Danny grumbles, going limp as the Spirit plucked him up, holding him out like some sort of stray cat. Their golden eyes stared across him, white hair shimmering and bloodied feathers rustling as they tilted their head. 

“You sure he’s not somehow ours?” Bludhaven asks again, setting him down once more to circle. Amity laughs, wild hair the color of wheat fluttering in a non-existent breeze and portal pulsing like a heart as she rests a hand on his head. 

“Well darlin’, I am asking if you would be open to adopting,” the Spirit laughs, the sound as familiar as the birds outside his window in the mornings. “Well, I suppose I could always ask your dear sister Arkham-” 

“No no, I would be honored,” Bludhaven smiled a literally sharp grin, something mischievous and violent about it in a way Danny was slowly growing used to. “I’m just- look at the little ghostling! He looks like he could be from ours! My hair, your eyes… he’s just missing markings…” 

“Markings he’ll get once you give me an answer darlin’...”

“OH- Yes, of course! Sorry, I got whelmed there.” 

“You have been stalking your vigilante a bit too much there Blud.”

Notes:

Each page is responsive and comes with a day and night toggle button that will stay in the selected mode until it is turned off. The day and night mode buttons will also change according to the scheme you are using.

this might be silly but since Heavens Secret Requiem takes place in (fictional) real world Russia and Heaven’s Secret is in the same universe as Chasing You I hope they include some hint/easter egg indicating that our main character (and hopefully her friends?) in CY survived the apocalypse 🥹🥹

Fun fact, I failed the Honest Hearts DLC the moment I saw Joshua, cause when he opened his mouth to speak missionary shit, I immediatly shot him and failed the entire DLC.

damn i should've done that, would've saved me from a lot of headache!! also by failed the entire dlc, does that mean you get the ending slides immediately? do the dead horses and the sorrows come after you or something??

Got diagnosed with Depersonalization Disorder today, but my examiner has decided that means there is no way my inability to focus or properly communicate or stop ranting could possibly be ADHD.

So now I have to go find out if its autism.

Because that it a completely separate evaluation.

That I now have to ask my psychiatric about, wait to get referred, wait to get scheduled, and then finally go to just for the 60 percent chance they will blame it on me feeling inhuman.

listen okay i know clem's been clem since he was made but how funny silly goofy would it be if he were a blood orange now im just sayin ..........

ok many many things 2 say abt this auuauaua. for one im almost certainly going to have to change a bunch of the plants associated with certain chars (i absolutely refuse to change cherrys or lemons tho. mostly bc im so attached to Why i named them that way and also *if*they end up as the only characters with fruits in their names then. oghjfg. the parallels..... the connections........), and vallen's character and storyline is shaping up to be very, um. unique. compared to the other bots. which means theyre the character least likely to be consistently referred to by the plant in their system, so replacing clementines with blood oranges really isnt out of the question! the only thing is that i would maybe have to give him like, red red hair and im so attached to their current design that that seems borderline unthinkable to me, even just. ignoring the fact it'd be kinda strange to give him and cherry the same hair color imo aushrht

on the other hand.

ive been playing around with what abilities the cyborgs have exactly, and im leaning towards vallen essentially being, uh. venomous? as in, they have properties that can sedate, incapacitate, or kill people, but im not too sure on how i want to implement that just yet. and like... blood oranges arent called that for no reason. they *look* gorey and bloody on their own.

anyways, an externally-controlled vallen oozing toxic blood from his eyes and mouth is certainly a fucking thought huh 👍
