Accidentally came up with a new AU Hisoillu prompt today

I was trying to describe what it is that amuses me so much about the differences in personality and behaviour between Hisoka and Illumi to my husband. This descended into me describing them as: two very different species of monster both trying and failing miserably to act human to reach their goals.

Hisoka is basically some fae-like pixie who thrives on causing chaos and violence wherever he goes. He has no rules. loyalty, morals or thoughts. His head is filled with only chaos, which he'll spread as far and wide as he possibly can. Did not get the memo about subtlety and blending in with other humans and can always be easily picked out of a crowd by his eccentric appearance and weird behaviours.

Illumi meanwhile, is more like some kind of cave goblin, or bridge troll. He is just as dangerous and violent as Hisoka and kills without hesitation. But, he's more predictable about it than Hisoka. He has rules, there are conditions that need to be met before he'll kill. He performs best as a "human" in his own domain where he feels comfortable and in control. However, the further out of his comfort zone he gets, the less well he is able to maintain the "human" disguise, and the more his monstrous traits begin to show in ways that are frankly bizarre, (burying himself in the dirt during the hunter exam, for example) or ruthlessly and unnecessarily violent.

If you are unfortunate enough to meet either on their own, it's bad and you'll need to keep your wits about you if you want to survive.

Put the two together?

You're going to die and its going to hurt (also there's a strong possibility they'll take out a whole city along the way).

Au where Killua and Gon fighting a nen user and Killua gets hit by their hatsu and it splits his personalities into multiple Killua’s, like embarassed/shy Killua, angsty Killua, playful witty Killua. And Gon is like ‘we have to find all of them to put u back together!’ But all the Killua’s is like, ‘we gotta keep away love Killua’ who is actively trying to get to Gon to finally confess his love without the other emotions holding him back from saying it.

"I still remember, the dreams of yesterday"

This one didn't win an award but I am proud of it nevertheless. My cosplay friends actually mistook this entry for another because they focused on Alluka, but the prompt here is "Memory".

My initial drawing was going to just be memories of Gon but I wanted Killua to go down memory lane while he is dreaming. I wanted to emphasize Gon though, who is reaching out on Killua's cheek, that is why Killua is blushing.

There isn't much to say except I enjoyed drawing this. Hope you guys like it too!

The two of you were strolling along the boulevard with your coffees in hand. The sun was setting above the sea, making place for the moon. He turns to you.

‘Have I told you yet how beautiful you looked today?’

‘I only looked beautiful today?’

A chuckle escapes his throat,

‘Don’t twist my words honey, you know what I mean’.

You give him a quick peck on the cheek.

He reaches for your hand, interlaces your fingers, and leads you to the nearby pier where you both sit and watch the sun fade and the stars in the night sky light up. An exchange of words wasn’t necessary, just enjoying each others company was enough.

and I say this because 1) anyone outside the troupe he isn’t ordered to kill, he ignores. And 2) it’s just reasonable, he hardly talks to anyone outside of business

talking about your traditions and culture together is always super fun and is soothing to be able to not have to explain how anything works

You share childhood stories once you get close enough

and how peaceful your village was

at some point you even got to how you survived the colonists 😬

But mostly lighter topics, like talking about your pasts and what turns you took

if your in the troupe he’s glad he doesn’t have to worry much about your safety since you at least should know nen

but he still kinda does because if you die then he’ll really be the last member this time :/

Although I will say he believes in your strength 💪

even if your not the strongest he knows you can handle yourself

discussing what happened to your tribe is kinda upsetting but there was some happy memories mixed in

if your angry and wish to seek revenge he understands

he may even help in what ways he can

and tbh

you two being a couple—both gyudondond tribe members work out better than either of you getting with someone outside the tribe

especially since your both used to y’all traditions and cultures

as far as food, dancing and his holes

plus courting will be the way the tribe traditionally does it

as well as gifting and such

it’ll just work out a lot better and things will run more smoothly in your relationship

and you two are generally just much happier

you could even live in a gyudondond traditional house and you two wouldn’t strife!

it’s like a dream for the both of you 😍

19. “I’m pregnant.” 

Wing was a really great sensei, and his attitude towards little ones was really sweet and melted your thoughts every day. So the decision to have a child came quite naturally between the two of you, and you were really happy as soon as you found out that a new life was growing under your heart. Your husband was equally pleased and immensely proud. He thought about his smol bean and whether they would be a talented hunter in the future, or maybe an equally talented person who would like to work as a doctor, archaeologist or as a florist. Everything seemed so new and interesting to the young man.

Will he be a good father? Does ge take good care of you during pregnancy? Is he mature enough to own a little version of you two?

Many thoughts were running through Wing’s mind, and he almost jumped as soon as Killua snapped his fingers, asking his teacher if he was okay. The man only nodded, giving much more attention to his three pupils.

It was evening, the hour was late, and the three boys and Wing had just finished their hours of training and a serious conversation about the next floors of the arena. At about the same time, the four of them heard the sound of loud knocking. Killua sensed no bloodlust, and Gon could only hear calmly beating heart... or even two hearts. Wing, on the other hand, opened the door and almost immediately smiled slightly under his breath at the sight of you with a huge basket filled with food.

“Good evening everyone.” You said towards Zushi, Gon and Killua and Wing of course, then stepped a little closer while your husband closed the oak door. “I’m Y/N, your sensei’s wife. Zushi already knows me. Right, ‘Shi-chan?” You looked at the little boy and he immediately bowed. Second later you quickly asked him to lift his head and just come to hug you.

“... My name is Gon!” The boy in the green jacket and short pants looked in your direction, and then you spread your arms out more so that he would hug you too. He gladly took your silent offer, then felt that your tummy was much harder than that of a normal human.

“I am Killua.” At first, he was not willing to show any feelings, but seeing your joyful eyes and sincere emotions on your whole face, he timidly came closer, lightly snuggling into your warm body. “Are you okay, Y/N?” He asked, looking at your belly covered with the material of a light dress. You giggled.

“I’m pregnant.” You answered. “But let’s not talk about me, because I brought you some goodies and dessert. Ah, and call me ‘auntie’ or something like that.” You added louder, taking out of your bag several boxes of still-warm rice, fried meat, various kinds of vegetables, as well as a paper-wrapped chocolate and strawberry cake you managed to buy on your way to where your husband was staying with his three boys.

Wing may be a good father because of his relation with children, but you will be the best mommy in the world because of your care, love and interest in other living beings.
