just wanted to throw an idea in your brain because i cant stop thinking about it but imagine if reader used to go braless around the house (because its just her n mom) but after the introduction of 2 new unfamiliar guys in the house she puts on a bra when she leaves her room (but she also forgets sometimes and they call her a tease for it)

With time however, with all the fucking and the constant attention horangi and könig have been giving her nipples, theyre so fucking sensitive she like shudders when they scrape on surfaces on accident (ex. the edge of a table, fabric of her clothes) so she starts wearing a bra all the time to stop that from happening but könig and horangi don't like that so they take ALL her bras-

oh also another idea that popped up but what if reader who usually dresses rather tomboyish/masc also occasionally enjoys wearing very fem/provocative outfits. BUT könig and horangi have only ever seen reader wear masc outfits since theyve known each other. reader still wears her fem outfits but now she wears it under a bulky jacket and baggy jeans and changes out of it in uni/public toilet.

so like one day horangi is out and has to do a double take on reader out in public because they dont recognize them in their outfit (ex. a form-fitting sundress or a mini skirt with sheer tights and cute leg warmers) and he remembers reader leaving the house in something else. fuck i just know könig and horangi are going to get SOOOO many ideas on how to punish reader for that.

It irked him that you always hid your beautiful body, something you should be proud of showing off, but perhaps it was to keep your body for themselves, to dance and writhe in your nude for them only, a treasure that only König and Horangi were privy to. He figured it was something he should be proud of.

Then Horangi told him how he found you in a short skirt and a shirt that rode up your abdomen and showed your pretty bra if you raised your arms, the soft jacket you left home slung around your shoulders, dipping low enough to show your back, but your jeans, shirt and cap were gone, stuffed in the now-filled bag. König couldn’t help but mimic the deep sneer on Horangi’s face, teeth tearing into his lip at your audacity of wearing such promiscuous attire for the world to see and hiding yourself from them. It made them wrathful, a deep-seated anger and envy that boiled until you got home, changed into the same baggy clothes you left with. This warranted a punishment, to teach you a lesson about lying to them and holding out on them. 

“Come here, du scheiß Gör,” König growled, glaring at your shuddering figure. [you fucking brat.]

Politeness and Jujutsu Kaisen

There are SO MANYYYY linguistical aspects of jjk that do not translate over to english sub/dub that I think really adds to the story and characters. So, in this post I will go over a few of them that I think any jjk fan should really know about!

Gojo's personal pronoun: Gojo always used the informal masculine pronoun "ore" to say "I" in japanese, he even used it towards people in higher positions as well- basically he wasn't very respectful. but theres a scene where geto explicitly tells gojo that he should change his pronoun to "watashi" (most formal) or atleast "boku" (formal masculine). after that, the japanese-speaking audience knows that gojo took what geto said to heart as gojo then changes his pronoun from "ore" to "boku", now only using "ore" when needed.

Utahime telling Gojo to speak formally: in the famous "you crying?" scene Utahime scolds him by telling him to speak formally. in a language like japanese, there are informal and formal ways to speak to different people. since utahime is older than gojo (and a senpai) he should be speaking formally to her. geto does speak formally to her but joins in on gojo's antics which is why when shoko shows up speaking formally and calling her "utahime senpai" utahime absolutely adores shoko.

Megumi's formal speech vs Itadori & Nobara's: itadori, nobara, and pretty much all the jjk students dont speak formally to gojo even though he should be a respected teacher/adult (pls don't speak informally to a teacher irl). on the other hand, megumi keeps formalities with everyone he's supposed to (strangers, his senpais, AND gojo). i know it's common in the fandom to talk about how "gojo raised megumi" etc but as far as im aware it's been confirmed that gojo would only check in on megumi every now and then. the fact that megumi keeps a very professional and formal speaking level with gojo only further proves it as well as showing what megumi is like as a character on a deeper level.

of course as always, theres definitely more examples and more things to dig deeper into but these examples are just the ones that i can think of at the moment! if anybody would like more jjk analysis just send an ask! also, please let me know if theres any mistakes/inaccuracies as its been a while since i've actually watched jjk and i wrote this very quickly.

Time to assess the situation: You were in an elevator in a spire that was located inside of a.. weird bleached version of Inkopolis Square. You heard your old friend, Marina's, distressed voice coming from the top of said spire when you came to and immediately went to go try and help.

You weren't alone, though. Your significant other, Acht, was waiting inside the elevator. You both saw each other and began to formulate a plan to save Marina. Unfortunately, when you got to the first floor, you both got your asses kicked because you didn't have any weapons with you. So now, you both are just sitting bumps-on-a-log, waiting for someone else to come along and help.. assuming someone would.

You looked up at Acht, then down at their hand. They had hurt themselves trying to protect you from those weird things you both decided to dub as 'Jelletons'. You felt bad. No, you felt guilty. You let Acht take a hit when you should've taken it. You should've-

"(Y/N)?" Acht started, staring down at you. You glanced up, and you could see their eyes through their shades; they were a bright shade of yellow, and their pupils were eights turned on their sides. They always looked so stoic with their shades on, but so sad when they took them off. "You okay?"

You smiled at them and shrugged. Even if they seemed distant, they were actually quite caring. "Aw, don't worry. I'm fine." you replied, smiling and beginning to stand up. As you got up, you winced at the pain coming from your leg. While Acht had taken one of the hits, it wasn't the only blow you faced. Luckily, the spire was kind enough to provide you with bandages for your injuries.

"Hey, no, stay down." Acht insisted, holding your hand and trying to get to you to sit back down. "You're hurt. You need rest." You shrugged them off, smiling at their caring nature. "I'm fine, I'm fine. Don't worry."

Acht sighed. If you were gonna be that way, two could play at that game.

When you were finally standing upright, Acht wrapped their arm around your waist, making you lean into them a little. They turned so your bodies faced each other.

You gasped because Acht wasn't normally someone for a lot of PDA. "Just because you say you're fine doesn't mean that's true. You need rest."

Then you both stared at each other for a moment. Staring at them made you feel.. guilty.

".. I'm sorry for not protecting you back there. I know I should've, but I didn't, and you got hurt for it -"

"Don't start."

Before another word was said by you, Acht sighed and kissed you, but only briefly, before pulling away. "You don't need to be sorry," they told you, trying to sound as sincere as possible. "I took that blow for you."

"Why?"

"Because I wanted to."

You paused. You suddenly started smiling at their words, realizing just how much they loved you. They were willing to take a hit for you, and that meant a lot, especially in situation like this.

Acht pulled you back into that kiss, this time making it last longer. As you kissed, you wrapped your arms around their neck. Acht put their free hand on your cheek.

The longer you kissed, the more you wanted to stay like that forever. But you had to pull away to.. y'know.. breathe.

"I never knew you could do this." You said, grinning from ear to ear. Acht smiled, pulling up their shades. "Well, now you do." You smiled at their smugness and immediately began to kiss them again.

Your grips on each other tightened like someone was going to rip the other away. It felt like an eternity, the way your lips collided, the way you held each other and didn't let go, the way you shared you cared. You tried to speak, but it was muffled. "Acht, I-"

Then you heard the elevator begin to open.

You both jumped out of your skin and pulled away in fear of someone walking in on you both. You adjusted your clothing, trying to make it seem like you two weren't just shoving your tongues down each other's throats.

The door opened and revealed an octoling in an orderly suit with a pair of white dualies in their hands. Next to them was a drone, resembling Pearl from that one popular group 'Off the Hook'. The crown gave it away.

"Yo, you with those fish we just busted up?!" The drone shouted.

You glanced at Acht. They gave you a small, brief, reassuring smile as if to say "it's okay". You smiled back, before turning back to the duo.

"Sic 'em, Eight!"

so in case anyone doesnt know anything abt this old ass drama (i dont know as much as i could either, this is a retelling from the bits and pieces i remember):

so basically sssniperwolf used to be this gaming youtuber but she eventually turned into a half baked "reaction" channel where she just watches tiktoks, makes low effort surface level commentary, and then doesnt credit the creator of said tiktoks. jacksfilms is a comedy youtuber who does a bunch of stuff (sketches, streaming, something called YIAY where he gives ppl prompts / questions to answer n reads em out(with credit!(also hes been doing stuff with ai recently but mostly to show how mid it is which like. eh idk how i feel abt it but its not a dealbreaker))) and he at one point in 2023 called out sniper for her content stealking and lazy content.

he started doing this thing where he reacted to her videos the way she reacts to the videos she steals? i think? and then he gives credit to the creators that sniper reacts to i hope ur following. sniper eventually got mad and was like "uhhhmmm ur stealing from me....." which is rly funny considering she steals from SO many ppl. they had lowkey beef for a while (and obv jack was in the right the entire time) and on uhhhhhh lemme look this up hold on. october 13th of last year sniper posted an instagram story poll like "jacksfilms is close to this place im shooting at should i go see him" i guess to like? talk things out?

and then some amnt of time later while jack was playing jackbox on stream with his editors and stuff (dubbed the council) sniper showed up at his house, stood outside, and posted a video OF HIS HOME ON HER STORY. ON HER INSTAGRAM WITH OVER 5 MILLION FOLLOWERS. also to add even more context that i found out from youtube comments, sniper has been arrested for armed robbery before, so! some council member alerted jack and erin (jack's wife) was like "erm im gonna go outside" and everyone was like NO DONT OMG. eventually she deleted the story but by that point it was like wayyyy too late. and photos of his house were alr on twitter and stuff. the most ridiculous part is that when jack was rightfully like WHAG GHE HELL she was like this guy is creepy and hes been harassing me! i just wanna talk!!!

jacksfilms made a video being like heyyyyy youtube can u do smthn abt this???? youtube, of course, did nothing in response. i honestly dont know how it ended but snipers still doing her thing and so is jack so ultimately nothing substantial came of it, i guess. i wasnt on stream when it happened but i was GLUED to twitter as it was unfolding since ive been a big jacksfilms fan since i was 12ish. crazy times

Idk how you discovered Link Click (or mentioned it in your reblogs), but I use MAL a lot and noticed that s1 was pretty high on the rankings during its airing.

Then later that year, I watched Gigguk's vid on Link Click since he's an anituber I like. I do laugh at the fact that I read the title and was like "Nah, it's not better than Steins;Gate :) " since that's MY favourite anime (and a time-travel one), and he basically implied that it wasn't as great as Steins;Gate when handling certain aspects LOL (although still is praising the series throughout this review). Fun Fact - his vid on Oshi no Ko is the whole reason I checked out the OnK manga eventually since I read Aka Akasaka's Kaguya-sama and wanted more but the premise of "simp doctor reincarnated as his idol's child" sounded rlly sus LOL.

It's why I was also kinda confused when later on MAL, I saw that Link Click had a s2 but didn't hear any hype for it despite hearing a bit for s1. I guess that was cause of Gigguk's influence on the anime community since I don't think he watched s2 so there was no big anime influencer hyping it up sadly.

Eventually late last November, someone in the AquaKana server was being very vocal on wanting to push the Link Click agenda soo I decided why not - its been a long time since I watched a time-loop series. She was also a huge fan of Steins;Gate so I trusted her judgement.

Watched ep 1 in original before having to switch to Eng Dub after cause I was not clicking with the show due to being distracted by a new language that I wasn't used to hearing yet 😭But after that, I watched a few eps per day, binged s1 ep 7-11 in one sitting, and then binged s2 in one sitting as well LOL. I was also was waiting for CFE results to see if I passed - my major career-defining exam and watching Link Click actively helped me not stress on the days leading up to it because my thoughts were preoccupied by it.

S1 gave me a Vivy/Violet Evergarden feel with its short stories, and S2 reminded me more of Death Note with it being a suspenseful murder mystery involving supernatural powers. One thing I loved is finding some stuff that Link Click does unique compared to other time-loop series. For example - actively trying to NOT change the past, and instead using the looping to understand how to resolve issues in the present. I also like it leaning into the thriller aspect more compared to other time-loop series I've seen.

CXS and LG also fall into the 2 looper categories that most loopers do. CXS being the impulsive and emotional type and LG being the stoic and serious type who has gotten jaded from all their looping.

Also I am pretty fine with how QL has been handled so far, since its not a "female character" thing to me in how she isn't as prominent as CXS and LG but more of a "character who isn't CXS and LG" thing considering the series has a lot of characters but we don't dive too deeply in most of them. Plus she's been handled much better compared to other anime series that have the set-up of "2 male leads in a suspenseful thriller show, with a girl as an almost secondary character". Thinking of Misa from Death Note and Lisa from Terror in Resonance, who are disappointing in their roles.

I also like how the fight scenes are actually well-animated since most non-action anime included fight scenes are....not great LOL.

like they were doing all that "before he was optimus he was orion" marketing right? they arent calling her elita one, theyre calling her elita. i get that theyve ignored her for 40 years but she was ariel and then elita one. i guess her IP needed to be more marketable and the "one" in the title makes the seo worse but you know what i mean. maybe she goes from elita to elita one, but why not just say that like they are for the other characters? its not like we dont know?

as soon as we saw elita in the trailer it was a weird design, she has the rounded space buns and clearly becomes a motorcycle like most arcees now do (dont get me started). shes full of rounded shapes and isnt her usual all shades of pink colours, now shes the white silver and pink... like arcee.

if you show non tf fans pics of elita and arcee from previous generations and ask them who they think the bot in this movie is they are just as likely to say arcee. its kind of funny, like i know they dont inherently have the most different designs, but they obviously made it worse than its been before.

you guys know how i feel about how they add evergreen arcee to evergreen g1 lineups

so many little details are the same as elitas model. look at the pelvis, look at the midsection swivel, look at the shapes all over it. and we could chalk it up to good old fashion "girl bots are made only one way" bullshit. thats entirely possible! BUT... THAT LOOKS REALLY SIMILAR.... i have this horrible feeling theyre gonna say that elita becomes arcee and i MEAN it when i say i will lose my fucking mind if they do that. we JUSTTTT got to the point where arcee and elita can both exist at the same time in the same show and look completely different, where elita doesnt have to be mashed up with another girl to exist. like previously:

energon: ariel (g1 elitas old name) in the original japanese became arcee in the dub.

its really frustrating that theres so few girl characters and that the character whos supposed to be like optimus equal who cOULD HAVE BEEN IMPORTANT FOR THE PAST 40 YEARS IF ANY MEDIA TOOK HER SERIOUSLY gets turned into other characters!

for the longest time i avoided ygo gx bc i saw multiple people online call jaden annoying and say that gx wasn’t as good as 5ds or the original ygo, so i just never bothered to watch it.

but last week i started it because i wanted to watch it for myself and WOW, everything i’ve been told and read online was so far from the truth. i personally am finding gx very enjoyable and judai is super likable! not at all annoying!!

im watching it in japanese because i just dont like judai’s eng dub voice actor and i think that’s definitely why im finding gx enjoyable because everyone ive seen call gx the worst and say jaden is annoying has only watched the 4kids eng dub which is.. extremely bad. im actually shocked by how bad it is. like im no stranger to bad 4kids eng dubs (winx fan) but i didnt think it would be THAT bad.

i tried watching one of the episodes in the eng dub and they just completely changed hayato’s character?!?! for some reason when sho is trying to wake judai so he isnt late, hayato says to leave him be that way they both have a better chance of advancing to ra yellow & in the next scene judai says something like “im late but chumley sure did cook a large breakfast today, im stuffed!” genuinely what was the point of having hayato’s character purposefully make judai late to nake it seem like he wanted to sabotage him??? in the original scene judai is just late bc he woke up late, not because of hayato. also why did they have to change hayato’s name to chumley of all names. i also just dont like how the 4kids dub doesn’t have sho call judai “brother,” like surely they could’ve had sho say “bro.” and by not having him say that, it just takes away from so much of their relationship since sho sees judai as an older brother cementing the fact that sho looks up to judai.

bad eng dub aside, im really looking forward to seeing how things play out! im only on ep 11 rn

Driven (I do like them on a surface level but some of their fans can be intense) you will never get me to interact with driven content one I’ve seen multiple post attacking musa for being with riven or or calling musa ugly (she’s a cartoon character) or calling Darcy’s “spell” a dubbing issue while that might be true atp I’m over driven

Klaroline (jesus fucking christ sorry for using your in vain but this ship stans I once saw a fanfic that made caroline a original heretic and she was in the box instead of ester I'll give the points for originality but if they were to do a heretic bonnie was right there you know the wich that already had powers

Stiles (I'm not going to lie I used to like stiles but his stans ruined him for me they were insuffible he could do no wrong in their eyes. All because he's a white snarky/sarcastic boy. Dont let write a crossover then they'll make him the most powerful being in the universe. Crossover with tvd/to he's loss mikealson crossover with supernatural hes either a Winchester that has demon blood also or an angel. They think that stile would be a better werewolf then Scott when everything in the show has told us that if he was the that had been the that had been bit his eyes would been blue by the end of season 1. And don't get me started on the friend subject)

The mcu (I used to love the mcu and watch every release but it became quantity over quality and its downfall for me was very sad)

Wanda maximoff and wandavision (I could make a whole video on the whole rollercoaster of thoughts I had on wanda and wandavision because like the mcu I liked both then I didn't. The decent of wandavision was more gradual with wandavision it was episodic to me it was a let down and didn't make sense while I thought Elizabeth Olsen acting was good the writing was not it find out that the writers were swayed not to look at the source material for the show because kevin fegie didn't want them to be influenced although that's the whole point because you're making a supposed comic book adaptation then there's the alleged part reshoot that happened because ppl guessed the ending and let's not forget the whitewashing of Wanda and peitro maximoff who are canonically romani and the mcu deliberately changed it to a made up country somewhere remotely European and made wanda a knock off Jean grey (red hair, pale skin, mind powers) for over ten years so bad that it started to influence the comics

Tony stark (hes a war profiteer, his fans infantilize him. They recognize his PTSD and mental problems only. His side of civil war was dead wrong and ppl to this day will not accept that even if you explain it to then like they are 2. Come onguys the un is useless even iron man knew he was wrong he broke the accords three times in the movie and kidnapped a child to fight adult that he had no business fighting. Also his fans are insane)

ok first of i LOVED what they did with mike's character???? its different from the games canon (or different from the most popular theories??? i can never remember what is actually canon and whats accepted fanon) but its sooooo interesting. making him the brother of one of the victims was SO unexpected but it worked really really well. tho going into the movie with preconceived notions ab the story fucked me up somewhat bc i took so long to accept he wasnt michael afton 😣 tho i feel the movie mightve been setting fans up that way lol

on that note his brother confused me somewhat? cuz he was one of the missing children but he wasnt one of the 5 spirits was he??? maybe he was and i just didnt notice KSBSKDBSKD ill look out for it on my second watch

another thing that was completely different from the game was the animatronics. like in the game theyre "like animals" but in the movie they all seemed very, aware??? msking decisions? they def had a mind and it was cheesy sure but i also liked it. i just loved this movie. and everything about it. i went into it knowing it was absolutely not going to be 1:1 with the game so i dont mind im just so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

at first i wasnt going to watch the new trigun because i just didnt feel the need or the want to watch it. personally i dont like how vash looks like a kid (at least to me.) im not a fan of the animation style. im also really disappointed that milly isnt in the show.

after i got done rewatching the OG anime and the movie after... idk how many years its been since i last watch it tbh. i just started googling random things i had questions about in the trigun universe that really doesnt matter. one of the search results was a reddit link to r/trigun and the title of the post is "TRIGUN STAMPEDE is TERRIBLE"

the reddit user goes on to explain why they think the show is terrible but... everything they listed as reasons for the show being terrible were things that actually happened in the OG anime. and i cant talk about this post without mentioning that this person was unironically calling OG vash 'alpha' and the new vash 'beta' and 'imposter'. their reasons were he's a cry baby, there's no way he had no bullets in his gun, he's a try hard, he's too much a spazz, ect. they said all of this AFTER stating they went back and rewatched the first episode of the original anime but its like, did they REALLY watch the first epsiode? because vash is all of those things right from the start. he screams, he freaks out, he cries, he has no bullets in his gun, he's just a complete and total dork.

honestly i could just feel the anger from this person seeping through the post as they stated that no one should watch the show and if you want to get into trigun, the reboot is not the place to start. they talk about the show as if the original was this perfect gem and to be honest, while yeah, the original show kicked ass and we all loved vash for who he is, the show wasnt perfect at all. there are even things said in the original that just wouldnt fly today, things that vash himself has said and done that would get him possibly cancelled.

after reading that post i decided that maybe i will give the reboot a watch, try it for myself. i had only seen gifs of it so far at the time of reading the post and to me the show honestly didnt seem that bad. i may not like the animation style but its perfect for such an animated person like vash. milly may not be in the show but i shouldnt let that spoil the experience. vash may look more like a child compared to how he looked in the original anime but that doesnt mean the design is bad.

so i gave the reboot a watch (8 episodes are out at the time of writing this, only 6 of them dubbed so i havent seen 7 or 8. i dont have hulu or anything so im watching on an anime website.) and im not really good at giving in depth reviews but for what the show is, i really like it. it's a different spin on things and if thats what people are upset about then thats on them. i still prefer the original anime and the things i dont like the reboot are still things i dont like but the show is still great on its own. if you're against the reboot but still want give it a try, watch it with an open mind. it's still the same vash that we know and love, he just looks different.

PERSONA 3 RELOAD TRAILER SPOILERS AHEAD

as promised, i am typing up my thoughts about reload with in depth discussion on the 2 most recent trailers. i'll put that in a read more - but before that, a disclaimer: first of all, these are my own thoughts and opinions and i will not be debating anyone about anything subjective i say. second of all, i'm only discussing the most recent 2 trailers because the other ones make me unreasonably angry so i might be missing stuff. anyways.

as a persona 3 fan, i havent necessarily been excited about reload for so many reasons i wont really be going into, but these new trailers have given me some amount of hope, and i will just be mostly ignoring the glaring issues.

some things almost definitely confirmed by the two most recent trailers as well as the demo they had at the sega event the other day:

3 physical attack types confirmed to still be in the game. this is a good thing

kouha and eiha have been added to the light and dark skill set, but no evidence of nuke or psy. this is an okay thing (im glad no nuke or psy - they have no real place in the game. but i dont necessarily think that ken and koro needed to deal damage because theyre both op as shit anyways if you build them right) (this might need fact checking, but i saw several people saying it, so)

despite prior claims, there is in fact fes content in reload. "the answer" may not be in it, but there IS fes content. so it's less original persona 3 as claimed and more the journey without the answer, fes edition. we know this for certain because a fes/portable exclusive scene is shown in the character trailer (mitsuru calling the cops because she thinks junpei's room has been burgled, as seen in the hidden cameras, an fes/portable exclusive feature)

new outfits that have been affectionately dubbed "tacticool" by my brother, and i will be using that phrasing to refer to it from now on. tacticool outfits are not an immediate addition - the old armbands do exist in the game for some amount of time. from trailer analysis, i've concluded that SEES switches to the tacticool outfits after fuuka joins but before aigis does, presumably at the same meeting where fuuka is asked to join. tacticool outfits standardly include the new armband, which is uniquely numbered to each character - minato is 3, and i've been able to catch junpei's number as 5. if anyone can figure out the other numbers, let me know i'm so curious. they also include a new coat and 3 magazine clips, which (speculatively) probably mean an evoker upgrade at the same time, possibly to be able to shoot shadows - though i'm not sure how well this would work as bullets would be pierce damage and almost entirely defeat the point of ever using aigis

we got clips of the additional male teammate "scenes", which i'm very excited about. it's confirmed they wont be social links, but they will have moments with minato, which is all i've ever wanted.

the demo apparently includes a version of baton pass, which is. fine. sure. i can deal with that

new ost/battle music which i am withholding judgment on until i can hear the full thing

dlc outfits - p4 uniform, p5 uniform, and phantom thieves outfits which look ugly as hell on the persona 3 characters and do not match the vibes at all thanks atlus. why does junpei still wear his hat

when a battle ends with an all out attack, the initiating character gets an end screen like in persona 5. we've only seen minato's thus far, though

TACTICOOL OUTFITS - IN DEPTH

now imagine if you will that i spent like an hour watching a two minute trailer because i care about these outfits so hard so i am going to describe my thoughts about them in so much detail

as i said earlier i think these come hand in hand with some sort of evoker mechanic upgrade/change, and theyre only introduced after fuuka

if i had to guess, the armbands are numbered with mitsuru as 1, akihiko 2, minato 3, yukari 4, junpei 5, and so on

they all have SHEATHES for their weapons which is sick as hell as well as everyone wearing some form of glove which is also sick as hell!!!

mitsuru has a cape. this is the most amazing thing that could have ever happened ever, and i support her in her cape endeavors

fuuka has a tactical poncho and headset (probably to make it more clear how she's speaking to everyone), but no clear evidence of having an armband. if she did have one, i'm pretty sure it'd be covered up by her poncho, so ??? but it's it's possible that only the fighting members of SEES get the new armband

ken with the oversized coat is so sick. i cannot even begin to stress how cool i think this 10 year old is. atlus was like would you like the world's sickest 10 year old with a sick ass coat and im EATING IT UP

I've been hopping in between really screamy and just goofy shit atm because i cant focus with anything else. 🤷 But (I also jsut got a new BMTH hoodie) BMTH's post human album has been feeding me. Last movie:

the Demon Slayer movie. I skipped all the way to the end to see the fight between Akaza and Rengoku because they're two of my favs ( in order from that show: Uzui (my mom calls yuzu (my cat) Uzui and its adorable) Akaza and Rengoku. I Found out the english dub is out (im way behind) and just needed to hear their english voice acting. all of it is amazing and Akaza's lil gigles during the fight make me incredibly happy. Guys who laugh/giggle mid combat? Ugh >\\x//<

Currently Watching:

Demon Slayer, Chainsaw man, Tokyo ghoul (im rewatching a bunch of animes) Steven universe. (i love all of these and full recommend them. I literally just yesterday(or the day before idk time is a blur) got a new funko pop, it's the half-kakuja kaneki and i love it.)

Other stuff i've watched this year:

Spy x Family, the Junji ito Collection, Yamishibai (if you like picture style art and horror this is great, its somewhat junji ito like, but shorter stories and ngl the zanbai ep scared me a bit) psychpass (some reccomended this to me cause im (obviously) a fan of darker more gruesome shows, and it is very dystopian, love the art work, but i just dont get it.) Given (if you havent watched this show please watch it its amazing) Yuri on ice, Banana Fish (also another fave)

(I work from home, and pretty much exist at my computer, and need to keep on music or tv to keep the bad thoughts out, so i have a lot of time and opportunity to watch stuff ok)

Shows I dropped this week:

Psycho pass. again, i just couldnt get into it. I know a lot of people seem to really like and it full seems like a show that would be up my alley. that first ep was kind of a lot though. I'm not ashamed to admit i love shows that are unafraid to show nudity and violence but the two together (ifykyk) make me uncomfortable. If this case had been a little further in the show i think it would have been fine, but it's litterally the first like ten minutes of the show. I also tried watching this a few week ago while at wasteland but we were pretty much just out the door.

Devil May Cry. I still love the games and the characters, and i remember loving the anime as a kid but its just... so different from the games lmao.

Currently Reading:

random internet stuff, fics and shit. I feel bad because i used to go to the library all the time but at the same time, i dont really have the room to store a whole bunch of books and despite being super dyslexic, i read insanely fast, so renting/buying books isnt worth it to me. (i've read entire full length series in the span of a day or two, while doing other stuff. I need longer, more conveniently packaged novels and that typically comes in the form of fanfiction. )

Opinion ask:

What is your opinion on people who use stuff like gachaverse, gacha life or gacha club? Like the good side to the community not the side that they generally get hated for.

I mean, I mean, I'll be honest with you. I just feel a little too old for gacha related content. This content to me is like the current gen z kids equivalent to the moviestar planet narrative vids id watch as a kid or the comic dubs id watch. Even though I am gen z I kind of feel like a millennial who was born in the wrong body based on my humour and intrets lol.

I know that the main aspects of that community that get hated on are the "cringe" creators and general just children being weird online with rp related stuff and what not, but honestly, like... just leave them alone?

I'm not an active part of that community and probably never will be, but I don't see anything wrong with people being creative or making narrative stories. I don't like the people that will just go after gacha creators and call them cringe on a constant basis. Because I just think that's really mean. I used to make imovies as a kid and be incredibly "cringy" and lets be honest here guys, i do my hero academia cosplay im in no place to judge anybody. But and I just don't see anything wrong with letting people get creative especially since a lot of them are young and dont have art or filmaking skills. If you don't like it, you don't have to interact with it.

Im doing a filmaking degree right now and let me tell you, those are the kinds of people that grow up to tell stories in things like art or scripting. So yeah, i dont think its cringe most of the time and i dont mind them. I just dont participate in it myself. If theyre having fun and its inoffensive, so be it man, let them have their hobbies. I used to think cosplayers and in general jse ego fans and artists were cringe for a hot minute in my past, and look at me now!
