Anybody else find the funny recursive loop in verizons password reset? I forgot my account password so i go to reset it, there are 2 options number one opens the verizon app (which i am logged out of!) To verify (doesnt work asks me to sign in) and the other option IS TO GET IT FUCKING MAILED TO ME?!?!?!

Go fuck yourself verizon, piss stain company.

I cannot even begin to stress how much you should never get Verizon for home wifi, I have the show I am watching paused, my husband’s computer is getting wifi, and my phone is also. So like three things currently are using wifi. And I cannot even load an internet speed test on my phone to check how dog water our connection is at the moment.

And it’s been like this from the start. We’re paying for 300 mbs right now and can’t get a fraction of that on our best days. I cannot wait to call another provider tomorrow and get them to come out here.

Apparently a lot of people weren't able to watch live yesterday bc of (i guess) their cable network has a dispute with the company that airs CW so for a lot of people the cw program wasn't even available

I will FUCKING MURDER streaming services and how they have split up all licenses! Do you know how hard it is to teach adults over 60 how to relearn television?! Or how their favorite show isn't on Netflix anymore, but its on Hulu, and yes, there are ads, but you can't get rid of the ads because Hulu is bundled with Verizon 🤷‍♀️🙃

(This is a rant on behalf of my parents and anyone who feels like they can't keep up with technology.)

Cable/satellite TV used to have everything so that my parents could DVR their favorite shows and live sports events bUT NOT ANYMORE!

Amazon Prime has the rights to NFL and NBA League Pass as an add on BUT NO you cannot watch your local NBA team play a home game because of Live Game Restrictions because they wanna sell tickets more (this is also a problem with the MLB) so what do you do? Can't watch it on cable or satellite because FUCK ALL knows which channel has the rights to show a game so you get a $20 month sub to Bally Sports ON TOP of your cable provider (for college sports i guess??) AND ON TOP of Prime ($15) + NBA League Paas ($15) TO THEN find out the Bally Sports App IS NOT SUPPORTED on Vizio Smart TVs so you buy 2 Roku devices for the two TVs that the household watches sports on and you have to make sure all devices have everything logged in because it's A HASSEL to deal with 2 authentication log in for 60+ year olds and they HATE typing in an email and password with a tiny remote and GOD FORBID if there is wifi issues or if you have to update a password and I just!-ahhhh I HATE WHAT STREAMING HAS BECOME AND TECHNOLOGY ALWAYS FINDS A WAY TO FAIL AND EVERY DAY I COME CLOSER AND CLOSER TO RUNNING AWAY WITH A BOX OF DVDs AND BOOKS AND JUST LIVE DISCONNECTED FROM EVERYTHING

I genuinely think if I try to apply to another phone sales place they'll hire me even if I'm straight up honest that the last place fired me for horrible sales. Like these places are so desperate to exploit people they'd just get hard knowing I know how to fight companies on the phone.
