2) The completely unnecessary and over the top plan that comes out of left field but somehow works out
3) The super over powered NPC that comes in to do a lore drop, help the party escape from some high level baddies and then wanders off for no real reason citing that their part of this is done (when justifiably they could have just won on their own)
4) A group of idiots discover that they grow in power as they overcome more challenges
5) The power of friendship - they would die for each other but they still spend the whole time low key insulting each other at every opportunity
6) Party member discovers magical item, sticks it in a bag and forgets about it until narratively relevant (aka the DM reminds them they have a thing)
7) Far more powerful baddie being wrecked by action economy
8) As soon as you split the party things go to shit (never split the party)
give me a heterosexual explanation for edgin saying "i hate you" and xenk doing that face. you can't, because there unironically isn't one. like literally what was that
In the DnD Movie whoever is playing Edgin is definitely the player trying to figure out their gender shit. I cannot explain it. The character is Cis but the person playing him is not. Also I feel like if you asked a Trans-Person of a certain generation to name a Hot Cis Guy to face cast their DnD Character as, Chris Pine is who they would pick.
my one criticism of dnd honour among thieves is that sofina is just evil evil like no i cant attempt to justify her actions or convince myself i could fix her and live out a happy little life in my head with her like i do most other daisy head characters aka genya safin loml
