Being hosted by that random person who wrote Kirfluff fanfics a couple times, the first ever Kirfluff week is here! Or, it will be here in a little over a month. I've decided to share it early to give people (me) time to prepare!

More information including rules and details on the prompts below!

General Rules!

This is a week themed around the popular ship Kirfluff. As such, Kirfluff should be the focus! However, other characters and ships may be included.

Any type of art counts for the prompts! Traditional art, digital art, 3d modeling, even fanfics if you so desire! No limitations.

The dates aren't as important as it seems. You can work on/post these prompts early or late! This is not a school assignment, after all. The dates are more of a goal instead of a deadline. Do not feel discouraged if you want to participate, but feel like you cannot post it on the day of the prompt.

More of a recommendation than a rule, but using the tag #kirfluffweek and tagging me would be great! I would like to see if anyone participates!

Most importantly, please do not harass anyone over ships or this event. This is both ways. I do not want to see people hating on kirfluff in comments of prompts or kirfluff shippers taking the opportunity to bash other ships. I've already seen it when I brought up this idea. Let's be civil here, okay?

And of course, remember this is all for fun!

For those interested in participating (even if only for a single day), I've included a more detailed explanation for each prompt! While the prompts are simple, these detailed explanations are here to help inspire people who may not have any ideas based on the limited word prompt alone.

Day 1: Pining! Pining is defined as "a state of deep longing". It's a very popular topic when this ship is brought up in fandom! This can be focused on Prince Fluff's pining (which is usually the one more focused on), Kirby's, or even both of them!

Day 2: Headcanons! Focus on any Kirfluff-related headcanons you may have, like how their relationship looks or things they do together! If you yourself don't have any, you can gift this to another creator's headcanon instead! With proper credit.

Day 3: Cake! Inspired by the cake duel from Kirby's Epic Yarn, include the desert in some form! Maybe the two are baking together. Perhaps they're eating cake as a date! Or maybe instead, the cake is kirfluff themed!

Day 4: Alternate Universe, or Au! This one is like the Headcanon prompt, draw an au with Kirfluff that you may have! If you do not have any aus, you may draw and credit another creator's au! Gijinkas and the Mirror World/Clash/Parallel dimensions can be counted under this prompt if so desired.

Day 5: Surprise! Inspired by the Epic Yarn scene where Fluff spooks Kirby out of a tree. Any form of surprise counts! A gift, a sudden appearance, maybe someone else entirely surprised the two!

Day 6: Crown! Inspired by the fact Prince Fluff is royalty. Have a prompt focused on crowns! This can be Fluff's crown, a hypothetical Kirby crown, or maybe a crown not even for royalty, like flower crowns!

Day 7: Epic Yarn! This one is a free space basically. If you have any other ideas for Kirfluff content, it can go here! It can also be focused on the game Kirby's Epic Yarn! Or maybe you can draw another prompt again. Anything really! Have fun on this one.

Guys ahsdgajha. Lmao please I need to provide background for this post. I read @atiny-thingz Dilf!Ateez post and lemme tell you, I screamed. It brought back the memory of this running joke my friends and I used to have in 11th grade about this really hot dad that everyone crushed on. So in honour of the post that inspired me and my real life experience, I decided I would write this.

Ah yes, another day, another random school fundraiser.

Your mom got you to look after one of her colleague’s daughter, Nila, for the week while they went on a business trip.

It was the middle of the week and, while this kid was adorable, you’d literally do anything else then go to this weird fundraiser on such a beautiful afternoon.

Oh well, duties are duties.

So as this cutie kid drags you along throughout the whole school, showing you all the stalls and requesting that you buy her some food before she has her ‘shift’, you can’t help but notice that there are only parents here. No other students, siblings - nothing.

A deep exasperated sigh left your mouth because you were here for a good three hours, and quite frankly, despite this little fundraiser having some talks you could attend, you really had no idea how you would busy yourself since the talks offered were a bit boring and you had to pay a large chunk to get a space. Bummer.

Anyway after sharing some mouth-watering cookies with the little girl she asks you to come with her to her stall where she and her peers would be selling cold drinks, and of course you couldn’t say no because this kid was actually a sweetheart and you had it nowhere in your heart to do such.

So obviously you proceed to accompany her there.

It’s a cute stall, and you smile at the youthful, yet ignorant excitement shining in the little girl’s eyes as she exchanges the ‘duty cap’ that one of her classmates had on just prior.

Oh if only they knew what a real job was like.

It wasn’t until after the other girls left, that you realised she was alone, causing you to enquire about her job, wondering if she’s working the shift by herself.

“No, don't worry! Yerim is also doing the job with me. I’m sure she’ll come soon. See? That’s why there’s two hats.” She said, gesturing towards the other cap on the counter.

You nodded quaintly and silently decided to wait with her until her friend came.

“Daddy! Look! Nila is working with me!” A shout came from behind you and a little girl came running to bear hug Nila, causing the both of them to burst into a fit of giggles.

You smiled at the pair and watched mindlessly as Nila got Yerim her hat.

“Oh? Are you looking after Nila?” A voice called out.

“Well she didn’t tell me she was acquainted with such an attractive man either.”

He smiled at the remark, seemingly about to say something, only to be interrupted by his darling daughter.

“Daddy you have to buy something ya know!”

He let out a chuckle that you could only describe as handsome.

“Mhhmm! You too y/n” Nila said toward you with such bright eyes you couldn’t bother saying no. [as mentioned earlier, this cute kid has you weak.]

“Hmm okay you two, since you're all grown up, tell us the prices of your drinks.” You say egging the two girls on, to the man beside you’s amusement.

As the two little girls hurriedly tried to find the price list and decide who’s speaking first, Mr. handsome man turned to you.

“I like that name, Y/n,” He reached out his hand in front of him, “I’m Seonghwa. It’s a pleasure to meet you.”

Hehehehehehehe play it cool.

Daintely placing your hand in his and gently giving him a small squeeze as you do so, you let out:

“The pleasure is all mine.”

The two of you end up buying water bottles, him insisting that he pays for you so the girls have less to work out in terms of prices (apparently)

You greeted the girls, leaving them to attend to their shift, and discovered that Seonghwa was going to be here a while as well, in which the two of you concluded it would be a good idea to talk off the hours rather than wandering around alone.

You both wander around (a little awkwardly in silence mind you) until you find a table made to look like a wine barrel for a rustic vibe with two high chairs beside it. It matched the theme of this area which was made to be like an expensive barnhouse.

Now lemme tell you, water ain’t as classy as wine but that didn’t stop Seonghwa from calling over one of the workers serving cocktails, and asking for two empty wine glasses.

He then elegantly poured the water into both wine glasses.

“I suppose it’s too early to be drinking but never too early to stay hydrated in a classy way.” He said.

LMAO this guy has dad humour or very dry, dead humour.

You let out a genuine giggle since that was such a dorky thing to say.

“My peers would probably disagree with you as most of them pop out a beer by 9:05.”

“Yes of course, around your age, you don’t quite have the same responsibilities as I do.”

“Oh? Such as working and taking care of a kid? Because it would appear that I have to worry about that too” You replied cheekily even though you probably know he’s living a bit more of a tiring life by the way he spoke.

He let out a heavy sigh which you didn’t expect after your poor attempt of making the convo entertaining.

“Well yes that may be true, but at least you aren’t dealing with a toxic relationship - Only staying and sucking it up for the sake of your child.”

Oh. well that’s quite the share.

“I’m sorry to hear you're dealing with some hardships.” You utter out, genuinely sympathetic.

“But in my opinion, regardless of the child, you should make a decision that makes you happy. You can raise Yerim with no issue even when separated. Rather that, than letting her grow up in an unhappy home, no..? Then again what do I know?” You say while spinning the water in your glass as if it really was wine.

He paused while circling his pointer finger around the rim of his glass. His head resting on his other hand, seemingly in deep thought.

He looked towards you with an intense gaze. One that made you feel small and had your body urging you to run away. But it also captivated you, so you fought your body and held your breath instead to calm down the intimidation you were feeling.

His whole aura changed for some reason...

“You’re not wrong in what you're saying,” he leaned over the barrel, a little closer to you, “But what if the decision that makes me happy is looked down upon?” He said lowly, looking you up and down once again.

This shouldn’t make you nervous. In fact nothing could be considered remotely inappropriate and yet your breath was hitching and your stomach was churning.

Why? Why is this random man making you feel, for lack of better words, so weird.

Bad brain! Bad!

You must be looking too much into his words to think he could be insinuating something...right?

You wanted to back up a little, and lean away from him, feeling as though you needed to gather yourself, but as you leaned back the wine glass full of water was knocked over, splaying it’s contents over you.

The glass was saved, thankfully landing on some grass, protecting your wallet from a potential bill from the school or whoever owned this damned glass.

Your clothes and dignity however?

Can’t really say the same thing…

You stand up immediately picking up the glass and placing it on the table.

Only then do you tense up at the sudden coldness against your skin.

“Oh dear, are you alright, should I get you some paper towels or maybe a napkin?” Seonghwa stood up immediately at your side.

Even though this was painfully embarrassing and the looks you were getting from others didn’t help, you wanted to play it cool.

“No, no, don’t worry. I should’ve been more careful.”

You decided to look inside the little bag you had brought with you, trying to see if you have any sort of tissues with you.

What an awful day to be wearing a shirt that becomes somewhat transparent when wet…

As you're searching, you fail to realise just how transparent the shirt is, obliviously just trying to find an easy solution.

You may have been oblivious, but Seonghwa was not. He couldn’t help the large gulp he took as he saw the shirt stick to your skin, basically exposing anything underneath for everyone to see.

He had a few intrusive thoughts but he shook them off, instead, taking his jacket and placing it over you.

“What are-”

He takes your arm in his grasp and your bag in his other hand, leading you away from some of the snobby parents who had the audacity to still be looking at you in disgust because of your now ‘revealing’ shirt.

We don’t stan those parents alright?

Anyway he knows this school well and so he leads you towards a much more empty area and opens a door to what you’d assume is to be a guest restroom since it looked pretty fancy compared to the normal trashy bathrooms you see in highschools.

He placed your bag down onto the sink and locked the door behind him.

It wasn’t as small as a cubicle, but it was still a very small space to be in, not leaving much room to move around too much.

“Sorry, I just thought it would be more convenient if you cleaned and tried to dry up here.”

Oh? Well yeah this works you guess…

Then you see the mirror.

Cue heat rising to your cheeks and your breath hitching a little.

It’s only when he notices that you’re extremely still, that he realises he shouldn’t just be wiping down a stranger’s shirt for them…

He immediately comes to a halt, while awkwardly glancing at you with the same slightly panicked expression that you held on your own face.

However, Seonghwa realised that, your face, flushed out a little, is frustratingly endearing to look at.

He almost felt the urge to just cradle your face in his hands right then and there...Maybe pulling you in closer

The air is literally weighing on you a bit, especially since Seonghwa went silent after you instinctively grabbed his arm.

It was still, silent, and it felt as though if you moved, reality would break into pieces.

Dramatic way to explain the situation? Maybe. But it really did feel close to that.

“I uh...It’s okay. You can continue.” You let out shakily.

BRO WHAT ARE YOU SAYING OH MY GOSH. HE’S GOING TO THINK YOU’RE CRAZY.

I’m literally getting second hand embarrassment lmao, moving on.

He just adjusted his throat and gave a quaint nod before continuing what he was doing.

The issue was that now he was hyper focused on trying to not make any direct contact with your skin. His touches are so light, that it’s obviously ineffective, and you and him both know that, but no one wants to say anything.

He’s keeping his eyes glued to the wet patch on your shirt and as you look hopelessly at the soggy thing, you can’t help but let your eyes wander to his arms.

Holy shit his arms. You were already flustered, and now you have to sit still knowing his arms look so good? No way. It’s over for you.

His biceps bulged a little since it was bent, and the dress shirt he was wearing tightened around it, only accentuating how firm he was.

You tilted your head tauntingly.

He let out a scoff, turning his head to the side in disbelief before turning his head to look at you with his eyebrows raised, ready to challenge you.

He now leaned closer, clearly asserting a dominant aura with a small smirk graced on his face.

“Trust me, if I wanted to see you wet, this situation would be a lot different.”

No you won’t back down. You’ve been flustered too much today and you’re tired.

You flattened out the tie, coming to a halt, taking time to gaze at him.

“Oh? And why’s that?” You said lowly, acting dumb.

“Because, Y/n,” He spoke, leaning in so that you could now feel his breath fan your lips,

Dante stops in his tracks and nearly bursts into a sprint, damn you little nephew! “I uh- uhm-” his sentence cuts off as you grab his collar and shove him against a wall. “Don't lie to me Dante! What were you doing last night!?” He sobs as he licks his dry lips. “I'm sorry (Name), but I promise I didn't do anything, I just- walked her back home, that's all, and Nero must've thought something else“

You drop Dante and turn away, walking back to his office space with him not far behind you.

You lie on your stomach as you flip through the pages of the magazine, munching on the cheese pizza while doing so. Your fingers rest at the bottom of the page while your eyes fixate on the pictures, making you unaware of your surroundings. Your reading becomes interrupted as the doors slam shut, making you look up at Dante. “Jeez those two are a pain in the ass” he sighs while stretching.

“If they're so annoying, why are you friends with them?” you ask while flipping to the next page, placing your hand under your chin. “Well you know, it's nice to have some company in this shithole” He answers while walking up the stairs. You scoff and lift yourself off the couch. “Hey! Which drawer do the magazines go into?” you shout while fiddling with the book in your hands. “My desk drawer!” oh wow real helpful.

You roll your eyes and walk behind the desk, opening up the top drawer, nope, the middle one, nu-uh, the bottom one perhaps? Your hand grabs the handle and just as you're done opening it halfway, you slam it closed and grip the magazine in your hands even tighter.

A few moments later Dante rushes down the stairs, oblivious to your shocked expression. “Hey babe so, Morrison will be here in a few and- are you okay-” his sentence cut off as he stares at your grip on the bottom drawer handle.

You both stand there in complete silence, until you stand up and purse your lips, dropping the magazine on to his desk. “So how long have you had those?” you ask while side eyeing him. Dante stands there in complete shock. He lifts his hands up and defence, trying to think of an excuse. “How. Long. Have. You. Had. Those?” Now your entire body was facing him. “A-awhile it's that, I've been hesitant on asking you..”

you have banned talking about work at home because renata and sevika work pretty much against each other so they fight pretty much every time their jobs come to be the topic at the dinner table or in bed.

talk about bed, sleeping with the two of them in the same bed is quite the... experience. sevika kicks and punches, snors even! while renata lays flat on her back all night long, only moving when she adjusts her legs in her sleep or throws a hand above your head on your pillow. you sleep in the middle- renata doesn't mind when you curl up against her just don't drool all over her clothes or push her off the bed. sevika is a great cuddle partner, you can be big or small spoon whatever is fine with her just let her face be between your boobs for just a bit.

sevika makes you little trinkets when she has free time or picks up something small object you might be collecting or would find cute and take a gift to you as just 'saw it, made me think of you'. renata is the other end, she buys you expensive jewelry, nothing that is not to your taste but she definitely buys you more necklaces than anything else.

renata can cook a few fancy recipes that's why it's always her who throws in the idea for a date night dinner, but often ends up just taking the two of you to your favorite spot. sevika is not one for cooking or baking but will try to help out where she can.

getting to wake up with the two of them still in bed is a luxury but the mornings don't go all out. the three of you get up, make coffee and breakfast before going out, and sit around the small round table. sevika often leaves her plate half full, deciding that she needs room for her cigars/cigarettes, and leans on the railing of the balcony while smoking. renata doesn't talk much in the morning, mostly reads, nods when a question is asked, or scolds sevika for blowing the smoke her way.

sevika often gives you piggyback rides inside the house or on the streets which renata always opposes. 'you could drop her!' or 'with this attitude of a child, how do you expect anyone to take you seriously?' but in reality, she likes seeing the two of you having fun and when her mask is on she lets herself grin under it.

renata often offers sevika to give her a proper prosthetic like hers and even adds any little thing she would like. sevika appreciates the offer but declines it all the time.

renata listens to lots of classical music while sevika listens to rock, heavy metal, and sometimes pop- sevika hates renata's music and renata hates sevika's music. you get away with listening to whatever you like because you are you.

Anyway. Hello, Tumblr 🥹 It's been a while (again). I have a lot of thoughts on Twitter's X revamp, but the gist is that I'm going through a little ~migration~ process atm and trying to ween myself off Twitter entirely (so I can be more active again here) 😭

It's not an easy decision to make, but unless things get better on Twitter, I feel like going back here and making this my main platform again is something that needs to be done.

Anon, you have no idea how much I lost my mind reading this. Like- I've been trying to think of a way to answer this while still being coherent ALDKSKSKS

Now, this is MY PERSONAL interpretation of Kakyoin. A really dear friend helped me shape his backstory in a way that felt more... Natural (?) For the time he lived while also keeping the little information about him that Araki gave us.

So...

Obviously, his lonely background stays the same. He didn't have anyone as he grew up, which caused him to be pretty bad at "normal" social interactions. Now, to my headcanons/backstory:

The Kakyoin I have for my personal lore (and shared with friends) is actually the heir and next chairman to JVC, a japanese electronics empire funded on 1927.

Unlike a lot of people, I don't think he had a good relationship with his parents. I mean- we're talking about Japan in the 80's, it is most likely that they were strict as hell. This, mixed with what I said above, left him living a pretty hard life, with parents that controled pretty much everything about his life (acquaintances, the way he dressed, even what he ate), they just seaked for perfection, not caring about his opinion on things.

Because of his stand, and the pressure over him, he felt like an outsider, which gave his parents more reasons to believe he wasn't able to think by himself.

His parents even went as far as trying get her to marry the heiress of another company in order to inherit it.

Obviously, being himself and not liking to be under someone's foot, he rebelled against them as much as he could.

All this explains why he always acts so proper yet awkward, and why he is so sassy and "mean" when he is comfortable. And also why he didn't care about at least letting his parents know he was fine, or why they didn't look for him at all.

So, during a trip to Egypt, his parents got tired of him acting up, leaving him in the city with almost no cash and only the number of the Japanese embassy, as a way to teach him a lesson and show him how helpless he was without them.

Kakyoin, wanting to show not only his parents, but also himself that he was capable of everything, used his stand to steal things in oder to survive, and this caught DIO's attention.

And DIO, being the smooth talker he is, offered him "a job" at his manor. Kakyoing felt there was something weird about him, but it still was better than nothing.

His original plan was to work for him and save enough as to start living by himself, yet wanted to leave when the SDC events were about to start, hence the reason he ended with a fleshbud.

A little tip for tumblr newbies

I used to would get really confused on where should I add a comment when I reblogged stuff.

The trick now I realized is adding stuff like headcanons or further explanations on another post should go as a proper comment under the post to allow the OP reblog and answer to you.

Most of the time, when I realize I started to write a really wrong reply to a post I just reblog instead and add my comment like that.

Short comments, shit posting stuff should go into the tag so the people who wants to reblog from you can do so without carrying over a comment like "hahaha" or "it's so good"

One more thing, tags on reblogs won't put them on those tags' pages. I use them to organise my posts to make it easy to find at a later date because I have way too many posts in this blog. Assign a tag to a certain topic and if you want to find it easily later use on reblogs.

I usually don't tag my Bg3 fandom reblogs for example because I need to keep that tag in my blog free from reblogs. That way someone who has found my blog can just scroll through my original posts easily.

Sexuality headcanon: Bisexual fr ❗️❗️❗️ Though I did see something abt Joseph being aro on here ages ago and it's been rattling around in my head ever since...him being aro/aroace actually kinda gives a reason as to why he's Like That imo, I like to dabble in it. Also it's really funny

Gender headcanon: Genderfluid 💥💥💥 It just fits, yknow? Though I am also open to other gender headcanons, I like to dabble in trans man and trans woman Joseph sometimes (I actually did do a screenshot edit with transfem Joseph once, and oh my god I hate hair so much) <3

A ship I have with said character: Caejose is my main ship with him, as you can probably tell. I also love joseq, they're such a sweet little couple, it's so wholesome (we ignore the cheating, though Joseph does have his selfish and bad traits he would NOT cheat, I hate Araki making him cheat just to get another Joestar for the plot). Hmm actually I should write some joseq I haven't written much and when I do it's sidelined by caejose...

A BROTP I have with said character: JOSEPH AND SMOKEY FR!!!!! WE SHOULD'VE GOTTEN MORE OF THEM AND THEIR SHENANIGANS!!!!! THEY WERE SUCH A GOOD DUO SMOKEY WAS THE FIRST FRIEND JOSEPH MADE HAUGHHHHH ARAKI WHY DO YOU DO THIS ALL THE TIME (I need to actually work on my full rewrite of jjba tbh)

Also I think there's probably something that can be said about Joseph having no proper friends before Smokey. Idk man but the way he always gets so aggressive over the littlest things, but it feels almost defensive in a sort of way to me? Like with the way he immediately demanded to know what was up with the Squid Ink Spaghetti, and the way he was really tentative with starting to eat it once he was told what it was. Yeah that could be chalked down to him just being wary of it as he's not used to the food and he won't know if he'll like it, but with him having no friends and also being arrested 3 times before hitting 20, I have a feeling something else is at play. Joseph was likely bullied in school, if I'm completely honest. That guy 100% did not have a good childhood I can guarantee you that.

And with that likely being the case, his first friend being Smokey kinda has a lot more meaning if you get what I mean. Like they first met because Smokey stole his wallet and ended up being attacked by the police for it. Of course yeah Joseph's not a racist so of course he wouldn't stand for that (ONCE AGAIN, WE IGNORE PART 3 BECAUSE ARAKI LITERALLY CANNOT KEEP HIS OWN CHARACTERS CONSISTENT. GOD.), but the whole arresting thing you'd assume he'd be fine with. And oddly enough he's not, he doesn't want Smokey to get arrested in the first place. You'd think he'd tell them to chill tf out with the racist stuff and leave it at that, but the first thing he tells the cops is that he gave Smokey the wallet – meaning there was no crime committed at all. And the police also only start doing stuff to Joseph after he tried to get Smokey off it scot-free (I feel that this change is more emphasised in the manga, where they straight up ask Joseph why he cares about Smokey as he's white and Smokey is black, I feel like they sorta bring Joseph down to Smokey's level in their minds after Joseph still stays on Smokey's side), so he definitely doesn't do this for his sake as it'd be better for him if he just left it. And with this being Joseph, with his selfish streak, that's quite notable. Personally I think that Joseph could recognise that Smokey wasn't in a good spot if he was stealing in broad daylight like that, he must've been desperate to do that. And once he saw how the police were treating him that just made him wanna make sure Smokey didn't get arrested more. I feel that if he really was bullied in childhood he'd understand the othering going on here (sure he can't understand completely bc getting othered by bullying and getting othered by racism is different. But the similarities ARE there) by the police to Smokey and that's what does cause him to have that REALLY violent outburst towards them (it was deserved, yes, but it didn't need to go that far to get the job done, ykwim). Actually the violent outburst is actually quite notable, seeing that kids that have been abused a lot – because bullying IS abuse – do usually tend to become aggressive and have behavioural and emotional regulation problems later in life as a result of it, sorta like a defence mechanism (and also because being bullied is not a good place to grow up in they also probably didn't have a chance to learn how to regulate emotions, especially if they were being teased and mocked for their feelings and that) and oh my god I'm going off on a major tangent I'll stop now

They also seem to have a sort of brotherly bond with each other, and I love that. They're just really awesome and cool and god I wish Araki had more screen time of them. Part 2 suffers from a lot of pacing issues actually now that I think about it. I'm Normal as you can tell

A NOTP I have with said character: Literally anything incestuous. There's so much incestuous stuff I come across it all the time it's so bad. I hate how Araki goes about writing jjba as he goes along if not for that we wouldn't have had the whole Lisa Lisa bath scene while also being his mother, which I think a lot of the incest stuff comes from. It's just...ew. You can't even get any interesting takes on the narrative with it the majority of the time. Just. 🤢

Also Josekars. Like I can see AUs where Kars ends up turning good and becomes friends or whatnot, Kars is a very interesting character for plots like that, but I simply do not like the ship for em both, it's just not my cup of tea.

A random headcanon: Whenever he had a nightmare as a child, he'd go and sleep in the same bed as Erina, as it'd bring him comfort. However, he still did this even when he was older, until he finally moved out with Suzi. Erina never minded, she'd do anything to make him feel better. (WAAAAHHHHH JOSEPH AND ERINA'S RELATIONSHIP...)

General opinion of said character: do i even need to say.

Well. I think he's very interesting due to his personality and morals being very gray in a way the other Joestars aren't, the other Joestars mainly have their negative traits be in what they do (steal, be a delinquent, etc.) and not their actual personality traits like selfishness and that. He's terribly underused by Araki and also mischaracterised in later parts because it's Araki of course that's gonna happen. I think about him every day for hours at a time he's at the forefront of my mind constantly I'm Normal about him and he's one of the main things keeping my mind tethered to jjba as Sonic's kinda dragging me away from it, hence why Sonic and Joseph are fistfighting in my mind, they both want all my autism RAM so bad you have no idea. Nobody gets him like I do. OK maybe not nobody else, Seaweed and Kirsten get him. Other jjba mutuals don't Josephpost enough/I don't know irl so I can't make a proper judgement on it. He makes me sick I hope he dies. Taking him out for ice cream. Kissing him sloppy (platonically). Detaching his penis so he can never have sex again. Joseph Joestar

As for me- I'm Writer, a twenty-three year old nonbinary mate (they/them) who's really just here to have fun, hang with friends, and build worlds. // aslk;jga listen, i am in looove with this question. all i ever wanna do is talk about the minor characters (they are also quite literally minorities) whom joanne wrote as throwaway characters but then just... decided to tokenize after people questioned her about diversity in the wizarding world. womp womp.

——— CHO HEADCANONS.

okay so to start, i do headcanon that members of ravenclaw house are generally pretty close with one another and, as a whole, they spend a lot of time together in the common room and have their own house parties for whenever something big happens (holidays, winning a quidditch match, designated mom friend penelope clearwater getting accepted to a fancy summer internship in the states, etc). they also just spend a lot of down time in the common space throughout the week. beyond that, though, i think cho definitely develops a deeper connection with other students of color, or at least has a quicker time doing so, because they’d have similar or shared experiences, being minorities in an overwhelmingly white school. cho becoming friends with these classmates usually just happens naturally. but having experienced a few comments or taunts about her racial background (in class, on the pitch, in passing), she is extra intentional about seeking out the younger students of color in her later years and introducing herself as a friendly face and confidant, in case they ever experience that antagonism and think there’s no one they can talk to about it. she's protective over the younger students in her house, and even more so when they are students of color, but this is something she extends to students in other houses, too!  

( and a brief note on that: hogwarts is definitely not immune to bullying or antagonism revolving around racist stereotypes, and incidents about it have happened in every hogwarts house. it’s just not discussed as much (or at all, really) because 1. we read the series from harry’s pov, and harry doesn’t experience it because he is canonically white and 2. discrimination based on blood purity is more relevant to harry’s story. )

because we read things from harry’s pov, and he’s a gryffindor student with mainly gryffindor friends, he’s not fully aware of the dynamics in other houses. at some point, i think in OotP, he makes an observation that cho’s surrounded by less friends than she was usually around earlier in the series. we see cho with marietta a lot because cho is a fiercely loyal friend and, when a majority of the students turn on marietta for exposing the DA, cho is one of the only people who sticks by marietta (umbridge was threatening her mother! it’s a lot more complicated than marietta just snitching on them unprompted!! i will vent about this another time!!!). cho doesn’t hide her decision to stand by marietta at all. but the main point is, harry doesn’t see the dynamic in the ravenclaw common room, and that’s where cho interacts with a lot of the other students in her house (who are, by the way, very supportive of her throughout the aftermath of the third task, but i mean. they’re students, still. they have other things to focus on, too, and cho doesn’t fault them for that.)

and for some of the students in particular— a thousand times yes, cho is friends with padma patil! padma and cho bond over things like being second/third-generation immigrants and cringing at how over-the-top south asian/east asian muggle dramas are and discussing potential benefits in applying eastern medicine and holistic health practices to wizarding healing care. ravenclaws have a diwali celebration every fall, and padma always calls dibs on doing the henna for cho's hands. through padma, cho’s also friendly with parvati (and, by extension, lavender brown, who’s actually quite similar in personality to marietta); they all got ready for the yule ball together! when cho was considering not wearing the cheongsam-inspired dress sent from her grandmother’s hometown (it seemed too showy! it didn’t seem like it was something one would wear to a yule celebration in scotland!), parvati was the one who was threatening to wear it herself if cho didn’t and kept talking about how it would be a shame to let a dress like that go to waste. 

other bipoc students: there’s a conversation at some point (i think also in OotP) where ron refers to michael corner as “the dark one”, and while that could be a reference to michael’s sense of humor or his personality, i’ve always taken it quite literally and headcanon that michael is a student of color, possibly black. (just my headcanon, though, and it’s totally fine if people who write michael corner portray him as white! the same goes for lavender; i also headcanon her as black.) 

cho is most likely friendly with angelina johnson and alicia spinnet, and after the ravenclaw vs. gryffindor games, they compliment each other and swap quidditch tips and offer hair care routines and discuss life things as they’re all cooling down in the locker rooms.

she doesn’t have many interactions with lee jordan, dean thomas, or blaise zabini (the other students of color joanne mentions more than once that i can think of off the top of my head). i headcanon a few of cho’s ravenclaw teammates as being students of color, too.

I like to imagine Q being Slightly taller, so the Collector usually floats around them to get that little bit of superiority.

Despite the Collector's capacity and ability to cheat, I don't think he would unless he feels mistreated in some way. And while we didn't get to see the full nature of the game they wanted to play with the other kids, they did offer a headstart. So, in my belief, he does genuinely want to just play games, and play fairly. Q, on the other hand, regularly cheats. Probably gets away with it for a while as well, given how naive the Collector can be. But if the Collector does catch on,, uh. Hopefully he'll just pout and refuse to play anymore.

Although, Q is shown to have a moderate amount of responsibility regarding their work. Whereas the Collector, Really doesn't like work. So I can imagine Q trying to do their job, and the whole time he's just trying to distract them and get them to play.

Just. A sleepover where they're both in onesies, surrounded by plushies, discussing how they would torment the people they hate, while drinking box juice and eating fruit gummies.

Bro, I just want them to be Happy. Like, I've written seperate AUs for both of them to exist in an actually supportive environment because,, like, man. We never got a proper resolution for Q from what I remember, and even a fair amount of their background is vague.. And hopefully season 3 delivers some good Collector content, very excited to see how that's all going to play out !

like don't get me wrong it's hilarious to see ppl run with the idea of lucifer being The Dom D*ddy in every situation imagineable but seeing him still be constantly reduced to nothing beyond that ever since the game came out makes me :/// (he's a dork!!! are we just going to ignore the antics he got up to in audio dramas n the anime???)

he might be the easiest example of this actually so lemme try talking about someone else who suffers at the hands of the om fandom like umm like satan

i don't know whether it's bcos the newer players don't actually bother to play thru the main story at all anymore or whether they're encouraged to think the way they do bcos of what they see becoming popular (i.e. certain headcanons, certain fics, etc.)

but satan has been made into this cold, sadistic, solely-defined-by-his-wrath caricature of what he actually is??? like??? i bet u anything it'll still be the same even after the scene we got in this current event where he was so incredibly upset at the mere possibility of having taken his anger out on mc while under the influence of the cursed mask (i literally wanted to reach thru the screen n give him a hug)

it boggles my mind to think that there are "satan enjoyers" who are running around with this idea n being like "hm yes that makes sense satan rly is a one-dimensional freak that'll snap at any lil ol' thing"

i would argue that he should be in fact the least likely to suffer from this out of all the brothers bcos if not due to how he is in the main story, then at least bcos of how he is in his devilgrams and the daily chats we get (he's anything but!!!!)

satan is an extremely likeable, very down-to-earth and incredibly sweet character (proper malewife material or whatever) who isn't afraid to be honest about his feelings particularly towards mc (his confession scene in season 1 still gets me to this day!!!), is also a dork (let me remind u that this is the same guy who earnestly learnt dance moves from levi so he could "properly enjoy the party" glowsticks n all) and looks out for his brothers a lot more than he lets on (going to wake belphie up cos he slept in again, going to buy more groceries after beel empties the fridge, going to ask mc for advice cos he wants to mend things with levi after an argument)

and it's a damn shame that i don't rly see more ppl writing about these sides to him!!! where is the satan that got extremely upset about a bunch of cats choosing to swarm around belphie instead of him!!! where is the satan that went to help asmo out after he got drunk n started crying bcos mc was leaving the devildom!!! where is the satan that despite all he feels, is able to separate himself from his sin entirely and focus his energy on books, research n finding new outlets!!!!! (the poor man rubbed his hands raw after discovering that cleaning was therapeautic for him!!!!!)

LANGA HASEGAWA knows a lot about children's tv shows. like sitcoms and stuff. back in canada, it was a bit of a tradition to watch the saturday morning cartoons with his dad. he knows a lot of stupid jokes from like dora, toopy and binoo, pingu, the big red couch, that kind of thing. but also sitcoms like icarly, victorious, drake and josh were tokens of his childhood along with hannah montana and suite life of zack and cody. he just liked watching them because that's when his parents saw him actually show emotion.

REKI KYAN has a lot of knowledge about five nights at freddy's. he had a markiplier, jacksepticeye & pewdiepie phase. he was there for the pink mustache and probably has a plush of septic eye sam in his closet behind spare skateboards. he was so intrigued by five nights at freddy's and i feel like he would be more engrossed in the whole mechanical side of things how how the animatronics work because wo a h. bit of a bonus, but also a bit of a given, i feel like he knows a lot about cars. how they work, how they run, how to take care of them. that kinda thing

KAORU SAKURAYASHIKI knows a lot about fashion and clothing. he knows what looks good, what doesn't look good, what's in style and what's not in style. THAT BEING SAID HE KNOWS A LOT ABOUT REALITY TV. listen listen listen- he watches rupaul's dragrace and i do not take criticism. he loves watching the cat fights, the fashion challenges, he thinks it's absolutely wild and i fucking love the idea of cherry being entirely into reality tv like house hunters or queer eye. KING SHIT

KORJIRO NANJO knows a lot about old music. like i'm talking beatles, queen, disco, techno, you name it, he 1000% has a record for it (bc he has a record player at home). i see him as an old soul who knows a lot of older classics like elvis and other. please pass him the aux cord when you're driving with him, he has the perfect music for everything. he much prefers old tunes that you can dance to, whether it's swing dancing or slow dancing, i just see him as very joyful and it's an aspect of his personality that grabs the attention of the ladies too

HIROMI HIGA knows a lot about skincare. hey man, he can't have his skin breaking out under all that goth makeup now can he? he moisturizes, has a proper routine he follows every single day. if you ask him about it, he will go OFF on what's best to treat your skin for what you want to achieve. he knows how to take care of himself and will make sure you're taking care of yourself too. like he just knows the names of chemicals in certain lotions and shit and it's like "bro wtf" but he really does pay attention to those things. it's not "clown makeup", it's hiromi™ approved

MIYA CHINEN knows a lot about figurines. like where to buy them, how to clean them and make sure they're all in pristine shape. he has a lot of amiibos (those figures they have for nintendo switches) and other miscellaneous figures like pop vinyls and nendoids for his favourite video game & anime characters. they're all decorated around his room and he'll tell you where he got the best deals and how rare each of them are. miya also knows a lot about the dream smp, i don't think i have to explain myself there
