Hi! (I reblog non-kin stuff on @archivists-den :D)

My names are: Archivist(can be shortened to Archie!), Zekiel or Elijah! You can use any of them, but the order listed shows how closely they describe me!

I almost exclusively use it/its pronouns, but I am open to being referred to as he/him when comically appropriate or ?/?s.

I am 20 years old and English is not my first language, so please pay no mind to occasional weird grammar or spelling.

I have three kintypes, each of which I treat equally, but I post way more often about the first two:

- Angelkin; a spiritual origin, it represents what I was in my previous life and what my soul currently is. I used to be a hellbeast but was ascended into a servant of a God not affiliated with any known (to me) religion.

- Xenomorphkin; a 'type of unknown origin, more specifically I'm a neomorph!

- Robotkin; an exclusively psychological 'type, I am no specific kind of robot. It encompasses all kinds of robots, from androids to AIs. I actually started thinking recently it might be more of a hearttype than a kintype? I need to think some more about this `:0

I have AuDHD and quite possibly some other things I will not disclose as they are mere assumptions, nothing concrete.

My DMs and asks are always open (unless something disastrous happens). I love interacting with other people (and beings overall), even if I may seem awkward or shy.

Please don't take offense if I unfollow you, it is nothing negative, there are some completely normal things I am uncomfortable with looking at :( if I don't want to interact with/be interacted with by someone, I will simply block them.

purely because they have butterfly wings after going through a metamorphosis

they also have very pretty scales that I think work with her blue and red colors

dapper - nightwing

simple enough! they have dark scales and are nocturnal. and are compared to bats. I’m also debating if he should have any powers, as nightwings can be either mind readers or prophets (or both) depending on the moons they were hatched under

leo - nightwing / sandwing hybrid

nightwing bc I wanted the triplets to be similar, plus the black and purple in designs she’s often given from vegetta. sandwing is because I associate foolish with deserts and also the sand surrounding vegettas base. I think she would have a stinger but no venom.

she’s one of the ones I’m less confident about as I don’t see her often so I’m open to change hers

chayanne - seawing / mudwing hybrid

seawing because of his duck floatie, mudwing because of his sense of feeling responsible for everyone + his strength

mudwing clutches have what’s called a bigwings, the first one to hatch who then becomes the leader. from the second they’re hatched they instinctively try to help their siblings out of their shells. they’re very sibling oriented. i think he's the bigwings of all the other eggs

he could also just work as a plain mudwing but shrug

tallulah - leafwing (animus maybe)

they’re plant dragons, she’s the flower girl. it made sense. they gather energy from sunlight and are known to be gardeners. I toy with the idea of her being an animus because of the whole ‘dragon magic’ bit which. animus powers are just exactly that.

pepito - seawing

seawings are the smallest species and he also looks like he’s wearing an old timey swimsuit. I don’t know if he would’ve learned aquatic (a language used underwater with their bioluminescent stripes)

sunny - hivewing / rainwing

hivewing because they look like bees, rainwing because they have color shifting/emotion reactive scales and are very graceful and pretty. rainwings also need to sunbathe to keep healthy and that feels appropriate with her name lol

Ramon - nightwing / rainwing

again nightwing to match with Leo and dapper, and I chose rainwing solely because he loves to play hide and seek with fit. rainwings can camouflage themselves completely and I thought it would be very silly. also rainwings sleep a lot during the day

if not rainwing then i was thinking icewing, to give him more white accents.

I also think he’d be like. a nightwing scientist like Mastermind but with less. crimes

My One Piece theories

SPOILER WARNINGS FOR WANO and maybe more. I've reached episode 1056, and a friend told me to toss out my weird theories before I get as far as the "Huge episode"  1071. I've been right about a few things allready. So, Let's toss out the rest!

Makino was pregnant with Shanks. Not really a new or revolutionary theory. But anyhow!

Blackblackbeard is three people. In some way or form. Triplets? Split Personality? Oda has drawn him with 3 different noses, they reffered to him as "They" and his flag has 3 faces. An old a fun theory!

Shanks is a celestial dragon decent, og otherkin decent.

Is the origin of Devil fruit is on Laugh Tale? Shanks and his Crew knows they can't have devil fruit powers to get there.

I think most, if not the entirety of One Pieces plot is about freedom and imagination. Based on Odas obsession with animation, cartoons, and pirates, things are allready like taken straight out of Looney Tunes, and I'm certain it's just gonna get loonier as the closer we get to the end. As someone who grew up a fan of Looney Tunes, it's clear as day he took inspiration from the genre. Laugh Tale? The Entirety of One Piece is one big Laugh Tale. Oda doesn't want to do a single thing if it's not fun and make people smile. Luffy has been the representation of freedom, imagination and WILL since the beginning. Which brings me to my next theory,

Luffy doesn't have a gummy fruit. Details about Joyboy; Luffy has been a walking reincarnation of Freedom, imagination and loony shenanigans, and is the real representation for "You can do Anything and Everything you set your mind to." Only your own mind and fantasy is your limit! These things was what made me idolize him to begin with, growing up with him. Oda want him to make us smile. Since I first saw luffy, I always thought what if his fruit is about being a cartoon, who is freer that a cartoon?! And Since he bends away from damage like Buggs Bunny, and so forth. I couldn't believe such a heavy guarded fruit was a rubber fruit. JoyBoy; When I heard the name, I was in Awe! My sister grew up on Jamaica. And joyboy is a smaller carribian god for well, Joy! Who spreads laughter and joy to the beat of the drums. I believe the Joyboy before Luffy had the "gumgum fruit" aswell. - And I just got to Jimbei's fight against Who's-Who and went back to add details to this part! Boy do I now know that Luffy/ The gumgum fruit has the power of Sun God Nika. He practically Said Joyboy!! Inbefore luffy gets set on fire and turns into a dancing god.

Enies lobby needs to or will be plugged. The Swirls rule the planet, it's in everything we see. Just like the real world, with the golden spiral. We see it everywhere in nature, and some people say it's the key to the universe. Is it the key to One Piece? When I saw Enies Lobby I thought "That drain needs to be plugged". What happens if we plug it? Where does it go? Maybe if we plug it, all water will be raised up to the Red Line. And This theory goes hand in hand with;

The boat that Joyboy left with the fishmen is a Noas Ark. I believed for the longest time that they will plug enies lobby, fill the Noas Ark left by Joyboy and take all the people up to the Red Line for a Full Out War. OR, They use it to save the People, and the Pirates go to war on Marie Jois, now that the waterlevel can reach it. I'm guessing Joyboy knew alot in the void centuary, and made the boat for when the day would finally come when they needed to save everyone from the water. Water 7 comes to mind.

The 100 year void centuary was spend making the Red Line And that we are on a journey to make the world into One Piece again. Remove the Red Line, that they built to controll the world. They are currently building Another Line, so. Again with the spirals. The Golden Spirals. Spirals everywhere. In the eyebrows, the fruits, everywhere! Oda himself said it, if the earth stops there will be tidalwaves. Is this significant for what will happens if they remove the Red Line, or plugg Enies Lobby? Or how it was Before the Red Line?

The Egg on Rogers ship is a Dragon. An older theory was that The egg could be the one piece. The one piece is a dragon and whoever controls it will gain a powerful weapon. This was debunked, since Roger left Laugh Tale with the Egg. My theory is that the egg is a Dragon, and it is Uranus, the ancient weapon. I also had a theory that the middle name D stands for Dragon. So that those blessed with the will of D can controll dragons. But Monkey D. Dragon, Monkey Dragon Dragon? Sound a little too dumb to me. But Maybe. But Luffy understands the sea kings, just like Roger, and that could mean he can understand beasts/dragons.

And what is the One Piece? I've speculated a 1000 times like everyone else, is it the entry mountain to the Grand Line, is it A mirror of the truth, or Freedom perhaps? Oda promised it wouldn't be the journey along the way and the friends you made. But I belive it is Funny. Laugh Tale- They Laughed. I believe it is funny and dumb. Just like everything else!

ANYWAYS I wanna talk about the variant of hanahaki I'm gonna run with for Tangled Wisteria. (tosses under the cut)

So firstly, just to be very very clear, this AU is a familial love AU. IDK why romantic hanahaki makes me ick. And also I can't stop seeing HMS as siblings HELP.

ON THAT NOTE. The way I'm angling for the trigger to Hanahaki developing is that one needs to simultaneously feel unloved by the person they care for, yearn deeply and intensely for that love AND feel like that love will never be returned. So feeling unloved but not yearning? Nothing. Yearning but not feeling unloved? Nothing. Feeling unloved and yearning but knowing if you ask you'll receive love? Nothing. DEEPLY yearning for a love you feel will never be returned? Hanahaki. The unrequitedness of the love MUST be felt as deeply and personally as possible.

I'm also doing a variant that combines both the baseline "flowers growing in your lungs that you cough up" and "flowers blooming across skin" (this second one is inspired by Therefore, You and Me). I've decided to lean into the lethality of hanahaki too hehe.

The tragedy of the flowers being visible and it doing nothing to get any of them help earlier is also tasty. That they could have seen the flowers and could have said something but didn't and allowed Heart to progress into late/end stage hanahaki.

What else am I missing. The progression of the hanahaki varies from person to person, but the beginning symptoms are always a cough and petals. The symptoms worsen over time as thin roots and branches spider out, dig in and bloom over a person's skin as the coughs get progressively worse with bigger and bigger blooms being coughed up. It worsens by the day, but can be sped up by what a person feels. For example an emotional breakdown might progress the disease faster. In the final stage the pain and lack of breath can knock someone unconscious.

Oh, and an additional tragedy. Remember how I said that this variant of hanahaki requires feeling like your love can never be reciprocated? Well. To cure this variant of hanahaki, reciprocation must be mutual. If the person you want love from says they love you and you dont believe them, well. The hanahaki will continue to progress. Guess what Heart thought when Mind and Soul desperately told him he was loved.

Of course surgery is a viable option of recovery. It's what Mind and Soul fall back on in desperation. For this hanahaki, removing flowers and branches removes the memories of the person/people you feel unrequited love towards, but not the emotions behind it. Even if the flowers in the lungs aren't removed, cutting off most of the skin blooming flowers can help ease all symptoms of hanahaki. Mostly cause you lose the memories the person.

And its a pretty brutal removal of the person! If the surgery is incomplete and any trace of flowers remain (such as for Heart), it's like your memories contain this weird cutout where a person should be, and a static over their voice and name. And you Actively Cannot Remember the person who got cut out! It causes a pain to build wherever the unremoved flowers are as the hanahaki attempts to reestablish and flare back up. It's a weird state of remembering you loved and wanted to be loved by someone without remembering who that someone was, and while it keeps the hanahaki at bay it also makes it WAY more difficult to cure naturally.

So yeah, those are the broad strokes of how hanahaki is going to work in Twisted Wisteria. Hope you like it, cause all of HMS will contract hanahaki over time :3
