The shitty thing about hypothyroidism is its symptoms are diminished so much (like "oh i have a family memeber with it, they didnt get that), and god forbid you still show some symptoms when taking synthroid.

I'm on 200 mcg and my levels are fine, but I still cannot regulate my body temp, my hair still falls out occasionally, and I get sick on a monthly basis.

I used to think this was just like, a normal condition that wouldn't affect my daily life once I leveled out. I'm tired.

I used the prescription toothpaste and managed to not end up dry heaving for several minutes while brushing my teeth. within about 5 minutes of finishing brushing I start to feel like I'm gonna throw up regardless. I feel shaky and nauseous and I've also almost thrown up so many times while brushing my teeth lately that the act of brushing them now seems to activate our fight or flight respose and I feel like I'm about to start crying. awesome /s.

I really don't know what to do about any of this because I can mention it to our dentist on Thursday but I don't think there are any alternatives that won't just do the same thing

I gave up and am fixing gamedesign with mods myself. Technically speaking, all the mods I've had installed before were cosmetic or QoL (at least I used them as such), now I'm dipping into straight cheat territory, considered by the vanilla game standards. This is just gamedesign fixing in my eyes.

#will most likely elaborate later #cheat in question is speed eating and flinch free on every charm #also i have unlimited consumables #this is a qol mod snd i eill fight snyone who says otherwise #this is a preparation heavy game and it should make said preparation easy instead of adding another material grind #youd think unlimited items is cheat enough but no i still get stunlocked to death on regular basis #it is my most common cause of death #not failing to recognise attack patterns or forgetting to bring antidotes or smth no #my n 1 cause of death is getting stunlocked #this was always an issue however the high rank quests bring it up to a new level of ridiculous cause monsters move faster too #you just cant heal without speed eating #i also kind of hate that you only get the heal if it is uninterrupted down to the Last Frame otherwise no health for you #like okay i get that you need to work on your spacing to heal up but you sre also fighting enemies 1000 more mobile than you #at least give the first gulp half a heal or smth #dont talk to me me grumpy #mh world #mhw #monster hunter world
