knows that he have done more for Charlie than her own father, and he is clearly not having it.

3) Love the father Daughter relationship Alastor and Charlie showed that was so sweet.

4) Lucifer was just so sweet like , i can be mad at the man , he was so exited to see his sweet girl , which only leave me with more doubts , he is clearly over protective type of dad, all jealous over Alastor stealing his little girl from him .

BUT why have him been absent in her life, was his depression that bad that he didn't have the courage to look at his daughter in the eyes ?, maybe he feels responsable for not giving her the best life she could have had in heaven ?

5) Who have Alastor on a leash ? Why did he make a deal that make him been under others rules ? Could it be Lilith ?.

Even thought we have so much info in two episodes we can just wait and see for more , i hope they stop with the fast information drop , they could have given us this info in so much more episodes but maybe they know what they are doing , so far i have love it all and the characters personalities growing and letting us know that there is more on them that we can see at first.

Jay could only observe his friend and his nemesis enjoying their little talk, silently rolling his eyes as she didn’t even glance once at his direction.

The British pop-rock craze continues to have its fans throughout Chile. Not only for the young people who vibe with new groups in the world or artists who lead the genre, but also those who have been fans for more than a decade thanks to One Direction.

And this Friday, May 24, both groups were able to get together for Louis Tomlinson's return to Chile. After a triple night at the Movistar Arena a couple of years ago that was crazy, the Briton returned to Santiago to perform at the La Florida Bicentennial in front of nearly 20 thousand people.

Adults and children united in an audience that must be one of the most faithful in the world, due to their passion for Tomlinson and above all because of the tremendous fan projects that his followers did and gave an epic sense to the concert.

How was Louis Tomlinson's concert in Chile?

After 9:00 p.m., Louis Tomlinson arrived with his band-backup singer to the Florida Bicentennial stage. Fireworks and their hits The Greatest, Kill My Mind and Bigger Than Me were among the early hits.

In fact, perhaps the best Fan Action was experienced with Kill My Mind; where the fans raised and lowered their cell phones to the rhythm of the chorus in an incredible image that was experienced throughout the stadium.

Lucky Again, Holding on to Heartache and Face the Music continued in the presentation with Louis who sometimes made it seem like he had sound problems, while the screens had great moments with a very attractive graphic proposal with a camera recording nineties-style videos.

Then he played One Direction's first cover, Night Changes, which made the audience raise their white and blue cell phones for another memorable postcard. Tomlinson then sang Chicago and several fans changed the lyrics to Santiago, of course, and the artist followed.

The next one was a great Post Malone song that Louis covers, Chemical. That was perhaps the one that the public knew least about; and then he continue with All This Time and She is Beauty We Are World Class.

Between songs, Louis asked people to throw balls at him, knowing the singer's fanaticism for soccer. A large ball that he stopped on his chest and kicked was the former One Direction's great soccer moment so that later they threw a plastic ball at him to repeat the play.

Copy of a Copy of a Copy had another great fan action similar to Kill My Mind. Without a doubt, the audience came along and greatly accompanied Louis' singing, which at times was heard somewhat softly.

The setlist continued with more hits while between songs there were several interactions with the audience, where the British man interacted personally by pointing at various people in the audience and making gestures to them, in addition to all the time thanking the great turnout and all the participation of “Santiago” in the show. In addition to appreciating the beauty of the concert despite the cold that Louis himself noticed.

After Angels Fly, Louis and his team took a photo with the Chilean audience and then closed with Out of My Sistem before the encore that lasted several minutes, but did not fool any fans.

Saturdays, Where Do Broken Hearts Go by One Direction and Silver Tongues were the last three songs of the show before Tomlinson quickly said goodbye to an audience that was very happy with a night that was hardly cold thanks to all the emotion that the performance gave to the people who came to the Bicentennial of Florida.

🐝 Hoodie likes your wings they have an interesting pattern and when the sun shines through them it sometimes makes rainbows, he likes photographing them

🐝 normally, when you need to go on group missions you get paired with Kate, although she prefers to work alone she doesn't mind your company that much, you're "useful and smell like honey" in her words. You get along well.

🐝 One time you decided to spook Masky by jumping on him from behind. Too bad he had an Insecticide on hands and sprayed it on you, you almost died and decided to never do this again. Kate and Toby Laughed a lot

🐝 You're "abelhuda" (a Brazilian Portuguese word that means you're too curious and like to put your nose where it doesn't belong, comes from the word "abelha" witch means bee) so more often than not you find yourself in the proxys room just looking for things in there without any purpose, just because you can. Masky started to lock his door because of that although it didn't stop you.

Niffty was done dirty by the writers, everyone but her, got character development or a moment that hinted to some sort of character depth (Even if it was shallow).

Why the writers decided to reverse the seasons I have no idea. Charlie finding out Heaven is corrupted doesn't work since the plotline hinges on the audience's investment in her reaction and the cast, but why should we? We don't see the cast trying to actively improve themselves and the show repeatedly tells us sinners are the worst. At this point, it makes no sense for the show to continue the hotel premise because we know Heaven is corrupted now. What's the point, when we already know any effort the cast puts towards redemption will be in vain?

The characters are fulled of mystery and great ideas but the show refuses to explore them. I was surprised by the lack of references at their human backstories. The cast's human lives are why they're in hell and the person they are now. Like, how are we supposed to know Husk's cheesy love for magic came from watching the magic shows in the casinos he grew up in????????? That seems like a very important piece of information to know about his character, considering it's one of the few things he still loves. In that one line alone, we learn so much about Husk and why he turned out to be an alcoholic gambler. At the end of the show despite spending time with characters, I feel like I don't know them as much as I should. I don't know their motivations, beside for Al and Angel we don't see them struggling through their flaws (The show has Husk tell us, writing 101 /sarc), and the show doesn't really explore the cast's relationships with each other or their world. So any potential information we could have learned about them from their interactions through others characters and their environments isn't utilized.

The show just keeps important info locked, tells you character's infos that would have benefited better from showing it, and then except the audiences fill in the missing gaps between info-dumps.

So as you read i am the last person on this wonderful green ball who should make a conlag, i know nothing but alas the story and imersion demand it.

I dont realy need full conlag since there are only two nations and they have the same language, had at least they have been apart for a couple thousand years and i foolishly thought that since they are not building civilization but rather rebuilding and they would have words for everything already,most of them preserved in writing i can get away with no conlag maybe mentioning they have different writing sistems since they would have different matterials availibel to them, and would need to preserve their writing in different enviroments. Maybe different accents. In other words nothing i would need to bother in world building. Sweet denial on my part, i full well knew that was not realistic i was just hoping to be lazy.

Well that was not to be, I got it pointed out to me that even if they could understand eachother they would still have a noticabel difference in dialects at least. Thats sounds more doabel than writing half my dialog in two different conlags. But i have no idea how to start building dialects, to what degree their speech would be different, how would their enviroment influence it if at all, how much one of the groups having magic that can be influenced by speech would impact their speech in general. how to implement it in writing (if i figure it out) in a way that doesn't completely derail the story or requers an unholy amount of autors notes to be understandabel since the story happens in the first place because two groups from diferent nations finaly find eachother and acces to their old writings is difficult for one of them and imposible to the other since they are in the middel of snow covered nothingness and the group that could realisticly make the run for some books has a job to do that has a deadline and they are already behind, one of them goes to their capital at one point for resources but thats 2/3 in and at that point i don't think an old dictionary would be much help.

Sorry for the wall of text, i am just in over my head and i have no idea what information is relevant. Thank you so much again for offering to help, you are an angel. i couldn't do this alone.

If they spoke the same language a couple thousand years ago, there are a few factors that decide how similar their languages are now. The biggest one is: how close are the two nations to each other? Think of the romance languages. A couple thousand years ago they were all one language: Latin. Now they have diverged into Romanian, French, Spanish, and much more. A couple thousand years is a long time, but in lots of fantasy we tend to forget or ignore that, so if you want the two language to be very similar even if the two nations don't communicate a lot, that's fine!

Now, to build dialects, the easiest way is to start with one language, called a proto-language, which was spoken back when they weren't apart. Then, have a list of changes from the proto-language to the language of one nation, and a separate list of changes from the proto-language to the language of the other nation. The most important kind of change (for projects like this, at least) is sound change, in which the sounds of a word changes.

Let's say the proto-language had a word like "kata", meaning "house". Maybe in the language of one nation, this changed to "gata", but in the other, it changed to "kat". Now you have a word for "house" in two dialects, and it's similar but not the same in the both of them. If you don't want to bother creating an entire proto-language and a history from it, you can write the differences between the moder dialects only. For the words "gata" and "kat", it would be enough to say:

1. Words that start with g in dialect #1 start with k in dialect #2.

2. Words that end with a vowel in dialect #2 end with a consonant in dialect #3.

The more such differences you write down, the more different the two dialects will be. It's up to you how different you want them to be.

It's also useful to have a bit of differnce in the meaning of certain words. Perhaps the word for "house" in dialect #1 means "log cabin" specifically in langauge #2. Again, how many differences you want is up to you. The words should mostly have pretty similar meaning in the two langauges, but for some words the meaning may be completely different.

The influence of environment on the language is minimal at best. You can ignore it.

Having magic that can be influenced by speech might change the language a bit, it depends on what kind of magic you have. If you want to, you can completely ignore it.

As for implementing conlangs into writing, this is up to you how much you want to do it. You should probably write the dialogue in the language you write the story in. Maybe there are certain words they have in the story that we don't have in real life, these words could be written in your conlangs. Maybe the words relating to the magic system, for example. Or place names. Or personal names. Really, you can choose what to write in your conlangs and what to not write in your conlangs, but it's usually best to not have a lot. Even Tolkien, whose story only exists because he wanted to conlang, keeps his conlangs very sparse outside of place names, only writing a few bits of poetry and a couple of phrases in his Elvish langauges.

The Lemon Legacy: Generation 1, Chapter 88 - Mood Swings Part 2

Xander: You hiding from the rugrats up here?

Ophelia: Haha, no. I just needed to lay down for a second.

Xander feels light-headed, thinking about the elephant in the room that he's about to poke.

Xander: Lemon Cake… Is there something you've been keeping from me?

Ophelia hesitates for just a bit too long.

Ophelia: Wh-What do you mean?

Xander: You've been feeling sick for days, and Vince told me he heard you crying in the shower.

Ophelia: Pfft, that little narc.

Xander: I know this isn't like me to say, but please be serious right now.

Xander: The nausea, it's morning sickness, isn't it? You're pregnant, aren't you? I'm sure you had your reasons for not telling me sooner, but it's going to be okay. This is a blessing! I know it wasn't planned but we're making good money-

Ophelia: Xander, I… I'm not pregnant.

Xander: …Oh. Okay.

Guess Xander shouldn't jump to conclusions. Now he's gone and disappointed himself over nothing.

Ophelia: I have had an upset stomach, but it really was just wedding nerves and my refined palate. You weren't too far off though, I DID think I might be…

Ophelia: I even took a pregnancy test the day we moved.

Xander: What? Why didn't you tell me?

Ophelia: Do you want me to tell you I'm not pregnant every time we woohoo?

Xander: No but this is the first time there's ever even been a chance, right? Why did you hide this from me?

Ophelia: I wasn't trying to hide anything, I thought I was being nice sparing you a pregnancy scare.

Xander: Baby, don't worry about me. I wanna know what's going on in your life so I can be there, even when it's not fun. But wait, then… why were you crying earlier?

Ophelia: It's dumb.

Xander: Ophelia, I know you. You don't cry over nothing. If you're not hormonal from being pregnant, why were you crying?

Ophelia: I was crying because I'm NOT pregnant, okay?

Ophelia: Up until I took the test, I was panicking, trying to figure out what we'd do for childcare, buying baby stuff, having our lives completely changed… but then the test came out negative. I was so worried about planning for a baby I never considered there wasn't one.

Ophelia: I thought I'd be relieved when I saw one line instead of two, but I wasn't. I felt like something had been taken from me… but I guess there was never anything to take, was there? Being around the kids so soon after made it hard to fight the disappointment for long.

Xander: I wish you had told me. We're a team, remember? I can't be here for you if I don't know what's going on.

Ophelia: I didn't know what to say. I'm sorry.

Xander: If it makes you feel better, finding out you're not pregnant when I thought you were made me a little sad too.

Ophelia: Why would you being sad too make me feel better?

Xander: I dunno. Misery loves company?

A silence settles between the two before something dawns on him.

Xander: Y'know, if we're both sad you're not accidentally pregnant… We could always get you pregnant on purpose.

Ophelia: Really? We haven't even been married a week.

Xander: Marcie and Joaquin conceived Vince the day they met and they seem happy.

Ophelia: I can't believe Joaquin mentioned that in his vows. I forgot to thank you for not bringing up our woohoo partners saga in yours.

Ophelia and Xander make plans to schedule their own honeymoon around her highest fertility day. A babymoon!

The two hug before going back downstairs to make sure the Sistem kids haven't killed each other, their spirits lifted.

They're going to try for their own little Lemon!

Hello, how are you? Hope the playing session in the last week was good!

So, for the question for this weekend since I got to listen to Jon's composition... What are you top 5 of his solo compositions and why?

Heyyyy my dear and welcome❤️ finally finished school, waiting for the final exam :)

Actually I didnt get to play on last sunday bc our teacher got sick like 30 mins before the show😭😭 hopefully hes good now and tomorrow we might play again, crazy story😵‍💫

Lets start (its always so difficult to do a good placing but lets try🥲):

5) Before I Forget

A good mix of pure rock 'n' roll, ballads and english folk/medieval music. Also his arrangement of the Bach Toccata and Fugue "Bach onto this" with Cozy Powell on drums (fantastic work of his) is so nice to listen to.

4) Gemini Suite

The "sequel" of the Concerto, with each movement based on a different member of the deeps. You can clearly see his interest in the zodiac (Gemini being his sign, and every musician that participated had their sign and birthday too!). This work stands out from the previous one obv bc Its orchestral, but also because you can feel that his music is mostly not melodic or follows an harmony, but it's "organized noise", bizarre jingles, sound effects (like percussion parts) and sound walls that are so fascinating and unconventional to me. Also his collaboration on the 3rd movement with Yvonne Elliman (really nice singer, you should check her work!). My favourite movements are Piano, Drums and Organs.

3) Sarabande

Another tribute of his love to Bach and Baroque dances (every piece maintains the name of the specific dance) where he kept the original time signatures but experimented more with the electric-acoustic interaction between instruments. Sarabande (track) is hypnotic and captivating, and Gigue has a beautiful continuous piano part that sets the rythm :)

2) Boom Of The Tingling Strings

One of his later and first orchestral-only works. If I remember correctly he got this title from a poem about a childs experience with being under a grand piano, and the thing that stands out for him is that "unexpectedly violent" sound, recalling his childhood (so cute☺️). He wrote a piano part so complex compared to his skills that got played only by a concert pianist (Nelson Goerner), so I consider this work to be also one of his most challenging, both in technique and expression; very atmospheric piece, with melancholic inspirations from the 900' revolutionary composers (take this personal view with a grain of salt: im no professional in judging correctly this kind of music😭 but the piano solo part in the middle of Allegro Giusto reminds me of the Prokofiev's War Sonatas, more precisely the 6° in A Major: again this was composed during the middle of a the 2° world war and the sovietic dictatorship, and the music perfectly shows the chaos that took place in people's minds: I've got the same "out of place" feeling with Jons music and its mindblowing for me). Altough I wrote an essay here its still too little to describe this incredible piano concerto 😌

1) Concerto For Group And Orchestra

I want to put the Concerto still on no. 1 bc of the huge impact it had both musically and socially aswell. A first approach of combining popular and élite music in 1969, a revolutionary period where the younger generations wanted to change the old post-war sistem that moved everything, so the union of young-old was visionary enough. He made this work with a strict deadline and in basically no time, probably going burnout after burnout: but he still managed to kick asses and showed his early genius to the world, making Ritchie mad enough (I bet to this very day) ❤️❤️❤️
