If there's one thing I like more than time travel it's crossover reincarnation, so.
Botk link reincarnated as Damian Wayne.
An incredible weapon master of all types, but especially prodigious with a sword - he was beating knights at the age of 4 and with his memories as intact as they get for him I can see that goalpost moving even further (probably with traps and tricks, a 3yo doesn't exactly have great bodily control).
He's an excellent survivalist, agile, strong, durable, cunning and creative. He can move like a feather in the breeze, strike from behind with ease. His first kill, an animal, did not stir him as it did the other children. With his poise, grace, skills, obedience, he ought to be ra'as' finest assassin in the making, a jewel in the crown of the league.
Except he never speaks a word. Half his targets escape unscathed. He skates by true punishment on the merit of his skills and achievements in other missions. Testing has shown it is not a physical deformity that prevents his speech, but not even talia has been able to coaxe a word from him past his second birthday.
It is a defect ra'as is growing more and more frustrated by, as each attempt to fix these two final flaws ends in resounding failure. Less extreme solutions are running dry.
Talia fears those solutions. Her child does too, she knows. For them, there is a possible solution, more extreme than anything ra'as would tolerate.
She sends him out of the league. To his father.
To Gotham.

ok just had my dr appt and am feeling a lot better.
we’re going to increase my dosage of the meds + do a diagnostic test on friday to see if my fallopian tubes are blocked (and i guess the test itself can improve conception rates after because of the type of dye they use?). the cost of the test is within the range i felt i could afford so that’s good too. most importantly she was really reassuring about the “if you have 3 failed cycles IUI won’t work for you” advice that is allllll over the internet. her take is that the research focuses mostly on heterosexual couples who likely had difficulties conceiving naturally for a year or more before seeking fertility care... meaning they’ve typically gone through 15-16 unsuccessful cycles (12 of trying to conceive naturally + 3-4 with IUI). in that case there’s likely some other reason things aren’t working and so it makes sense, timing wise and financially, to move on to the highest-tech option (ie IVF). but for single women and/or lesbians who are trying to conceive, those 3-4 IUI cycles are their first and only attempts. and if the medical history looks good and the person is responding well to the medication, then it might just be a timing and luck thing. so she says if everything looks good on the test we’re doing friday, she recommends that i try six cycles before we reassess. and if i can balance the costs and don’t want to do IVF, she says there’s no reason why i couldn’t follow the regular guidance for couples trying non-medicated cycles ie a full year of trying (although at that point i might decide the financial / emotional cost isn’t worth it).

If the elections were held in the last ten days of March, the result would be as follows: "We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria" (WCC-DB) and GERB-SDS would have similar support with 26.9% and 26.5%, Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) and "Vazrazhdane" would contest the third place, respectively with 13.3% and 13%. In fifth place is the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) with 7.2%. In the fight for a chance to reach the barrier "in a package" are "Bulgarian Rise" with 3.5% and "Levitsata" with 3.3%. "There Is Such a People" (TISP) has 3%.
The results are from a Gallup International Balkan survey for the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR), showing the declarative attitudes toward the end of the campaign. It was conducted between March 18 and 26, 2023 among 1,004 people using the face-to-face tablet method.
However, hundreds of thousands have yet to decide, and the numbers at this point should – as always – be seen as a snapshot of declarative attitudes rather than a forecast. With close values, fluctuations in activity, sudden developments, etc., sensitive dynamics are possible, the sociological agency notes.
According to "Gallup", the winner of the election will be decided by the votes of the decision makers at the last moment. In a better starting position is the one that has more "hardening" support. Dynamic developments are also possible regarding the third place. The ability to procure firm and predictable support can also resolve the struggle for the barrier.
40.1% said they would definitely vote - levels close to the declarative turnout before the October 2022 election. On this basis, a turnout close to that of the previous election is assumed, with the percentage calculated against the formal turnout yet to be known voter lists. Fluctuations are possible. 4.1% of those who said they would vote said they would prefer "I support no one" if the election were held today.
Gallup's two-tier nested sample is representative of the country's adult population. The maximum standard deviation is ±3.1% at the 50 percent shares. 1% of the entire sample is equal to about 54 thousand people.
"Alpha Research" survey for the upcoming elections.
"Market Links" survey for the upcoming elections.
