There are a lot of Different Headaches and it can be triggered from a wide variety of factors but in generally it beaks down into 3 main categories. 1.Temporal Headache: a throbbing sensation that can travel from the shoulder all the way to the neck, around the ear and to the temple. 2.Toxic Headache: around the top of the head specially on the back due to lack of oxygen during the night or due to toxins that built up through time. 3.Sinus Headache or allergy Headache (most common here in Cyprus) : Usually in front of the head to and around the nose area and behind the eyes.
