Okay I’m so confused and wish to have a good faith discussion. Is Homer really the end all be all to all things related to the odyssey/telegony?

Like, the myths surrounding Odysseus and his family existed well before Homer, with their own multiple endings and interpretations, and he just wrote his own version down, right?

And even if it doesn’t line up with Homer’s continuity, is it still not valid mythology? I honestly don’t understand why it wouldn’t be. -mod note.

I really enjoy learning how to crochet but it's also driving me crazy. I can do a foundation single crochet chain (I think that's what it's called) for meters and meters on end, but I still fail at trying to make rows. I'm just trying to make a blanket, I don't need a rope to strangle someone.
