So continuing with the rewatch

Season 3: First off, I again did not remember the break up between Connor and Oliver, how could I forget that?! Again, Frank, please just leave :) And oh Wes :( the main five really are my favorite characters in the show, and Wes's death while predictable from the first episode of the season (you could even argue the very first S1 episode) still hurts so much tho. I feel that in a way Laurel and Wes was bit rushed, but not out of nowhere. I like Asher's development. I think this is one of my favorite seasons overall, it kind of closes the overall storyline of the first 3 seasons and I think that's cool.

I read viola davis' book and she talks about her very rough childhood growing up in poverty. Grew up differently than armie for sure. cool she liked that post. I think there are definitely people in the industry that like when people get second chances.

I would like something in the middle. Because super explicit doesn't really go along with the vibes of the show. I don't think it's going to change to TVMA because of sex - maybe horror.

I think a sex scene can be both fluffy and spicy. If they give us one - I'd love for it to be a mix of both, showing the difference with these two characters compared to the other romances. I'd like more than the slammed door fade to black implication we got with Jancy. And a more passionate, loving vibe than we got with Stancy. The culmination of a lifetime of longing and best friendship and the clear physical shift in relationship. Fuck you to homophobes no matter what though!! That's always the mood.

Has anyone seen How to Get Away With Murder??? I always want to talk about that show. I'm pretty sure it had a TV14 rating which is appropriate for Stranger Things. And HTGAWM had some really hot gay sex scenes!! Totally spicy, really tasteful, didn't shy away from anything. References to blowjobs and rimming multiple times over the seasons on a popular network prime time television show?! HELLO. Meaningful and relevant storylines for their gay characters!? YES. Extraordinary. The overall show veered from brilliant to ridiculous but it's honestly one of my favorites ever (and it's one me and my fiance both love so a rewatch is always on the table 💙). LIIIIKE watch this clip. This was one of the first few episodes!! I remember watching this the first time and my jaw just dropped at what I was seeing on my TV. DELIGHTED. It's a good demonstration of something really sexy and really tasteful, but still full of passion. I'm not sure ST would go as far as this show, but this is at least a demonstration of what still falls under not completely explicit, simulated sex like something you'd find on Euphoria, but not a fade to black either.

Have you ever had a case when you felt absolutely indifferent or straight-up hated something/someone but then you ended up loving it/them? It can be anything, a character, ship, book, singer, whatever. I have the impression you're more stable on your opinions and it's hard to change your mind (I'm a fixed sign so same lol), but once in a lifetime I eat my words in a good way and I enjoy being caught by the surprise hehe. Do you have any examples?

This is really funny because I'm a Sag and we're supposed to be flexible.

But yes, it's happened many times.

I didn't like the idea of Dair when they were first introduced, I actually hated it, I went all around YouTube slamming them at the time and then they were building them up and I was like oh, SHIT, I ship them.

I was a heavy, heavy Bamon and Steroline shipper -- there are fanvids! -- I defended them staunchly and then my views changed.

I was also a heavy Literati shipper (Jess/Rory) and then my views changed the older I got.

In one of my Gilmore Girls post, you actually see me in the post shift views on Rory/Logan as who is the best love interest for her while I'm writing my post.

I still find Lorelai insufferable but I used to hate her more than Rory but after my most recent rewatch a few years ago, that shifted.

I also understand more why there are anti-Luke/Lorelai shippers.

I also didn't care for the idea of Michaela and Asher on HTGAWM but they happened and I was like, oh damn, yes.

I still ship PJo but I used to love them more than Pandie and my most recent rewatches had me like Oh, but Pandie is superior.

In fact, a lot of the views I had about Dawson's Creek as a kid and teenager changed as an adult and have all become incredibly unpopular opinions especially when it comes to how imperfect PJo is.

I hated Succession when I first watched it and anons encouraged me to keep at it and I did and ended up loving it.

I was indifferent to Fleabag when I first watched it and anons encouraged me to keep at it and I did and ended up loving it and have way more fondness for season 1 than I did before.

I didn't think Arrested Development was smart or funny for the longest time and then I watched it again years later and realized I didn't give it a chance when I was younger and find the first three seasons excellent.

I'm still pretty indifferent to Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights but in the past couple of years I have revisited both books because I'm writing something Gothic and I have a different appreciation for the books than I did before.

I didn't think I'd like Gerwig's Little Women and I did quite enjoy it.

I'm sure there are plenty of other things but that's at the top of my head.
