Name: Inge Sjasaris Origin: Golmore Jungle, village of Sjasaris Occupation: Adventurer, Warrior of Light (until Carteneau in my FC verse, ongoing in my WoL verse—in a team of two.) IC job/class: White mage, archer, alchemist Lives in the Twelveswood, but she owns a house in the Lavender Beds

Romance: married to Yersinia (@inah-ffxiv​) in both verses, in a relationship with Y’shtola in my WoL verse

Kind, stubborn and reckless, she has yet to meet her limits. In the meantime, she takes dumb risks, tries to help as many people as she can and drinks tea. A lot of tea.

She’s known for being a picky adventurer who almost exclusively works with people Mother Miounne sent her way, not being very fond of healing stupid injuries and a disliking for creating barriers (“Just dodge.”).

Name: Unknown, gets called “The Advocate” Origin: Ishgard Occupation: Duelist “for hire” who really just works for free to defend people against accusations of heresy, ??? IC job/class: Dark Knight, ???, ??? Lives in Coerthas (formerly), 13th shard (post Endwalker, which isn’t known but I’m specifying it in case anyone would want to RP with him)

Romance: ???

Mysterious dark knight who made a name for himself by defending people at the Tribunal in Ishgard and winning all his cases so far. Unnaturally strong and off-putting, despite a behaviour most would describe as amiable if they could get over their instinctive fear of him.

Hates the Church, nobles and voidsents.

Name: Astrid Fauconnoix Origin: Sharlayan Occupation: Historian IC job/class: / Lives in Mor Dhona. Currently in my FC verse, she’s in Doma.

Romance: single

Blushing historian who’d like nothing more than to be left in peace with her tea, pastries and research. She disappeared when the Isle of Val was destroyed and reappeared in the middle of nowhere years later, unable to say how, why or what had happened. She’s since learned that she did not, in fact, survive the destruction of the island and is looking for a way to be truly alive once more.

Her true nemesis is Sharlayan bureaucracy.

Name: A’idan Tia Origin: Moraby Drydocks Occupation: Baby adventurer (FC verse), engineer at the Garlond Ironworks (WoL verse) IC job/class: Arcanist, carpenter Lives in Limsa Lominsa (formerly), Thavnair (current, both verses)

Curious and enthusiastic catboy who decided to become an adventurer to explore the land for a few years, so he wouldn’t regret not seeing more of it before accomplishing his true dream: building his own submarine and exploring the depth of the ocean.

Chaos ensued.

(WoL verse: slightly older, he’s not a WoL but did help Aïcha and her team along the way. Joined the Ironworks to solve his problem of funding his submarine after he hung up his adventuring career. Gets along terrifically with Nero, much to anyone’s dismay since A’idan loves shenanigans almost as much as Nero loves himself.)

Name: Wolfe Ironfist Origin: Ul’dah, though both his parents are from Gyr Abania Occupation: Sultansworn (formerly), PI & bounty hunter IC job/class: Paladin, botanist Lives in the Black Brush (formerly), in exile and homeless currently

Pragmatic, blunt and honest to a fault, he’s a man of his word with all the good and the bad it brings. Convinced the Law is sacred and no one should disobey it, he lost everything to corrupt superiors and must now answer a millennia old question: what do you do when the Law is unfair and you can do nothing to change it?

Name: Skaar Lhatyn Origin: Ala Mhigo Occupation: Mercenary (formerly), itinerant monk, FC co-leader IC job/class: Monk, fisher Lives in Limsa Lominsa

Romance: married to X’yan Tia (who’s not on Tumblr)

Clever man who looks and often acts like a brute. Much more lenient with Ala Mhigans than with any person from another nation, he helps refugees go back to Gyr Abania after years helping them settle in La Noscea.

Currently looking for students to teach them the monk arts.

Name: Kazan Takeuchi Origin: Sui-no-Sato Occupation: Bodyguard IC job/class: Samurai Lives on the road

Romance: single

A traumatized man that sees himself as a shield and a weapon, nothing more. Travels the world at Seimei’s side, a wandering priest from Sui-no-Sato with bad decision-making skills (if you ask his bodyguard), while trying to find out who he is as a person.

Doesn’t like discussing his past. Doesn’t like discussing at all, in fact.

A himbo who joined the Imperial Army because they asked him nicely enough. Terrible at following orders, they eventually put him at a clerk position just so he’d stop messing up missions. He’s been helping citizens ever since the Tower of Babil appeared, until he fell in a crevasse (seemingly to his death).

Name: Aïcha Bedi Origin: Thavnair Occupation: Warrior of Light, adventurer IC job/class: Dancer, paladin, machinist (as in, she’s a good shot but not interested in going any further than that, or shooting anybody at all for that matter) Lives in inns, but she’s looking into buying something in Thavnair

After years in the mob, she did a 360 and tried to redeem herself. Despite a rocky start as an adventurer, she’s now in a much better place and with the world saved and her troubles behind her, she now has to figure out what peace means for her.

Spoiler: she threw herself at the first Potential Big Trouble she could find.

Playing GK, and I'm doing a "collectibles" run through Gotham tonight and went hunting for the street art in the West End.

I was surprised when the descriptor "Born This Way" popped up when I added it to my collection, along with a description of the piece being commissioned for Gotham Pride.

"Aw, that's nice." I thought. A nice little bit of world-building that ties in nicely with Tim coming out as bi and Dick offering to go to Pride with him.

So, anyway, art collected, I hopped back on my bike, took off down the street, and then reversed at full speed because I realized I'd just driven over a rainbow crosswalk.

"Aw, cool! That's a nice little touch. Wait a minute... is that an Irish gay bar?"

"It is! It's a gay Irish bar! Huh... I wonder what else is around here."

So I get off the bike, turn a corner, and start counting the rainbow Pride flags hanging over fire escapes and windows.

"Wait... does Gotham have a Gay Village?"

"Holy shit, they gave Gotham a Gay Village!"

"Wait, what does that sign say under the Pride flag... "The Quiet Escape Bookstore"... GAY BOOKSTORE GAY BOOKSTORE GAY BOOKSTORE GAY BOOKSTORE!!!"

So anyway, yeah. I have 154 hours in this game and only just now found Gotham's LGBT district.

Back in winter 2022 I started working on a comic of one of my favorite nsfw oneshots, Practical Demonstration, made like five pages, and then promptly dropped it cause I was still in the midst of Art Block From Hell, among other reasons

but the fic series recently got an update and I read it on a flight last week, which has renewed the brainworms :)

The comic's FAR from finished (I've thumbnailed the entire thing and it comes out to twenty-eight pages, while I have thirteen of those pages in varying stages of completion) but I've been having a lot of fun working on it and forcing myself to try and learn new things (backgrounds/environments, in this case) in the pursuit of Harvey Smut LOL

Do you have tutorials for drawing hands? I'm impressed (and envious) with how you drew them.

don't treat this as a Tutorial cause i have no idea what i am doing generally speaking but . references? :") you probably noticed how all my hands look equally bony, that is because i look at my own bony hands and use them as references!

oh and don't forget that you don't have to keep palms flat all the time, you can bend the shape ! and don't forget that palms are soft and squishy, they make folds when you make a fist for example.

Honestly, the craziest part of accessibility is that there aren't many abled people (and disabled people who aren't disabled in Every Way Possible) who wouldn't benefit from any of the accessibility options out there

ALT text has made it so much better to navigate image-based pages! I'm not visually-impared, but tumblr is terrible at loading images, and I'm not always connected to WiFi. People who add ALT text make it easy to satiate my curiosity when images don't load! This, coupled with actually learning how blind and visually-impared people navigate the online world, has inspired me to do my best to emulate the things I find helpful, even if the way it helps me is very different than theirs. Having a sense of scale in how it helps me versus how it actually makes the internet usable to the blind and visually-impared is something I do try to keep in mind.

Navigating a world with accessible options is primarily going to help the disabled, and it's imperative to keep this in mind. I do think, though, that illustrating just how much accessibility impacts even abled people's lives can help inspire people to think, "wow, I can't imagine a world without [accessibility option] and I don't need it, but it makes life so much easier." The more I interact with accessibility options I don't need, I still find it so helpful. I can't even imagine how amazing it is when you do need that accessibility and it's actually provided to you.

I don't think that abled people should only be in it for themselves. Again, accessibility should put disabled needs first and foremost. But I can't help but wonder how many people you can get to understand this by first saying how it impacts them, too.

n*loth not being able to bag anyone over the (human term) age of 25-30 at most is the only logical and real conclusion to me because it can be just explained away as him wanting to prove and control everything and anyone (Cus he's a man!) but being stuck in that demographic because his unbearable and vile personality is a force that nobody can look past once they've outgrown the possible fear and idolization period of anyone but also n*loth in particular.
