hey karina, in gonna ask a fairly odd question. as a writer myself, i personally try to make my y/n’s relatable, first and foremost for myself, and obviously for at least most people that will be reading my fics. so i assume every other writer does something similar as well.

so in your fics(which are super enjoyable and well written btw!) i noticed that you kind of praise y/n? through the characters eyes, but still. lots of authors do this, but this is my first time gathering the courage to ask, so please dont take it personally! and feel free to ignore my question! my issue is that i believe im unattractive and i hate making it seem otherwise, even in fiction. feels like im lying to myself. so are you girls actually that pretty, or do you just write like that hoping someone would think that of you someday?😭 im genuinely going insane over this im so sorry. im also 20(unless i read your age with my ass) and i have never been loved or found attractive my whole life am i the issue? plus if you girls are loved and have boyfriends why do you even need fanfiction?😪 idk sorry if this is weird

hi, gonna answer this under the cut, bcs its kinda interesting?

firstly, thank you for the compliment! you're actually right about the thing u said in the beginning; nearly every writer out there is (a bit) self-indulgent when writing fics — me included. ofc, i try to keep out any descriptions about the reader's appearance so more people can actually enjoy my works and insert themselves when imagining whatever happens in the fic.

now to answer this first question; ‘so are you girls actually that pretty, or do you just write like that hoping someone would think that of you someday?’

simple answer: it depends heavily on the writer. everyone has different intentions behind how and why they portray their reader in their fics like they do.

to answer it for me: it’s kind of both. i have worked on my self-confidence and i actually have learnt to appreciate and love how i look. so, naturally i think i am indeed pretty. but, of course, i still have some deeply rooted insecurities that ‘m still working on.

i partially wish to erase those by praising the reader in my fics. by having the characters complimenting the reader (me, because im super self indulgent when writing) it boosts my confidence & helps me feel better when i need it.

that’s why i also love to read other fics that have the same type of style; thus, where reader gets praised in any kinda way. whether it’s physical appearance or personality wise. sometimes i read fiction solely to avoid my irl problems / insecurities or kinda solve them in a way.

reading about a reader who constantly thinks shit about themselves, is just gonna multiply all those problems for me and make me miserable—so i don’t wanna write nor read that (though i sometimes do include or like to read stuff with, for example, a reader w trust issues. that’s when i need some comfort or when i am just in the mood for angst LOL)

second question: if you girls are loved and have boyfriends why do you even need fanfiction?

simple answer: there are many different reasons as to why someone could write or read fanfiction. not everyone who reads or writes it, do it to feel loved or because they’re missing out on affection irl. it can for example be for comfort or it can be just for fun because you simply like to read or love the characters! there’s no need for a deep reason behind everything. you don’t necessarily have to have a special reason to read fics.

for me: my reasons for writing and reading fiction are yes, partially because i wanna giggle and kick my feet reading about my fav characters as love interests, but also because it’s just fun! i mainly read when i’m bored tbh. sometimes when im in need of comfort, other times when i need to have a laugh. it heavily depends on my mood actually lolol

well, lastly, i hope you find someone who makes you feel loved irl. i’m sure there’s someone out there who you will meet and who will help you heal + gain self-confidence.

even if that person never comes; you have yourself. learning to love yourself may take a while, even a lifetime, but you will eventually get there. i hope that answers your questions <3 !!

imagine if sensitive yandere’s little shenanigans are so extreme to the point where they just. buy out the whole aisle of those instant noodles LOL (seriously, where are they getting this money?) and by some act of god, you come stumbling into the aisle only to find all of your favorite instant noodle brand in the same strangers cart. youre all like ‘aw man theres no more (i thought they said they would be in stock today!)’ and turn to leave. in that moment… sensitive yanderes gotta make a choice! because this silly little grocery store has, yet again, brought the two of you together, and youre about to leave. leave them. also the thought of making you indirectly disappointed in them by buying up your favorite comfort food is possibly worse than reaching out to you to give you a packet.

thank you, thank you! i usually respond very quickly because i am, as the kids would say, "chronically online" (i don't think im using that term correctly) and i guess my specialty is catering towards hyper specific readers! <3

the sensitive yandere would have a couple of choices here. reach out and offer you some (but they'd embarrass themselves, they aren't ready yet and you'd also have to pay for it!), buy it all really really fast and race to give all of it to you (doesn't matter if they end up starving, they can feed off your love!), or maybe they could break in again? no no, that'd be too much, they don't wanna scare you!

but i think what we're forgetting here is that the sensitive yandere is a chronic over thinker by nature. the poor thing just can't help it! it's the reason why they just get so nervous and anxious around you, why they feel like their body is about to explode with love! one touch could lead to a billion, sharing the same air as you is one step closer to sharing a home with you, one moment in your presence is one step closer to always being there for you. always. so! being an over thinker, they've already thought through this scenario. not this exact one, but similar.

you hear a quiet voice behind you and you were just going to ignore it, assuming someone was mumbling to themselves but there was just this weird feeling of intensity radiating behind you that you couldn't let go of, your gut just screaming at you that something was wrong. so, you turned around and faced a stranger with their face primarily covered with a nearly completely drawstringed shut hoodie.

"uh. yeah?" you ask, putting on a polite smile. the person in front of you was wracked with shivers, even with their hands in their pocket you could see how their body shaked and quivered.

"do you.. need something?"

the stranger let out a few pants before finally answering you. "um. i uh. grabbed the last.. of the- of the noodles. did you need some?" they mumbled, barely making their way through the sentence. you could see one of their eyes, just barely, staring directly at the floor, unblinking and wide as a dinner plate and either their eyes were black or their pupils were insanely big.

"oh n-.." you were going to refuse but.. well, you were hungry and really craving these so maybe just taking a few wouldn't hurt! besides, you'd only need enough to tide you over until they restocked next time. "uh, yea! yes please, that'd be amazing, thank you so much!" you grin wide at the stranger, your gut still telling you something was wrong but maybe it was just a false alarm. you were a naturally anxious person and you really shouldn't judge people by their looks.

the stranger seemed to have a hard time properly holding the cup of noodles, holding it very weirdly, (who picks things up by the very edge?) so you took it upon yourself to gently take it from them, ever so slightly letting your thumbnail brush against the side of their hand. they completely froze up, allowing you to take the item from their stiff grasp, not even moving as you slowly took four more packages from their cart, staring at them and wondering what the fuck was wrong with them. (ew, why was the one that they were holding wet?)

"um. thank you..?"

they didn't move. were they breathing? you couldn't really see their face well so you had no idea but they were still standing so you had to assume something was fine.

"thaaaaanks..." you say again, slowly moving away. don't question it. ask stupid questions, win stupid prizes.

meanwhile, the sensitive yandere has tears spilling rapidly out of their tear ducts as it finally sinks in just how long it had been since someone had touched them. they swore, they could feel your warmth burning their flesh, even thought you only lightly grazed them with your thumbnail. they needed to work harder on their exposure therapy and now, they didn't know how much longer they could take being away from you... maybe they'd leave some more presents and good night kisses for you.

we've been friends for quite a long time, in the group and outside of it, so we used to hang out with eachother quite regularly—movie nights, zoo + aquarium trips, theme park trips (mostly w the group), coffee + dinner dates (we used to call them dates bec even though we were just friends we used to joke that it seemed like we were the only ones in the group who never dated anyone, so at least we had eachother lolol). you get the idea haha, you name it + we were probably doing it—just as friends

i think my feelings had been bubbling to the surface for maybe 3/4 months, but all it took from jean was one smack in the head from sasha and a chat with connie and he was like 🧍"oh shit i fancy her" and then he spent a week obsessing over whether or not he should ask me out. it was like he suddenly realised all at once that 1) he liked me, and 2) that even though we saw eachother all the time and did date-like things, they weren't actually, technically dates, and he really really wanted them to be dates. so there wasnt really a long period of time when he actively knew he was crushing on me and us officially dating lol but in the week or so before he asked me out he was definitely acting different lol it was so strange watching his cheeks redden whenever eren or someone teased us about how often we hung out. he even turned down my invitation to go get coffee after a lecture because he was so nervous to be alone with me ajsjsjsk hes so cute

i think eventually mickey and ian can host sometimes. otherwise its hard to say cuz i have some different thoughts/wishes about what happens with the gallagher house after the funeral. but yeah i guess if we assume they all move out then lip/tami/liam/freddies place would probably end up being the most accommodating, also debbie and franny’s place because debbie loves hosting 😊

also do we think carl buys the alibi and becomes a bartender? i kind of like this idea, but that his version of the alibi is just slightly less of a “shithole” (elevated slightly by the money and ideas of former officer tipping) and therefore makes more money, so the fam still loves having parties there.

But yeah i totally get it, i love filling people in on the arg cuz its sooo good and so painfully underrated and under used. Though i do also like that crp as a fandom has kind of become this messy mish-mash of headcanons and stories and ideas and everyone has their own thing. I think it would just generally be a lot better if people accepted that the canon for a lot of these characters is like. 90% suggestion and 10% an actual canon to follow. Cuz so many people, myself included, have rewritten so many of these characters in fascinating ways.

And yes the girls! The gorls!! 😫😫🙌🙌

All the girls in these fandoms are so under appreciated but especially the arg girls!! I love rosa so much and i still have to figure oit sarah and how shes gonna be in my canon but shes so!! what is love?

mark knew the general idea of it; the sappy moments movies show, the “butterflies in your stomach” feeling books portray, the pain and hardships songs make you feel.

but he’s never been in love, at least not like this.

❝ how could it be as sweet as candy? ❞

training at such a young age molded mark into the perfect idol, and with that he was fully aware dating would look bad to the public. he accepted the fact that he might never find love, all to help achieve his dream.

but as cheesy as it sounds, the canadian wished to be loved.

yes he was loved by his members, his family, his friends, his fans; but the type of love he longed for was something none of them could give him.

mark wanted to feel the sweetness of being in love, the giddiness you’d feel whenever you talk to them, the pounding of your heart whenever they’re near. he wanted to experience the overwhelming need to be with that person, like if they’re gone for too long it’s like you can’t breathe.

was being in love like making a song for the very first time? or was it like eating watermelon all the time?

so many questions with no answers, the boy left to wander in his own thoughts.

❝ how it’s like flying in the sky? ❞

he smiled bittersweetly as the newly wed couple danced around in confetti, the sound of laughter and cheers resonating around the room. one of nct’s managers that had been with them since the beginning invited them to her wedding, to which the team obviously accepted.

all 23 of them were happy for their noona who found her happy ending. mark could only watch in awe at the sight of the two lovebirds, the love and adoration for the other evident in the way they looked at each other.

his heart tugged a bit knowing he wanted something like that too.

“being in love is like flying in the sky.” his manager explained to the boy as a makeup artist experimentally brushed strokes on her face. it was a couple hours before the ceremony when mark knocked on her hotel door, wanting to visit his favorite noona before she finally said ‘i do’.

his question left his mouth before mark could fully register what he was about to say, the poor boy flushing a bit as the woman laughed at him.

“are you in love mark? is that why you’re asking me how i knew i was in love?” she teased as mark stutterd, denying her accusation.

“n-no i swear!” he said as his manager continued laughing, the makeup artist having to pause a bit to let her get it all out. “i’m just curious.” mark said quietly trying to stop the heat from rushing up to his cheeks.

“well being in love is a magical feeling.” the woman said, turning a bit serious. mark sat up straight as he listened intently. “when you realize you love someone, it can be a scary thing. love isn’t perfect mark, and i want you to know that. there are moments where you want to scream and rip your hair out, or cry to let it all out.”

the boy nodded in understanding, having a bit of knowledge from all the good breakup songs taylor swift writes about.

“but it can also change your whole world.” she continued on. “it’s like seeing the world again for the very first time and the colors are more vibrant. it’s like having a permanent reason to be happy, and a reason to stay.” she explained as the mark sat quietly trying to comprehend it all.

❝ i wanna know know know know, what is love? ❞

the poor boy’s head couldn’t wrap around the thought of you.

his heart hammered in his chest as he secretly glanced at you, desperately trying to avoid suspicion from fans and his members. you were just too breathtaking, having the canadian looking back for more.

the moment he first laid eyes on you, it was like an epiphany. you were the answer to all his questions.

so this is what it feels like, mark thinks to himself as he looks back on all the things he’s heard about love.

the butterflies, the pounding of your heart, the “seeing the world in a whole new perspective”, mark felt everything and as much as he felt excited, he was scared.

as harmless as it sounds, award shows were a risky thing for idols. being surrounded by fans of different groups as well as said groups themselves always seemed to cause a bit of a stir between fans.

between dating rumors and rumors about beef between two idols, anything could happen.

but usually mark would be okay. he’s been doing this for a long time and knew how to behave.

however what he didn’t expect was to see you, the tiny rookie idol from the newly debuted girl group ‘itzy’.

nct 127’s table was right next to yours which let mark have a clear view of your pretty eye smile as you laughed at something lia had whispered into your ear. your laugh was bubbly and contagious, the boy having to physically stop himself from wanting to laugh too.

he was panicking, but mark couldn’t tell if it was in a good or bad way.

❝ what does love feel like? ❞

your breath hitched as you saw the boy sneak glances at you from the corner of your eye.

the mark lee was looking at you, your heart racing as you tried to deny the fact that he was staring you down. there was no way the dude you’ve looked up to your entire trainee life is noticing you, no way at all.

everyone has heard of mark lee even if you weren’t into kpop. he was just that iconic.

you’ve been an nctzen since the very beginning, being there for nct u’s debut stage. in fact, nct was the very reason you decided to audition to become an idol in the first place. you looked up to the team but more importantly you looked up to a certain canadian in the group.

originally doyoung was your bias in nct when nct u first came out. but as the years passed by you found yourself more and more intrigued by mark, having him absolutely wreck your bias list.

since then you’ve been a loyal mark stan, even rapping his part in cherry bomb for your audition tape which ultimately led you to become an idol yourself.

you refused to believe you were in love with the dude, not knowing a single thing about him. there was no way you could love him, not if you’ve never even met the boy.

but your heart seemed to prove you wrong as it beat wildly knowing mark was sitting right there on the table next to you.

“you okay bubs?” lia asked in a worried tone, leaning in to whisper into your ear. she saw the way your leg bounced in a fast rhythm, knowing you only did that when you were nervous.

you forced a smile as you hesitantly looked her way, knowing that she could take one look into your eyes and know you were lying. “i'm fine unnie, don’t worry about me.” you replied as sweetly as you could, wishing the elder wouldn’t notice a thing.

though you two and yeji were the eldest in the group, all being born in the year 2000, you were the baby of the unnie line. lia and yeji knew you the best, having grown up with you after all.

the girl only gave you a look before taking your hand in hers to give a soft squeeze. “i know you’re lying but i won’t push you. also mark lee from nct 127 is totally checking you out.” lia said, whispering a bit on the last part. she winked as you flushed, looking away in horror.

johnny nudged the boy next to him with a small smirk, clearly seeing the heart eyes he was giving the girl in the table next to them. mark jumped a bit at the feeling, looking at his hyung with confusion.

“so y/n of itzy?” johnny said with a small smile as the younger immediately sat up straight.

“is it that obvious?” mark whispered back with a hint of fear in his eyes.

if any of the fans were to get a hold of this… the boy could only shiver at the thought.

johnny’s playful smile dropped a bit at mark’s worried look knowing how he must feel. they were idols after all.

“don’t worry, i only noticed because she was looking back at you too.” he said, mark flushing at the revelation.

“really?” he asked a little out of it.

“i say talk to her after this?” the elder said, laughing a bit when mark jumped in his seat, immediately saying no.

“unnie why are you making me stay in the dressing room~” you whined as the end of the award show came along.

you just wanted to go home, your body worn out. not from all the dancing but from the way it viciously pounded in your chest whenever you ever thought about mark.

lia only smirked in retaliation as she brought a hand up to squish your cheeks. “trust me, you’ll thank me later.” she said as she walked out of the dressing room, bumping into a 6 foot tall boy with a smaller boy behind him.

“oops sorry.” she said a little playfully, as lia gave a wink to johnny knowing their plan was going accordingly. johnny only gave her a small smile, but if you looked closely you could see the mischief in his eyes.

“hyung where are we going?” mark asked, a little weirded out by the two’s interaction. johnny only ignored the boy, dragging him by his arm as they walked down the hallway.

“hyung i swear if this is a prank i’ll-” mark’s words were cut off as the two entered a door, only to see your confused face staring back at him.

“oh shit.” he cursed under his breath, a little taken aback from how beautiful you were. one whole award show later and you were still as gorgeous as when he first saw you sitting down in the table next to his.

your confused face quickly turned to an embarrassed one as you noticed the boy, turning another shade of red when you noticed he couldn’t take his eyes off of you.

“hi y/n, my name is johnny and this is my band mate mark.” the taller boy said, holding his hand out in a handshake.

“h-hi i’m y/n.” you stuttered, not expecting to see the boy you’ve been daydreaming about for the past two hours to be right in front of you.

mark gawked at the sight of you, his mind malfunctioning as the words seemed to get stuck at the tip of his tongue.

“markie right here has something he wants to ask you.” johnny said, pushing the younger in front of him with a grunt.

this seemed to knock him right out of his trance, a hand coming up to the back of his neck as he stared down at the floor with pink cheeks.

“do you maybe wanna-”

“yes.” you blurted out, a hand covering your mouth in shock. “i-if you were gonna ask if i wanted to hang out sometime, the answer is yes.” you said a little shyly as the boy smiled.

all this time mark thought he was gonna find love, but maybe love found him instead.

“i’ll pick you up at 6 tomorrow evening.” mark said with a sweet smile as he took a step back only to be pushed back up again by johnny.

“you don’t even have her number you dumbass.” the elder scolded, disappointed at how dumb the boy was.

your laughter caught both of the boy’s attention as you put your hand out with a small smile. “you want my number or nah?”

2020 in review: kdramas (the heart fluttering, the disappointing, the saviors of 2020)

it’s december 31st! the new year is quite literally upon us (some of y’all are already in 2021) and my procrastinating self has chosen to upload this today. i’ve always loved these rec lists and I wanted to do one for 2020! this year was a rollercoaster for kdramas with some excellent ones and some not so excellent ones. i watched all of these in 2020 but not all of them were released in 2020.

drama that made me laugh

When The Camellia Blooms (2019)

i finally got around to watching when the camellia blooms this year and it. was. so. funny. oh my goodness, the comedic timing in so many scenes was pure excellency and im kinda mad at myself that i didn’t watch this last year. this isn’t just a comedy for those who are interested, its a thriller/romance but its also so fucking funny. definitely watch this if you want to laugh (and be touched bc the emotional scenes in this one are beautiful)

drama that made me cry

Sweet Home (2020)

hahah….. um this one is gonna go to sweet home friends. i went into this one with zero expectations and the first couple episodes didn’t really wow me? but i kept watching and holy shit fam. this show really picks up story-wise around ep 4 and makes the viewer love a lot of these initially unlikable characters. all i can say is that the end was devastating for me and i cried quite a bit. (warning, there are a lot of mature themes in this one so make sure you look for trigger warnings or send me an ask and i’ll list them all out for you)

best OST

Itaewon Class (2020)

i loved the ost for itaewon class!! the music is just so inspirational and pump up music, its so good. my favorites are ‘you make me back’ by woosung and ‘start’ by gaho.

drama with chemistry royalty (aka the best couple)

i have three for this one because i just cannot choose one.

It’s Okay To Not Be Okay (2020)

we recognize this one as one of the best things to come out of 2020. go moon young and moon kang tae have some of the best chemistry i have ever seen in a drama couple. i waited on the edge of my seat every single week for the next couple of episode just so i could fawn over these two. they work so well together, lift each other up, and so fucking funny together and support one another. while they’re not the chillest couple (lmao) they’re most certainly one with the most personality. they’re so cute and bicker and they just get each other. who could ask for more.

Flower of Evil (2020)

our badass mom and dad 😭😭. this was another peak drama that came out this year and our married partners-in-crime-but-not-really had amazing chemistry. baek hee sung and cha ji won were so cute as a married couple but they were even more precious later on in the drama after certain things unfolded (no spoilers). they both just get each other and protected one another as well as on the most precious kdrama children this year, their daughter eunha. they were so wholesome, flower of evil is so very worth a watch.

Into The Ring (2020)

this was one of the more underappreciated kdramas of the year but hoo buddy was the main couples chemistry top notch. they were so friggin cute and i just couldn’t. goo se ra is highkey one of the best female characters i’ve ever seen, she’s absolute chaos, lawful chaos, but chaos nonetheless. her other half, seo gong myung is opposite from her as lawful neutral. he’s just along for the ride that is se ra and loves her. they’re both so very fond and protective of each other and back each other up!! very very cute and you’ll definitely replay more than a couple of their scenes together.

most disappointing

Record of Youth (2020)

it’s sad but true… i went into this one with so much hope and excitement (i was riding off that ‘psycho but its okay’ high) and i was vastly disappointed. the plot mostly focused on the male lead, and there wasn’t much characterization for the female lead which i didn’t like. honestly, i only cared about maybe 3-4? characters in the whole drama. the rest were absolutely terrible or plain boring and i ended up skipping eps 14 and 15 and just watched the finale. i would not recommend tbh.

drama you can’t really get through

Crash Landing on You (2019)

this one is absolutely on me, i want so badly to love this one. but i just… can’t seem to get past ep 2? i’ve tried!! i swear, but i just cannot get through it. maybe in 2021, i can try again and i’ll enjoy it more.

drama everyone else liked but was meh

Kairos (2020)

i though kairos was a bit predictable tbh. i know those of us who did end up watching it really liked it but maybe its because i watch so many crime/mystery shows that this one didn’t really do it for me. the writing is quite solid and everything connects well, i would recommend that those who don’t really watch thrillers, to watch this one. (also the friendship between the female lead and her two friends is suuuper cute and worth it alone to watch kairos)

favorite romance

It’s Okay To Not Be Okay (2020)

yeah… this one wins again lol. what can i say, i just loved it so much and the main theme of the show is romance (its also a comedy and a mental health/healing drama) all i can say is watch this if you haven’t yet, its definitely worth it!!

favorite mystery

Memorist (2020) & Watcher (2019)

i really enjoyed these two mystery dramas. both were super fun to watch and very kinda unique in their own ways. i liked memorist because it was lowkey funny and i liked the relationships between the characters, but most importantly i couldn’t guess the main antagonist by the end! i really thought i knew who it was and then i was completely wrong lmao. watcher was also very good, the main trio had really good chemistry and i really cared about all the characters. (also i’ll never say no to watching seo kang joon) plus the plot twists threw me a bit at the end which is always a feeling i welcome, i love being surprised and wrong (as long as it makes sense)

favorite slice of life

Hospital Playlist (2020)

oh my goodness, i was late to the hospital playlist party and i regret it because this show is so. so. good. its just a slice of life following 5 friends who are doctors and work at the same hospital together but its so much more than that. this is honestly one of the first shows i’ve seen that are optimistic? in the show, every time i thought a plot was going to play out a certain way (usually negatively, as tends to be life unfortunately) it surprised me by taking the more optimistic wholesome route. characters in subplots changed for the better, became more understanding, chose to do the right thing, etc. if you want a feel good drama where the main characters have wonderful platonic chemistry and just care about each other but is also super funny, watch hospital playlist!! (season 2 is coming out early 2021 and im so pumped)

favorite fantasy

The Untamed (2019)

this one is a cdrama but i watched it in 2020, mostly because of how many people on the internet were adamant that the rest of us watch this and ngl they were v right. the untamed was very very good and im really glad i gave it a chance and watched it, its also my first cdrama ever. the chemistry between the male leads is honestly what makes this show and its worth the 50? i think? episodes. to be completely honest the fanfiction for the show are peak and if you do watch this, go straight to ao3 and you will not be disappointed.

dramas that saved 2020

The Uncanny Counter (2020) & Run On (2020)

these two dramas are among those that started airing at the end of the year and will go into the beginning of 2021 and absolutely saved the end of 2020 for me. while neither of these are finished, both have been excellent so far and worth starting. uncanny counter has the best use of the found family trope i have ever seen. i fucking love the four counters and their relationship with each other, how protective they are of one another. they all have amazing chemistry and the actors have amazing chemistry in the making films.

run on has one of the cutest couples that will definitely make my best chemistry list for next year. i didn’t put them on this list bc they actually haven’t gotten together yet but once they do, they’re gonna be freaking adorable, i can already tell. there’s no specific grand events propelling the plot forward, but just following the lives of these unique, interesting and relatable people who have casual yet entertaining conversations with each other. the show is super soft and the main couple are so straightforward and honest (plus theres mutual pining!!)

Finally with the help of Oikawa, Matsukawa and Hanamaki you showed up at a practice match with his jacket.

after the win you went to congratulate him and give him back his jacket,

but when he came out of the locker room and saw you waiting for him,,,

vanya: no worries!! i’m mixed guyanese (indian, chinese, & possibly black and/or portuguese), but my family only celebrates (or rather, acknowledges?) our indian descent, since the majority of our family is predominantly east indian.

my header is actually a quote from a danmei novel (and one of my all-time favorite fandoms), tiān guān cì fú (heaven’s official blessing)!
