I'm so jealous of the people who can do quadrobics with ease, without joint pain, without limitations, and without major fatigue. I mean of course you'll be tired from doing quadrobics, it's a sport, but I've gotten to where I can't hardly walk on all fours without being exhausted almost immediately. My hip has also caused issues with just regular walking, it's even worse when I'm on all fours.
