“There are thought to be fewer than 20 red wolves left in the wild[…. S]tate agencies and nonprofit groups [plan to] rebuild a 2.5-mile section of the highway with fencing and a series of culverts, or small underpasses, to allow red wolves – as well as black bears, white-tailed deer and other animals – to pass safely underneath traffic.”
5. Merrimack Valley public transit system will keep bus fares free
“[… C]ollecting fares [used to] cost MeVa about $300,000 a year to maintain fare boxes, pay staffers and afford insurance. Since going fare free in 2022, the report found ridership increased 60% from pre-pandemic levels[….] The program is now funded by state allocated funds, including money from the so called “millionaire’s tax.””
6. Health care is key for youths getting out of prison. A new law helps them get it

Dude people acting like Pakistan is Palestine and India is Israel is just pissing me off. "India is killing innocent civilians!" And when Pakistani terrorists kill Indian civilians it's crickets. When Pakistan tries to bomb densely populated Indian cities it's crickets. But India retaliating is "genocide" apparently. And Pakistan funding terrorists with tax money from civilians while so many people live in crippling poverty isn't genocide? Just because Islamophobia exists doesn't mean religious extremists who kill innocent people are in the right. Istg they were trying to blame their failure of their own people on others and this situation has given them a golden opportunity to get sympathy from the other Muslim countries and paint India as their villain.
So trueee like having the audacity to compare India's actions to the inhumane, unspeakable atrocities that Israel has commited is preposterous. The double standards are really getting to me now. Some really popular pages whose content is based upon Palestine and raising awareness are supporting Pakistan (and before anyone even gets the idea that I am against pro-Palestinian content, check my page for once, I will advocate for a free Palestine till the end of my life) because innocents are dying - and as much sympathy I have for any innocent dying on either side of the border - where were all these concerns when Indian citizens were dying in a similar way? Are their lives not as valuable? But then it's the India's fault because apparently these people are dying because of the actions of the country completely ignoring the fact that the very reason terrorism has reached such a peak is the corruption and extremism in the Pakistani military and the incapability of the government. Their people are suffering because their leaders have decided to make their land a breeding ground for terrorism, because their leaders decided to be the lapdog of big world governments and do their dirty work. As for trying to paint Pakistan as a victim to get support from Islamic states, I'll be very honest, I have no belief in these Islamic states. They never stood up for Palestine, they never helped Syria, or Lebanon, or Sudan, or Congo and god knows how many Muslim countries - hell Saudi is itself bombing Yemen. They are a bunch of spineless cowards who can only speak false sugar coated words. Religion has been twisted by man, it has been turned into a source of politics, of manipulation, of spreading communal hate. These terrorists who claim to operate in the name of Islam can be anything but a Muslim because I - and a million other Muslims who actively practice Islam and have deep rooted faith in our religion - have clearly been following a different religion than them. We haven't read the same Quran (with both linguistic and social context not only translation) or follow the same moral values that our teaches teaches us. I am a Muslim and I have faced islamophobia more times than I can count. Living in India - especially in recent years - as a muslim is not easy, Islamophobia is very prevalent and if you raise your voice against it you're suddenly anti-national, an invader and have to listen to "agar itni hi problem hai toh yaha pe reh hi kyu rahe ho, go to Pakistan" - just because you condemn the very obvious prejudice and discrimination. It's not easy having to constantly give the proof of your loyalty and love to your country, to have your patriotism be questioned at every step, to be viewed either as a Muslim or as an Indian but never both. But no amount of suffering validates wishing the same atrocities on someone else. It is the same thing as saying that the genocide that Israel is committing is justified because jews faced antisemitism and the holocaust. I have been advocating for peace since day one, wanting the war to be stopped. But that step cannot be taken by one side. You cannot expect India to remain silent when Pakistan continues to instigate violence. War has never bought any good to anyone. It only brings destruction, it is never the answer. Only those who don't face the adversity of war wishes for one to be started. And it's about time that Pakistan realizes this.

https://www.tumblr.com/mbakwe-blog/45072537611/capitalism-a-bitter-sweet-love-story?source=share What do you think about the above?
Did you write it? I think it's capitalist propaganda from start to finish. And you don't even realise how offensive it is.
"capitalism isnt working nearly as well as it could"
During Covid, french billionaires made an obscene amount of money, while everyone else was struggling to survive. Bernard Arnault (Louis Vuitton) more than doubled his profit! He made 96.3 BILLIONS in a year, during covid, and became the richest man alive. For him, capitalism works a charm! And you're saying it could work even better?? You see, it works perfectly well for the rich and it doesn't work for the 99% of people left, exactly as intended. During every major crisis (war, illness, natural disaster, ecological crisis, terrorism) the richest get richer, the poorest get poorer, as intended. That's what capitalism is for. The hoarding of resources by a minority. In that regard, it's working wonderfully.
"We shouldn't force people to pay for being successful."
Exploiting the poor, including kids, profiting from modern slavery in non western countries or by using migrants, and becoming experts in tax evasion, isn't "being successful". Yes they should pay for what they did. They should be in prison.
"They weren't doing anything illegal to cause what happened."
Just because something is legal doesn't mean it's moral and we should keep quiet about it. We're not equal regarding the law: rich people get away with murder because they have money, poor people don't. And some things should be illegal. Like trading, which leads to this: women dying in sweatshops. That's murder. Yet no one's going to jail. Not to mention the assassinations and coups d'état and profiting from a fucking pandemic disaster.
"I mean if you were making lots of money and you really worked hard to get where you are"
Rich people don't get rich because they work hard. They get rich because of INHERITANCE. They come from, at the very least, a middle class background, they had money to begin with.
And how do you define working hard? To "earn" as much as Elon Musk, a minimum wage worker has to work millions of years, do you realise that? Is Elon Musk working harder than a nurse? Why is his work worth more than a woman protecting and saving lives? What exactly is one man doing, from 9 to 5, that's worth earning as much as millions of people at once? People who are working jobs that actually benefit our societies! If Elon Musk disappeared, we would be fine, better even. But if cleaners, doctors, teachers, factory workers, mothers or train drivers disappeared, we wouldn't have a society any more.
"I know it is hard to get in a position of power, but its not impossible if you work hard."
See above. The "American dream" is capitalist propaganda. Poor people work hard every day. To say that people are poor because they aren't working hard enough or haven't invested (the money they don't have) enough, or aren't smart enough, is neo-liberal propaganda. It's disgusting. It's insulting. It's classism. Homeless people aren't homeless because they didn't "invest wisely in the stock market" okay? Who does it serve for us to believe in this illusion of Meritocracy? It serves the rich, agitating a carrot in front of your eyes, so that you don't fight back.
"if you were making lots of money you're not going to take responsibility for those who cant do what you did"
Well they should, because they ARE responsible. If you don't understand the link between wealth and poverty, you don't understand economy at all. For some to get rich, others have to be poor. You need to get educated on class struggle.
"I believe no one is to blame for this economic crisis we went through"
Trading centres are big casinos playing with poor people's lives. The money isn't even real, but it can cause real jobs to be destroyed and real sweatshops to collapse on a thousand women in India. The people responsible for any economic crisis are those in power. Life isn't lalaland. Real assholes make real decisions that affect real people. The government, lobbies, banks, CEOs, etc. They have names and addresses.
"Everyone is naturally self interested."
No. You're just a right winger. Half of the population believes that we're all self interested, the other half believes in a common interest. Neo-liberalism isn't the only economic system available. And for a social species such as ours, that depends on peace and community to survive, capitalism is a deeply unnatural system. Case in point: we'll all die soon because a minority of humans are destroying our ecosystem to make more fake money to play in their big casinos with. It's an absurd system for absurd people.
"If you were making millions after working hard your whole life you wouldn't want to lose any of it."
Being rich is IMMORAL. As I said, you don't make millions by simply working hard. If that was the case, every mother would be a fucking billionaire by now. If I was a millionaire in a capitalist system, I'd be absolutely ashamed of myself, because I'd know damn well it'd come from the blood and tears of others. I WOULD want to lose all of it and I'd use it to save others, not to play in my big casino. And I'd apologize endlessly.
"You worked hard"
No.
"you learned the skill,"
Like every other worker... or do you think you can drive a bus, install an electric system, repair a car, or care for a severally autistic child without "learning the skill"?
"and you most likely deserve every penny you make if you get to be in a position where you are rich and powerful."
No. See above. The best example of this is your own president. The man is a fucking idiot with no skill and a criminal. To get to a position of power you mostly need to be male and born in a wealthy family. That's about it. You don't "deserve" more money than anybody else.
"I just feel that you shouldn't be frowned upon because you achieved the rare phenomenon of "The American Dream"
Not just frowned upon, you should be in jail for slavery, tax evasion, the destruction of our ecosystem and murder.
So I think the link you shared shows the author's (you?) complete lack of understanding when it comes to what capitalism is, as well as an alarming inability to think outside of it, resulting in a display of typical capitalistic advertising.

Sorry to burst your feminist bubble, 70% of r@pe cases in india are fake. Indian women will always play victim card to extort money from men. Also, don't overreact so much. It's a feminest lie that being rapped is worse when women by the age of 25 all have bodycounts. In cities they have double digit bodycounts. Being rapped is nowhere as near as being killed in an army. Reports suggest women like getting rapd, having bdsm, they read smuts where non consensual things happen. The truth is females want to get rapped by tall handsome men but when they don't get the attention frm those men, they put allegations against men to avoid being labelled as a randi which they usually are and gain plenty of sympathy. Where is this sympathy for male victims who are mentally and physically harrassed by women and judiciary all the time?
Oops, sorry for hurting your fragile ego dear. Didn't think that the truth will make you burst out like that.
By the way ever heard about the word "consent" ? It means asking for permission or getting the green signal. As you mentioned in the second line, women play victim card to extort money from men, I wonder what a 10 year old or a 3 year old girl will do with so much money ?
Now the boydcount sentence. Anyone, literally ANY one have sexual Intercourse or increase their bodycount if they want to. Any woman who has more than 25 as their bodycount, WANTED to have sexual Intercourse with someone, she wasn't forced into it.
Ohh silly, how can you compare being killed in an army to being killed by being raped ? Being killed in an army is a respectful thing which the people who are determined to serve their country CHOOSES to do so. Being raped is a filthy, dirty and corrupt action towards someone who doesn't wants to be in such a situation.
Having bdsm, cnc, free use, consensual stuffs ask for consent before the act. People into those things don't force people in it. Women reading smut ? There's consent there also, no book shows way too forceful sex which traumatizes the readers or the female character in the story.
And lastly about male victims. There are numerous male victims and they deserve to get proper justification. JUST LIKE ANY OTHER WOMAN WHO HAVE WENT THROUGH RAPE AND ASSAULT. Sympathizing over women doesn't mean ignoring the male victims.
What I intended to say in my previous post is that there are women all over the world who go through harassment everyday but those are overlooked. There are many women who cry at night and scratch their skin knowing that it was touched without their consent and badly by some filthy man, be it her husband, father, brother, uncle, friend, etc.
And deary dear, if you still got more confusion, please ask the females (your mother, sister) near you have they every went through harassment or not.

What do you think is the reason that these celebrity 10/10 girls are getting cheated on? Do you think that is just the culture at that level? The place they live (hollywood) just has more promiscious men? Maybe they have bad self-esteem? What are your thoughts on why this keeps happening to them?
I think it is a horrible combination of things. The culture is definitely one of them. Hollywood breeds men who grow up thinking that women are dispensable and the double standards are also ridiculous. Even if they have good intentions and plan to be faithful, they don’t face any consequences or humiliation when they cheat so it’s almost as if they’re encouraged to do it at that point. Bad self-esteem could also be a part of it, sometimes you can tell the cheating had nothing to do with the woman they’re with and they have internal issues that they never addressed. The reason for me pointing out that 10/10 celebrities get cheated on is because if loyalty depending on looks alone, they would be bulletproof but that’s just not true. You have to choose a husband wisely and be able to offer more than your looks alone as a woman. When you compare Hollywood to the east coast or the south in the U.S. (for example), you have individuals who earn much more than the male celebrities and they do not cheat despite them having access to beautiful women. Mostly because their communities are in favor of loyalty and would refuse to do business with them or associate with them if they were to cheat on their wives. Marriages need this type of structure around them to thrive because it gives them more reasons to be faithful than to cheat, like can you imagine a man cheating and losing his family and he loses all his network to make money and his friends shun him out completely. Then he has to watch another much respectable man raise his children for him. In Hollywood people act upset at first but then practically praise them for being players and some how create a narrative to sympathize with them like “they were lonely” or “going through a hard time.” News flash, we all get lonely and face hard times but that isn’t an excuse to be a shitty human, especially if children are involved. Look at what happened with Jay-Z he was solid for a minute with Beyoncé but he screwed it up and even though they are well off financially, they want to earn more money the easy way but the wealthy men don’t trust him anymore so he’s doing suspicious businesses that may not be ethical (he might be trafficking surrogates in India). And why is Beyonce trying to act relatable on TikTok???

short-term goals:
get serious about Musicianship (fine, don't call it a "career" if that stresses you out any less)
become a regular at weekly karaoke night at that bar that is within walking distance; keep practicing Grace Kelly and make it your signature song
continue being active in local kink scene (great start last night! let's keep it rolling)
begin semi-regular solo trips to Chicago
touch base with old voice teacher, tell her i'm a baritone now, and at least discuss starting private lessons over zoom (no hurry on that; time and money are stupid, stupid factors as always)
form a healthier relationship with le cannabis (try and make it a Sometimes Food)
start a public-facing youtube channel (god help me)
ask standup-comic coworker about local open mics (just for funsies; we REALLY don't want to make a career out of that one)
finish novel (GET YOUR FUCKING COMPUTER FIXED, or at least the hard drive salvaged. first half of chapter 3 is still on there)
build my own desktop PC
give my wardrobe a gradual overhaul. dress like the rock-n-roll transfag you are
start that podcast with @magnaflourious-nerdity (i know it's been ages since we talked about that, but i still wanna do it, and i have Ideas) (also read that fucking mcelroy book you bought; if nothing else, it'll probably be funny) (and there's a sidnee chapter about reasearch!)
get my eyebrow pierced, and also MORE TATTOOS (yes, we still want those sleeves) (sidenote: my view on the whole jews + tattoos situation is, as always, Consent Matters)
continue working on mental and physical health (keep working with new therapist; get new PCP; get surgeries, etc) (oh god don't get scared)
embrace your identity as an otter; continue gradual bear transformation
maybe go to some cons? definitely look into close-ish furry ones. (ALWAYS double-mask if you do decide to go)
continue masking in public, even outside when there's no one around (remember how much better your allergies were during lockdown year?) (also keep wearing the decorative venom mask atop the KN95, just because)
make friends. build local community. the munch already gave you a head start. maybe definitely also try to AT LEAST establish civil relations with Upstairs Neighbor
try and find local activism to do (neighborhood community center, LGBTQIA+ community center)
find a ttrpg group to join (quiltbag center again; i know you freaked out that one time due to social anxiety and stopped going due to work and also social anxiety, but the well is NOT poisoned there. try again)
lots more crafting (keep up with the crochet, join stitch 'n' bitch groups, do some slow and deliberate knitting maaaaaaybe start working on that blanket again, eventually), other stuff as dictated by whim and circumstance
stay the course on exit strategy/career change
continue building Housekeeping skills (git gud at cleaning, start cooking again) because you're gonna need them after [redacted]
message [redacted] about [redacted]
[redacted] (rip the damn bandaid off already. tomorrow.)
you're also gonna have to tell your parents about that sooner or later. goddamn it all to hell
long-term goals:
lots more solo travel (definitely cali, maaaaybe texas--maybe just get a hotel in austin and fly or take train directly there and back--and other places as desired (india, scandinavia, japan, australia and/or aotearoa [again, to shake off the baggage of that one bad trip, and hit up the LOTR landmarks we didn't get to linger on]); THEME PARKS (what-the-fuck-ever, no ethical consumption
lots of Seeing Live Music (lest we forget, that is our religion, above and beyond the judaism even). find at least one local band to become non-creepily obsessed with. treat yourself to a big arena show now and then (masked, always)
continue Being More Jewish. learn yiddish. find a schul that doesn't suck. read that Book of Customs and try practicing them solo. maybe dabble in some light mysticism (kabbalah or whatever?) the witchy streak remains in us despite it all
date people. fuck people. explore kink to the full extent that your slutty little heart desires. we have no excuse not to at this point.
keep in touch with all our various long-distance friends
[REDACTED]
eventual full cali move??? let's not be too impulsive there. (almost certainly not los angeles; we have decided to fully commit to the Not Driving. probably somewhere in the northern half of the state. although we should definitely visit LA, just to be sure, and for other reasons)
record that podfic, eventually (ow)
(circle back to [redacted]. maybe. eventually. let yourself grieve. we truly do not know what the future holds.)
maintain delicate balance re: family of origin. build relationships with niblings while remaining out of contact with Bro (definitely keep sending them mail) (Local Zoo is good option for extremely short-term overnight babysitting situations) (heed the wise words of Wanda Sykes: "they're not your kids!!!!!!")
Be Yourself. keep becoming more Yourself each day. let Yourself change as he desires.
heal from past trauma and shit
stay alive and get old as balls, or at least stick around long enough to collect on your dad's life insurance (probably won't have too long to wait on that; he's already, what, 70? maybe 10 years tops) (ok let's not jinx it)
KEEP HOPE ALIVE BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY
#yeah we always hated 'goals' as a general concept#but it's one thing when your terrible mlm-in-paperthin-disguise job is making you set them#and quite another when they are Only For You

today i met tiny chris
poor wean's da got et by a 'bon. now he wants 'em all dead. wiv' crossy eyes like them as drawed in the picture shows. dinnae get et and ye might be his new da.
he actually made me think about two things - the npcs/people we've helped along the way, and the writing of accents.
it's no secret i gave biff this accent - it tells you he ain't a city slicker but rather a rural boy, it tells you his folks ain't got a lotta money (at least, one would think), and it associates him with a specific cultural/ethnic profile (gaelic, i know/studied a little more about irish than scots so i lean irish)
i think we should, as a society, be wary of continuing to associate class with specific ethnic communities, but i'm not learned enough to make a post dedicated to my specific thoughts on that (yet? tbd)
mostly, i think it's important to look at the way characters speak as a vehicle of writing. when you write a character's accent, is it useful for what you're trying to establish in the scene? is the noble supposed to fail to understand the vernacular of his server? is it useful if the character is always going to say "dinnae" instead of "do not"? when dealing with non-western characters with accents, how far is it okay to go until the dialogue goes from representation to racist charicature?
writers have the power of flexibility. writing is about persuasion more than anything else, and we should remember to persuade our audiences that these are people. they aren't real, so don't bother with "realistic" - but they represent real ideas, concepts and associations in our world. it's important to be careful what you do with these, intended or not! and if you make an oopsie? acknowledge, accept and continue on your journey to being your best.
my preferences for writing accents based on my experiences, observations and education lean thus:
pick and choose what words require emphasis. if the whole sentence requires it, then so be it! but make conscious choices. words weigh differently, and they carry double the weight when they're written out to represent an accent. just really think about whether or not this is the point you want to say to, t', ta, or tae. the whole sentence doesn't need to be written out phonetically b/c avoiding doing that helps us steer clear of reiterating caricatures.
include culturally specific verbiage. "what's the craic" or "how's it hangin'" depending on who your character is. in india, lots of people greet each other with religious phrases (in english, it'd sound like saying "god is good"/"good is god" call and response) - so a thavnairian character could say anything between "sisters be with you" to "mindhurva guide your path today" (and also yours, brother/sister). but also: wain, wean, child, sweetling,
be careful which non-english words your character uses. i don't call it chai tea latte, i call it chai latte. my wife doesn't call it green tea latte, but matcha latte. i actually don't drink chai latte, i drink chai. but i call it both chai and tea interchangeably; so, when i want someone to know how to prepare my tea, i might ask for chai instead of tea. because with chai, you get half or whole base milk instead of water. you get dried ginger or an array of spices depending on the auntie. with tea, you get dried up leaves and some hot water. big difference for me.
above all, make sure it's legible most of the time. you can do this by avoiding writing a character's accent out completely phonetically. this isn't to say "conform your character to what people think they should talk like". this is about being aware that writing implies an audience. if you want your writing to connect with people, the important parts should be clearly communicated in the text. especially if you're writing in english. if i wanted my characters to speak hindi, why would i bother writing the story in english at all? you want people to see your character a specific way. write them the way you hope they'll be seen--if you've done a good enough job, it will lead to so much joy and satisfaction. if you haven't--it's back to the drawing board! but you get the chance to learn even more.
#ooc;;#screenshots;;#i've been wanting to say something forever#in reality though i want to include an ep about tiny chris in my ongoing fic#so i was looking at him and his FATES and i was then compelled to go back to other lower level areas and be like#where are the other little guys we helped? i love them#i don't really care if the time bubble keeps them in our halcyon days as a sprout#i want to learn who they are again and again and love on them#and imagine what happens to them as our stories grow side by side#i think i'll be stuck in ARR for a long time so sorry about that#but i think it will be worth it for the kind of story i want to tell anyway#ps this is probably going to be outdated advice someday so pls remember that even im doing my best LOL#i'm just tired of being quiet... i'm going to do me and not worry about fitting in...#it took me awhile to remember that my position culturally means i'll always be a disruptive presence to the status quo#so it's better for my health to stop hoping i'll fit in somewhere and just try to relax

It was a racist ask and Mena’s lukewarm tee-hee guess governments can’t devote all their funds to safeguarding Indian women tucked me off. All the more when she insinuated -you- were the racist for fact-checking that race bait. I’ve noticed a lot of people take cover behind Indian women and the rape problem in India to spew the most vile racist rhetoric and humour about India. Far fewer people approach this problem with the sobriety it required. It’s just a chance to shit on Indian people they pounce on.
I am still weak from the high fever I recently recovered from and I was doing chores now so I am a little dizzy so forgive me if incorrect but when did she insinuate I was being racist? In fact she reblogged my addition.
But for the funding part, it's kinda complicated which I don't think anon (the og one) or anyone using simplistic logic will understand. On the paper, gender equality programs get wayyyyy more funding than space research. But we also know corruption is a huge thing here. But ofc, we can't measure how much money is actually being in effect, so it could be lesser or it could be more. I haven't dug too deep into it. So I think it's kinda hard to verify how much does the government actually prioritize women's welfare over R&D sector in practice. But I get your point.
Organic-homegrown-boyfriend already said that. Anon was stupid because even if the government doesn't care about women, they don't care about a lot about any research sector here either. Dumb to imply they care more about the other when all ISRO missions, including this one, had to be run on tight budget.
It's funny cause Indian MRAs always accuse the Indian government of "favoring" and giving "special treatment" to Indian women, so hearing foreigners say just the opposite and contrasting the two sides is amusing.
And hard agree on the second part. Rape is the only form of misogyny in India people from other countries like to point out. And while it's definitely a problem, I think we should approach the topic with more nuance. The rape rate is high here not simply because Indian men are some unique monsters. But there are number of other conditions. Marital rape being legalized for one. If we criminalize it, I think the number of rapes will go down at least a little bit. And then there's a lack of bathrooms or sex segregated bathrooms in the rural regions. Lack of basic infrastructure like enough street lights. And then the same reasons why rape is an issue in Western countries as well. Law being too lenient towards rapists, fear of reporting due to public smear campaigns and etc. But obviously poverty amplifies a lot of things so there's that. However it's easier to walk down the racist path than to understand why things are this way here.
The gorey kutte will never try analyzing our situation the way they analyze theirs. Double standards. First thing they need to learn is to start viewing us as humans equal to them. How to not be racist beginner volume 1.

Busting the 7 Biggest Myths About Stock Market Courses for Beginners
If you've ever thought about entering the stock market but backed off because it “looked risky,” “sounded complicated,” or “felt like gambling,” then you’ve probably been a victim of some common myths.
Let’s be honest: the stock market in India is often misunderstood. And thanks to WhatsApp forwards, half-baked YouTube advice, and your cousin who once lost money on a tip — it’s easy to develop fear and confusion around it.
But here’s the truth: the stock market isn’t a gamble if you understand it. And the easiest way to start on the right foot? Enroll in one of the many stock market courses for beginners that are designed to simplify investing.
In this blog, we’ll bust the most common myths and show you how structured learning can change your perception — and your profits.
Myth 1: “Stock Market Is Gambling”
This is by far the most repeated myth — and it couldn’t be more wrong.
Gambling is betting without knowledge or logic. Stock trading is analysis + discipline + risk management.
The people who say the market is a gamble often jump into trades without learning, use tips from strangers, or blindly copy someone else's strategy.
Truth: A good beginner course teaches you how to think, not what to buy. You learn how to analyze companies, read charts, and manage risk.
Myth 2: “You Need a Lot of Money to Start”
Many beginners believe they need ₹1 lakh or more to start investing. That's false.
Today, you can:
Buy stocks for as low as ₹10
Start SIPs in mutual funds with ₹100/month
Practice in demo accounts without using real money
Truth: Most stock market courses for beginners help you start small and grow gradually. You’ll also learn how to set goals, allocate money wisely, and protect your capital.
Myth 3: “Only Commerce or Finance Students Can Learn Stocks”
Nope. Some of the best traders and investors in India are engineers, teachers, freelancers, artists — even doctors!
The stock market isn’t about degrees. It’s about:
Logic and patience
Reading patterns and behavior
Practicing strategy over time
Truth: Beginner courses are designed in plain English or Hindi (or even Tamil, Telugu, etc.) with visuals, examples, and real-time demos. You don’t need to be a math genius or finance expert to understand it.
Myth 4: “Learning from YouTube Is Enough”
YouTube is great for inspiration and basic ideas — but it’s not always structured, updated, or personalized.
Many videos:
Give incomplete strategies
Skip risk management
Don’t explain why a setup works
Are clickbait for affiliate links
Truth: A proper stock market course is step-by-step. It gives you:
A learning path (basics to advanced)
Interactive sessions or Q&A support
Quizzes, assignments, or paper trading practice
Community support or doubt clearing
Myth 5: “Courses Are Too Expensive”
While some advanced mentorships are pricey, most beginner courses are affordable — especially compared to the money people lose due to lack of knowledge.
In fact, some quality options include:
King Research Academy - ₹199 to ₹4,999
Zerodha Varsity – Free
Elearnmarkets Foundation Course – ₹499 to ₹1,999
CA Rachana Ranade’s Course – Around ₹3,000
Weekend Live Workshops – ₹1,500 to ₹5,000
Truth: Most beginners lose more in a single wrong trade than what it costs to take a full course. Investing in education always pays off better.
Myth 6: “You’ll Be Rich in 3 Months”
Let’s get real — the stock market is not a shortcut to wealth.
Many beginners expect to:
Double their capital overnight
Make money every day
Quit their jobs after 1 month of trading
Reality check: It takes time, discipline, and a lot of practice.
Truth: Beginner-friendly courses help you set realistic expectations. You’ll learn about:
Compounding returns
Portfolio building
Long-term vs. short-term strategies
Psychology and discipline
Myth 7: “You’ll Lose Money No Matter What”
This fear often comes from horror stories of people losing money — but very few talk about whether they followed any system or learned anything before investing.
People lose money because they:
Trade without stop-loss
Rely on gut feeling instead of research
Don’t journal or review their mistakes
Truth: Courses train you to trade or invest with a system. They teach:
Risk management
How to control emotions
How to identify quality stocks
When to enter and exit
In fact, knowing when not to trade is often more valuable than making trades.

My Personal Story: I Believed the Myths Too
When I first heard about stock market courses, I thought:
“Why pay when everything’s online for free?” “It’s probably too technical for me.”
But after losing ₹4,200 in a random intraday trade, I took a basic course for ₹999 — and it changed everything.
I learned how to read trends
I stopped overtrading
I started small SIPs and stock investments
My confidence shot up — no more gambling
That one course paid for itself within weeks.

How to Save Tax Legally in 2025: Top Deductions & Exemptions You Should Know
Introduction
These days, a tax plan is not just a yearly event in a global market; it has become a clever technique that can relieve you of enormous amounts of money if you are a U. S. citizen residing abroad or an NRI who is involved in cross-border income. Tax-smart does not mean being a year 2025 unfolds, it means understanding the deductions and exemptions you can legally claim. Be it a salaried professional, a business owner, or a freelancer, these tax-saving tips are for all of you.
At Accelero Corporation, our squad of specialist Chartered Accountants and international tax analysts is committed to providing you with assistance when dealing with the intricacies of USA and INDIA Taxes. Come along to explore together the main deductions and exemptions, which will give you the possibility to settle your tax debt for 2025 without breaking any regulations.
1. Standard Deduction – The Classic Saver
Regardless of whether you get a salary or pension, the standard deduction of ₹50,000 is still a no-brainer. It’s directly applied, thus no additional work is needed. This is the simplest method to lower your taxable income.
2. HRA (House Rent Allowance)
People living in a rented apartment and receiving HRA from their employer can claim a deduction under the head of house property by following their actual rent, salary, and the city they live. This dispensation can really come in handy for salaried professionals residing in the metro cities.
3. Your Tax-saving Toolbox– Section 80C
In Section 80C, you are allowed to make investments in such a manner that you can claim a deduction of up to ₹1.5 lakh annually.
ELSS (Equity-Linked Saving Scheme)
PPF (Public Provident Fund)
Life Insurance Premiums
5-Year Fixed Deposit
Hot tip: ELSS has the shortest lock-in period and also gives you market benefits—perfect if you want growth along with tax savings.
4. Health is Wealth (and Savings)– Section 80D
In case you have paid medical insurance premiums for your own family, then you can get deductions of up to ₹25,000 (₹50,000 for senior citizens). This one is not only tax-friendly but also life-friendly with the increasing cost of medical treatment.
5. Education Loan Interest – Section 80E
Is it your plan to study either in India or abroad? The interest on the education loan can be written off against your income tax for a maximum of 8 years. An excellent means to not only make your repayment lighter but also to reduce your tax burden.
6. NRI & Expat Benefits – Plan Smart, Pay Less
If you are a USA Tax Filer in India, a Green Card Holder, your tax obligations can get confusing very quickly. However, this is the place where Accelero Corporation comes in. Our expertise lies in helping expats and U.S. citizens with the deductions that are available for them through double taxation treaties and India Foreign Tax Credit in Hyderabad.
When you get income in both the U.S. and India, you may be liable for double taxation. But, it is a fact that you can claim the Foreign Tax Credit (FTC) to neutralize this. If you have the proper planning and the correct documents, you will never be liable to pay more than your legal tax.
7. Capital Gains Exemptions
Did you sell assets such as property or stocks? You might be eligible for exemptions under Sections 54, 54EC, or 54F. Putting the money gained from the sale into approved instruments such as NHAI/REC bonds within six months is one way to save taxes on those gains.
8. Home Loan Benefits
According to Section 24(b), a deduction is allowed up to ₹2 lakh for interest paid on the home loan. If you also include the 80C principal repayment benefits, then you are saving a lot.
9. Donations Under Section 80G
Planning to be generous? Contributions made to some relief funds and charitable organizations may be tax-deductible, possibly at some 50% or 100% of the donation, according to the entity.
Final Thoughts: Make 2025 Your Smartest Tax Year Yet
The tax laws are modified each year, and keeping track of them can be a stressful experience, especially for NRIs, expats, or U.S. citizens who are dealing with two tax systems. To make sure that no rupee (or dollar) is left unclaimed for you, Accelero Corporation has come up with customized USA Citizen Tax Services in Hyderabad.
Honestly speaking, there is no need for tax saving to be done on the wrong side of the law, nor should it be a stressful matter. By having the right knowledge, you can legally decrease your tax liability and save more of your income. Particularly, the experts at Accelero Corporation are ready to help you with their individualized advice, so don’t hesitate to take them up on their offer, and let’s go through tax season successfully.

How Long Does it Take to Get a Business Visa? Country-wise Breakdown
If you travel for work, you’ve probably had to deal with the hassle of getting a business visa at some point. Whether you're planning a meeting overseas, attending an industry event, or visiting a client, understanding how long the process takes can save you time, money, and last-minute stress.
But here's the thing — not all countries process business visas the same way. Timelines can vary from just a few days to several months, depending on where you're applying from and where you're headed. In this post, we'll break down visa processing times for some of the most common business destinations to help you plan smarter.
United States: Be Ready to Wait
If your next business trip is to the U.S., start the application early. Right now, appointment slots at U.S. embassies in high-demand countries like India are seriously backed up. In cities like Chennai and Delhi, people are waiting up to a year just to get an interview.
Once you finally get through the interview stage, the approval process usually takes anywhere from two weeks to six weeks. But if there’s any additional screening, it could stretch longer. For urgent travel, the U.S. does offer emergency appointment requests, but they’re granted on a case-by-case basis and aren't guaranteed. Make sure your business travel documents are complete and clearly show the purpose of your visit to avoid delays.
United Kingdom: Flexible and Fast (If You Need It)
The UK does a great job offering flexibility. If you're applying for a standard business visa, expect it to take about 15 working days. However, if you're on a tight schedule, you can pay extra for priority (around 5–7 days) or super-priority (as fast as 24 hours in some cases).
That speed is a huge plus for corporate travelers who often need to book last-minute trips. Just double-check that you meet all the international visa requirements before applying — especially if you’re opting for the faster services.
Schengen Countries: Efficient, But Apply Early
For travel across Europe — to countries like France, Germany, or the Netherlands — you’ll be applying for a Schengen business visa. Typically, it takes around 15 calendar days to process. That said, embassies can take up to 30 or even 60 days during peak seasons or if they need more documents.
The key here is to apply early and make sure every part of your application is complete. A missing document can send your whole timeline off track. It’s also a good idea to include a detailed business invitation letter and flight plans to help speed things up.
Canada: Predictable, With Some Exceptions
If you’re applying for a business visa to Canada, the standard processing time ranges between 30 and 45 days. It’s a fairly straightforward system, but timelines can vary depending on where you’re applying from.
In rare cases, you might face delays due to background checks or requests for more documents. If you need to travel urgently, you can request faster processing, but it’s not always approved. Make sure to include all relevant paperwork upfront — especially anything that supports the urgency of your trip.
Fast Movers: Australia, UAE, Japan & China
Some countries are known for being quick and efficient with business visas.
Australia offers eVisitor or ETA options for many nationalities. The approval often happens within minutes — at most, a couple of days.
UAE processes standard business visas in about 3–5 working days, but if you’re in a rush, an express service can get it done in 24 to 48 hours.
Japan typically handles visa applications within 5–7 business days, and in some cases, you can get it faster with express processing.
China is similar — standard business visas take around 4–7 business days, with expedited options available if you need them.
These countries are great options if you're dealing with tight travel windows, especially when urgent business meetings pop up unexpectedly.
Final Thoughts: Plan Ahead and Be Ready
Securing a business visa is part of the deal when you're doing international business. The key is to know how long it typically takes for your destination and start your application with plenty of time to spare. Embassy appointment delays, public holidays, or missing documents can all throw off your schedule.
If you have a last-minute meeting, look into priority visa service options. Not every country offers them, but when they do, it can be a real lifesaver. Above all, stay organized — keep your business travel documents in one place, check embassy websites regularly, and don’t leave things until the last minute.
Because when you're traveling for business, your time matters — and getting your business visa on time can make or break your plans.

How to Play Online Roulette

Roulette
Roulette has captivated casino-goers since the 17th century with its charm, suspense, and fast-paced action. Its simple rules make it accessible to newcomers, while its strategic elements appeal to experienced players. This guide outlines the essentials of playing roulette, especially for those exploring online versions popular in India.
The allure of roulette extends beyond mere chance. It embodies a blend of strategy and excitement, drawing both novice and seasoned players into its orbit. Understanding the intricacies can enhance your gaming experience significantly. For example, implementing a betting system like the Martingale strategy can help manage your bankroll effectively. This method involves doubling your bet after every loss, aiming to recover previous losses when you eventually win.
Common Variants of Online Roulette
Online roulette comes in various forms. The most widely played versions include:
In European Roulette, players enjoy a single green zero space, which gives them better odds than the American variant. Many famous players, such as Charles Wells, famously won substantial amounts in Monte Carlo, showcasing how mastering the game can lead to legendary status. Online platforms often provide tutorials and practice modes, allowing players to hone their skills without financial risk.
French Roulette, on the other hand, offers unique betting options like ‘La Partage’ and ‘En Prison,’ which can reduce the house edge even further. This means that if the ball lands on zero, players can recover half their even-money bets or keep them for the next spin, presenting more favorable conditions for strategic play.
American Roulette’s double zero can be daunting, but understanding the payouts and odds can help. For example, wagering on a single number yields a payout of 35 to 1, while outside bets like red or black offer a more balanced risk-reward ratio. Many players find success by mixing betting strategies across different rounds.
European Roulette
The table layout is not merely decorative; it plays a critical role in how players approach their bets. Beginners often benefit from starting with outside bets, gradually moving to inside bets as they become more comfortable with the game dynamics. Experienced players may develop their own systems, using the layout to their advantage.
French Roulette
American Roulette
Each variant differs slightly in layout, gameplay rules, and the house edge it offers, making some more favorable to players than others.
Understanding the Roulette Table Layout
Players place bets on a roulette table before the ball is spun. The table has two key sections:
The racetrack feature not only simplifies betting but also introduces a social element into the game, as players often discuss their favorite numbers and strategies. This communal approach can enhance the gaming experience, especially in live dealer settings, where interaction with the dealer and other players creates a buzz similar to physical casinos.
Inside Bets: These involve wagers on specific numbers or small clusters (e.g., straight, split, or corner bets).
Outside Bets: These include broader categories like red or black, odd or even, high or low, and dozens.
Additionally, players can incorporate betting patterns that they observe. For instance, some follow trends—if red has hit several times in a row, they might bet on black, adhering to the belief that colors must balance out. This psychology can be as compelling as it is debated, contributing to the allure and unpredictability of the game.
Each type of bet comes with its own payout and probability.
The Racetrack Feature

When using betting patterns, remember that flexibility is key. Adapting your strategy based on the game’s flow can yield better results. For example, if a specific number has not appeared for a long time, some players might bet on it, believing it is ‘due’ to hit. This mindset highlights the psychological aspects of gambling that make roulette so captivating.
Understanding key rules is fundamental. Each casino might have slight variations in their rules, so always familiarize yourself with them before placing bets. Additionally, knowing when to walk away is crucial. Setting limits on your time and money spent can turn a fun evening into a successful venture.
Categories of Roulette Bets
Players can choose from a range of betting options in roulette, including:
Inside Bets: Target specific numbers or tightly grouped combinations.
Outside Bets: Focus on larger segments of numbers, offering safer but lower returns.
Combination Bets: Mix both inside and outside elements to diversify risk.
Using Betting Patterns
Some platforms allow users to save and reuse betting patterns. This feature enables players to quickly apply their favorite combinations, saving time and supporting strategic play. Depending on the software, up to five patterns can usually be stored and modified.
Key Rules of the Game
Lastly, online roulette has evolved with technology, offering features like live dealers and immersive environments that enhance the gaming experience. Innovations such as virtual reality roulette are gaining traction, bringing the thrill of the casino directly into players’ homes. For those looking to socialize, many online platforms now host tournaments, allowing players to compete against each other for prizes.
To begin, players place their chips on their chosen bets. The dealer (or croupier) spins the wheel and drops the ball. Bets remain open until the dealer announces, “No more bets.” The ball eventually lands in a numbered pocket, and winnings are paid according to the outcome.
Key Wheel Differences:
European Wheel: Features 37 slots (0 to 36)
→ Typically has a 2.70% house edge
American Wheel: Includes 38 slots (0 to 36 plus 00)
→ Carries a 5.26% house edge

Helpful Tips for Playing Roulette
Although roulette is luck-based, understanding the following can enhance your experience:
Learn the table layout and bet types
Know the differences between roulette variants
Understand the odds and payout ratios
Practice using features like the racetrack for efficient betting
As you delve into the world of online roulette, remember to enjoy the journey. The balance of chance and strategy can lead to exhilarating moments, whether you win or lose. Therefore, approach each session with a mindset of fun, learning, and exploration. This attitude not only enhances your enjoyment but also fosters personal growth in understanding the game.
In conclusion, online roulette stands out as a classic game of chance that has successfully transitioned into the digital age. With its various formats, unique betting options, and engaging gameplay, it continues to attract players worldwide. Whether it’s for the thrill of the spin or the social interaction it fosters, online roulette remains a staple in the world of online gaming.
Note: No strategy guarantees wins—roulette is a game of chance.
Ultimately, whether you’re a casual player or a serious gambler, the key to enjoying online roulette is to have fun and approach each spin with a positive mindset. The journey through the vibrant world of roulette can be as rewarding as the wins themselves, filled with experiences that create lasting memories.
