Once again, not too proud of this one but I'm glad I got it finished! Shoutout to my art browser for hearing my cries and 1) Adding a text option and 2) Making more brushes available for free. I also tried a new shading method because the old one felt a bit too... How do I say- muddy? For me. Feel free to drop feedback on the shading method you prefer.

Again, sorry for disappearing but I am now in (UK) college and while I am in fewer days a week, I decided to do a film course. Which. Yeah, that's stressful. Fun, but very stressful. Also, it's been a year since the first page of this comic. Wild to think that we're not even on the first story arc, but that may be a while yet lmao

For Wild,Hyrule and Wind

Lesson No.1 how to get free rooms

Legend : “I can get us an Inn with three meals a day reasonably well maintained rooms and a bathroom all free of charge just follow my example all you need is to say you are my accomplices when talking to a guard”

Warriors: “Legend that is a FUCKING PRISON CELL?!?!?!”

Legend : “Only if you let it.”

“Prison’s just another option, really. You can always say no to it. If they don’t catch you, you’re good. It’s their problem, not yours.”

The young members of the chain(thoughtfully): “So, prison is only for those who get caught. I like that. It makes sense.”

The rest(horrified): “No, it does NOT make sense! If you break the law, they WILL come after you!”

Lesson 1.5 how to leave the hostel :

Legend: “If you get caught, don’t worry. Breaking out is half the fun. It’s like a puzzle in a dungeon . You just need to be smarter than the guards.”

Young Heroes (taking notes): “Right. Prison break—step one: outthink the guards.”

Seniors (in disbelief): “That’s not supposed to be part of your life! You’re supposed to avoid prison entirely!”

Legend(casually): “And if you get locked up, just stay calm. Bars can’t hold you forever. There’s always a weak point. Find it.”

Wind(confidently): “Every prison has a weak point. Got it.”

Warriors(sighing): “I can’t believe I have to say this, but…don’t go to prison in the first place!”

Lesson No.2 how to deal with the fame:

Legend(smirking): “You know, if they start putting your face on wanted posters, that means you’ve earned their respect. They want you that badly. They’re paying attention to you now.”

Youngest (genuinely listening along ): “I knew it! If you’re wanted, it’s basically like they’re giving you an award for being a problem!”

Senior links(exasperated): “That’s not respect—that’s desperation to catch you!”

Legend(pointing to his wanted poster): “Look at that. They took the time to draw me! That’s how you know you’ve made an impression.”

Juniors(awed): “How do we get one of those?”

Senior Links (panicking): “You don’t want one of those! That means they’re after you!”

Lesson no.3 How to get “treasures” :

Legend being a helpful role model : “Stealing’s only a problem if you get caught. If they don’t notice, it’s basically a free trade.”

Juniors : “So it’s like finding treasure? I like it!”

Warriors(horrified): “That’s stealing! It’s not ‘treasure’ if it belongs to someone else!”

Legend (mock whispering) : “Then make it yours...”

One of my favorite things that I see in some LU/Hyrule Warriors fics is that Wind went through LU first, then HW after.

Instead of being depressed or angsty about seeing his brothers not recognize him, Wind has decided to make it his goal to troll them as much as possible.

Since Wind knows Mask and HW Link's future (In Lu canon), Wind hints about everything. Losing an eye, Malon, Artemis, future jokes, all of it.

Wind is having a blast. Meanwhile, Mask and Wars are like ???? until they get to LU and they're like, "oh. That makes a lot more sense."

And then they do it back to him. Little paradoxes. Hylia can't take it anymore. She needs a vacation.

I might never get over the timeline split and the legacy that the hero responsible for it left. Time has a lot of guilt weighing on him. It's only tripled since traveling with the other heroes.

I honestly hate this update but its actually just. Not worth having to redo it at this point.

Also, important notice! The next update may be a lot longer to come out as I want to jump ship to a different art program! This means I have to learn it all and that might take a while. However, I believe it will make my life easier overall because the current site I use is mediocre at best and also the one I wanna jump to has text options. You can finally read the dialogue because it won't be badly written out.

Hyrule's Heroes — The Many Links!

After working on this for ~37 hours over the course of about a week, I'M FINALLY DONE!

Every Link was pretty tedious to draw, but hell, I ain't complaining. Link is great (okay maybe not CDi or TV Link but a Link is still a Link) and the time I spent on this proves how much I think so xD
